A few weeks ago my father, who also has Dementia, suffered a heart attack and it quickly became evident that he could no longer live independently at home. I live in United Kingdom and being so far while trying to decide the best steps for his health and safety was so difficult. The staff at Inspired Living, specifically Mary, took me by the hand and led me through what can be a very difficult process. Mary made the process smooth for my father and for my family. She has guided us every step of the way. And the care did not stop there. Once I got to Inspired Living I found it is a memory care facility that is full of joy. There is a central living room where the residents come together and watch tv, participate in activities and hang out. There is also a beautiful garden on the water which is a lovely space to spend time with your loved one. My father had become very isolated as his dementia developed and it is nice to see him interacting with people again. All of the staff at Inspired Living, led by Pollie Little, are kind and professional and treat the residents with the respect and dignity that they deserve. They keep you up to date on your loved one and also offer family support sessions to provide support to the whole family. My father has had continued health problems and Mary has gone above and beyond her job description to make sure my father is cared for. Living thousands if miles away I feel so lucky to have my father in a facility with people that I trust.

My mother is new to Inspired Living Bonita Springs. Over the years I have had to transition her and my grandmother to new facilities many times as their health declined from Independent Living, then Assisted Living, and eventually to Memory Care. Finding the right facility and transitioning can be an overwhelming experience for everyone including the responsible family member. Mary White from Inspired Living Bonita Springs made this the easiest process and transition I have ever experienced. She held my hand through the whole process addressing questions, paperwork, and was hands on with move in day. The facility is beautiful and an excellent open environment for for residents to feel involved even if they want to just relax and observe others. My mother is very social, but becoming hesitant to be involved as her memory declines. Everyone was so welcoming upon arrival: my mother was involved in activities within five minutes, had lunch, and made new friends before her bags were even unpacked. I am so pleased with Mary's kindness and professionalism through this challenging process. I know how difficult it is to endlessly search for the right facility for your love one. I hope this review helps other people searching for a facility…I would highly recommend that you call Inspired Living Bonita Springs.

My husband has been in several facilities over the past 5 years and taking him out of Inspired Living in Bonita is one of the more difficult decisions I've had to make. My husband has been respected by both staff and management. My interactions with management have been very positive from the first visit. The meals are very good. I've been there for a few of the holidays. As all expenses have increased for care no matter where you go, my personal decision is being made solely because of location . I want to bring my husband closer to home so I can visit more frequently. I want to thank Joshua, Brett, Susan and Orlando for their care and attention to both residents and their families.

Rose Tyler is excellent. So kind and patient!!! Her warmth with the residents is awesome. My husband responds so well to her. I know he is in good hands when she has him for care. Orlando is an excellent nurse but his personality is one of caring. and kindness.He is soft spoken and reassuring at all times. I feel my husband is getting great care and I am at peace when I know he is treated with loving kindness.

My husband and I had to make the hard decision to find a place for my mother in law since she got diagnosed with Alzheimer's We choose Inspired Living because they only specialize with patients with dementia and Alzheimer's ONLY. So far it's been 3 months and we are very happy with the staff and place. She looks better because she is eating all her meals ( not like before that she will forget to eat). Taking her pills on time and doing physical therapy. It's always something going on for the patients and we like that because she is busy all the time. We know it's hard to take care of those particular patients but please keep up with the good job. And we know is hard to find good people that love to work with this type of patients Thank you so much for caring Maria DiPasquale

We are at peace and content with our family's choice of Inspired Living for our beloved husband and father. Brett Marston facilitated my entry journey, navigating insurance problems and my emotional journey as well. Susan is more than an activities director: she doesn't hesitate to call me if my husband needs to talk, and her calm demeanor creates a positive environment among folks with a wide variety of needs and temperaments! Carol is always available to discuss our concerns and work on solutions. Orlando deals with injuries and physical problems not only with great knowledge and efficiency, but also with compassion. Alejandra keeps my husband's room clean and always has a smile. Although it is challenging and sad to have our loved one suffering from Alzheimer's disease and no longer able to share life's daily journey, we know he is safe and well cared for - and for that, we thank our Lord, who led us here.

When we were looking for a place for my wife Pat we made the right choice Inspired living. LThe staff has been great the administration has been great and the medical staff has been awesome. Mom’s Alzheimer’s had advanced and we knew it was time to place her in a memory care community. We had owned a senior home care company so we were familiar with Alzheimer’s, its progression and life in assisted living communities but it’s still a difficult process when it’s your loved one. We conducted an extensive search and kept returning to Inspired Living Bonita Springs. You may find aesthetically appealing community but remember, it’s the caregivers who will be taking care of mom or dad. We spent time talking with executive director Brett Marston and marketing director Debbie Schieber. We knew they were both new and wanted to know if they were just corporate change agents or commited for the long haul. They appeared sincere and commited to building a quality team to provide their residents with the best life possible.Over the last 4 months we have found Brett and his team to be transparent and forthcoming. Our concerns, which have been relatively minor, have been swiftly addressed. Brett is building a wonderfully compassionate and skilled team. This is a business where perfect is unattainable and it is challenging to provide over 50 cognitively impaired residents with quality care every day. The team, at all levels, is hands on. It is not uncommon to find Brett or Debbie, or the clinical leaders working with residents during meals. The activities team of three persons is well rounded to meet the various and changing needs of the residents. They are warm and engaging. The care team is friendly, approachable and when we’ve asked for assistance, none have ever said “that’s not my job.” Brett’s the first to admit “we’re not perfect” but they are quick to address any issues that may come up. The outdoor space is beautiful, peaceful and tremendous. We found no other place that could compare. We’re pleased and feel mom is in a good place.

The staff at Inspired Living is awesome! My Mom arrived at the community via air travel and her flight was delayed until late evening hours. The staff stayed late that night to roll out the red carpet for her. She is very happy at Inspired Living in Bonita Springs. I feel confident that she is getting the best care and grateful for the dedicated caregivers and staff!

I am so grateful to have found Inspired Living. Deciding that I could no longer handle taking care of my father alone was one of the hardest decisions of my life. The staff and nurses at this residence made this difficult time as easy as it could possibly be, however. They are angels. When researching facilities, deciding which would be best for Dad, the sharp difference in quality and atmosphere was GLARING. Inspired glowed with cleanliness, compassion, light, and loving staff. Kaitlin took great care with me to ease my fears and show me around. The entire staff are kind and happy. Big contrast to other facilities which were less than clean, dank and depressing, staffed by the unhappy and stressed. Dad suffered a mild medical issue within his first two weeks there and, while at hospital, he was visited by both Josh and Kaitlin. That touched my heart more than I can say and made me feel so much more at ease with his new environment. I travel a lot for work so having this peace of mind is absolutely priceless. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Inspired Living is a caring community that offers so much attention to their residents. They are continuously interacting with and offer activities that the residents really enjoy. They also take them on group outing to favorite restaurants and scenic drives. The decor and technology is designed with the safety and comfort as the top priority. And you cannot beat the location, it is on a quiet lake and also close to 41 with shopping, dining and medical facilities.

Having to make the decision to move a loved one is so difficult but the caring and compassionate staff at Inspired Living held our hands every step of the way, not only comforting our mom but also our family. We are so pleased to have our dad residing at Inspired Living. Even though a family member visited him everyday at his former home, he was still very isolated. His big adventure was his daily walk up the driveway to the mailbox. At Inspired Living he is engaged and busy everyday. Theres always an activity to take part in, watch over, or simply relax and listen to. Everyone calls him by name and he has the chance to interact with lots of friendly caregivers, volunteers, and fellow residents. We knew he had settled in perfectly when we were recently attending an ice cream social with him in the main gathering room and he felt cold. He said he would be right back, because he wanted to run home for a minute to get his sweater - and he simply went down the hall to his room and came back wearing his sweater.

My grandad has been in this facility for a year and four months. I live in Virginia and dont make it there often to visit. However, I was there this past weekend and was very impressed. Not only was the facility extremely clean but every employee I met and saw were so friendly (my gramma told me thats how they are all the time.) being away from my grandad is hard but seeing hes in great hands makes it a little easier.

Inspired Living is a wonderful place. My spouse has early onset Alzheimers at the young age of 58. The entire management team and care team are the best in the industry and treated her with phenomenal professional and loving care. They really score very high in all aspects. During a recent respite visit I was able to get very timely feedback on how my wife was doing, which gave me the confidence and knowledge that she was given the highest level of personal care and attention. My wife has been a memory care unit resident for almost 3 years. She has been a resident at Inspired Living for the past 2 months and she has received the best and most attentive care ever. I visit daily but would often worry about her care when not there. We moved my father to Inspired Living in June 2019. What a wonderful business to deal with! From the outstanding customer service to the special care my dad is already receiving ! The entire staff presents and delivers. Once we spoke with the staff and toured the facility my fathers move was coordinated to be a smooth transition. He was quickly adjusting quite well. Beautiful facility. It doesnt look or feel like a medical facility but rather an upscale apartment-condo building. Grounds and buildings were impeccably clean. Staff was happy and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. Patients were laughing and having fun exercising. Caitlin was amazing. Well informed and answered all my questions with empathy and understanding. I recommend Inspired Living to anyone. Great place!

Our father has been at Inspired Living of Bonita Springs for a week now and we cannot believe the experience we have had. Polly, Kaitlin, Josh, Anna, Joy Ann along with all of the nurses and caregivers have been absolutely amazing every step of the way. They held our hands and our hearts through one of the most difficult experiences of our lives. We will always be so grateful for how loving and patient they were with dad and our entire family. Dad has adjusted amazingly well, It is no wonder because the staff is happy, loving and attentive. The facility is safe, beautiful and well-maintained from the hallways to the courtyards, patios and the suites and the food is delicious. We highly recommend Inspired Living of Bonita for any loved one who is experiencing brain changes and needs full time care!

I recently attended a BBQ function at Inspired Living. The food was wonderful, the live music was great. The staff was sincere and friendly but what was super impressive was the way they treated the people who reside there. They were gentle, kind and compassionate to all who attended. As a nurse of 35 years, my radar is always on for how others are treated and I couldnt have been more impressed. Keep up the great work!

I want to take this opportunity to acknowledge the wonderful care that Mom is receiving. I wanted to also specifically acknowledge Bonnie, and Anna. We could not find mom‘s wristband. They came into moms room and helped us look for the wristband , which was found. I also wanted to take the opportunity to acknowledge Merigold, one of your CNA‘s. She was so caring to all of the clients and to my mom. It was obvious to us how much she cares for them all and makes it a point to know them all personally. Tom sang for the clients of Inspired Living Memory Care of Bonita Springs on Friday afternoon. We were both impressed with the beautiful and well kept building and gardens. The activity director, Nancy Garcia, and her staff gave individual care to each client and the interaction they shared was genuine. For example, yesterdays White Out After New Years party with refreshments, a singer encouraging movement and sing along.
