My 1st visit to my friend whom just moved in. I was not only relieved to see the cleanliness but impressed with the spacious layout and well stocked social activity areas. Each staff member was smiling and helpful as they kept the residents safe while interacting with them. I felt a nice homey community vibe instead of what I expected in a long term memory care facility.

I've been visiting someone at The Atrium for over a year and a half. It's spotless! The employees are so kind and welcoming. A smile goes a long way with the residents. Marge will even sing a tune if requested! I would highly recommend!

The Atrium has been fantastic! I got my dad in here last week and the whole experience has been great. I couldn't ask for a better assistant living facility. Right from the beginning everyone has been super friendly. The whole team works together and wants whats best for all the residents. All the food is really good and the burgers are out if this world. The prices are better relative to others with the same square footage. Maintenance, housekeeping, and all the nurses are top notch. Every director works around the clock, I don't think they sleep, lol. Anyways, as you can see I have been very impressed with the Atrium and all the residents that I have talked to love it too. Thank you Atrium!!

Moved my mom in yesterday & so far so good! Care seems good, place is clean and the food is VERY tasty! I'll follow up in 2 weeks! It's now been almost a year, and the Atrium is still a great place for my mom. The caregivers are very good, and the best part is our Doctor/Nurse Practitioner who comes right to her and is so on top of everything. (Thanks, Christine & Dr. Jey!)

The first thing I noticed was how beautiful the Atrium was! Then there was a really very efficient method to register your visit. And the rooms looked super neat and well furnished for your comfort.

Very inviting people and facility. The lighting and colors provided a peaceful and youthful atmosphere. There was a well dressed pianist playing live music as I walked in. Both Nichole Hall and Alana Zabaglo were extremely informative and helpful. The neighborhood is beautiful!

I visit my neighbor every week and Dan at the front desk is so nice along with the other care takers. This place is beautiful ! It's decorated so nice and it's so clean! I have talked to several residents and they love living there! I'm so glad that my elderly neighbor lives in such a nice place. Oh and she just loves it there too !

Overall, this is the best Assisted Living in the community. Far better than others that we have been to who are similar in approach. Instead of worrying about only how things look, the administration genuinely trying to meet the needs of the residents. The apartments are spacious and excellent for those needing assistance.

As my dad and I were walking around the grounds, he turned to me and said, "I just love this place!" After all we have been through with other assisted living facilities and home care, I could not have asked for more. He looks and feels the best he has in years. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Atrium and their fantastic, caring staff. I only hope they are still around when I am ready to check in!

I stopped to see if my friend had moved in. Since it was spur of the moment, I hadn't called her. The receptionist went out of her way to help me find my friend. Other workers always were very kind and helpful. Checking in and out was so simple. The facility looks very clean and welcoming!

Moved mom over a year ago from High Point to Atrium at Liberty Park Assisted Living. She's so happy, I couldn't be happier about my decision. With all the wonderful people in charge and the fantastic staff, all of her needs are met and I never have to worry. Even the decor throughout is gorgeous. She's no longer lonely and loves her apartment. The dinning, housekeeping and all of the amenities are top notch. They really care about my mom and accommodate all of her needs.

Words cannot express the gratitude and peace of mind I have after moving my dad into the Atrium today. His eyes lit up when we entered the building which truly looks like the lobby of a five-star hotel. The staff greeted him by name and took him into the restaurant for lunch, which was fabulous. From Admissions to Nursing, Activities to Maintenance, they were friendly, courteous and competent. I cannot say enough good things about this facility. I only hope my family will send me there when my time comes!

As others have mentioned the facility is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. My mother recently spent a month or so there in the memory care unit. Due to covid restrictions we could only visit in a designated social room and not her own room. This wasnt an issue at all but now that she is home we have discovered she is missing several items of clothing as we were not allowed to pack her belongings on move out (but we were able to unpack and get her settled in on her first day). We knew her stay would be temporary and sent her with approx 10 outfits as we were told laundry is done weekly for each resident (and all loads are separated by resident). She is missing 5 shirts and 4 pairs of pants, a pajama set and socks. To make matters worse she received underwear that didnt belong to her. Because of her condition she is not able to communicate so she would not have been able to notify someone if things were missing. My moms husband has called a few times to ask about the missing items but hasnt been able to reach anyone.

We are so glad we found the Atrium at Liberty Park for our mother. This has been an extremely difficult few months for everyone but especially for Mom as she struggles with advancing dementia. The Atrium staff has been amazing and we so appreciate them. Just knowing shes safer than she ever could have been In her previous situation is a huge relief. I cant imagine a better facility! I am very impressed with the Memory Care unit where my mom is. The staff is very kind and have a genuine caring manner with the residents. The staff has also been in close communication throughout the COVID-10 pandemic which is also much appreciated. So glad we found this excellent place for my mom. Top notch facility!
