Yes, the Skilled Nursing Center is clean and nice however, we were shocked when we were told that we needed to hire a 24 hour aide while my mother was there. This was brought to our attention on a Friday at 4:30 in the afternoon when my mother was being transported by ambulance to Sinai Skilled Nursing. We were told they would not accept her into SN unless we had an aide there, needless to say we were scrambling to get someone there so they would not turn my mother away. It was an extremely stressful and unpleasant situation. While my mother was in SN it was difficult to get in touch with the staff/nurses (their cell phone voicemails were full). My elderly mother spent almost two weeks in SN having to pay for additional around the clock care. While my mother was in SN, I saw this post on the Sinai Facebook page: "Did you know? Our nurses and therapists are able to provide round the clock care through our Skilled Nursing program. We serve seniors who already live in our community, as well as those living elsewhere who desire an exceptional setting for magnificent medical care. You’ll receive top-tier medical support in a resort-like setting, with a staff-to-patient ratio that allows us to take care of every detail". We had to hire someone to "take care of every detail".

My name is Joel Kochman and I was a patient in Sinai Rehab from 10, 30, 19 to 12, 31, 19. Everyone was dedicated, motivating, helpful and extremely pleasant. The facility was beautiful and very clean. It was like a hotel. I wish to especially thank Mary, Marie, Ryan, Sherwin, and Paula who helped me during my stay. They were always there to inspire me to aim higher. I also want to thank Mina, who answered all our questions and is very personable. She was our go to person. If you have a choice, chose Sinai Rehab. I cant thank them enough for getting me through this most difficult time.

I stayed for six days in 2019 and was very impressed on all counts and will not hesitate to heartily recommend it. I had a beautiful private corner room with a view on the second floor. The food was good and, frequently, delicious. The staff is very professional, kind, and solicitous. It was always clean and well maintained. I cant imagine what else someone would require from a rehab.1

Sinai is like a 5 star hotel. Merlene who was my aid from 7:00 to 3:00 was wonderful. We called ourselves the M&M team.. Marie my 3:00 to 11:00 aid was wonderful. I had a special bond with her, I had her once before when I was in Sinai.I called the night nurse Beatrice Angel of the night She was very kind and compassionate.. The nurses were also. They always made sure I had my medicine. Jean the late night nurse was also great. I have the title of Queen of Sinai given to me by Kristin. My stay this time was ruined by a woman named Corine. I dont know how she got in Sinai. She had a very loud mouth and rubbed everyone the wrong way. She urinated on a chair at dinner and Marie had to disinfect it. She came to breakfast in a sweater so short her underwear showed when she got up. One patients son told her that he didnt want to talk to her.
