I am immensely impressed by Banyan Place. Their facilities are clean, and they have a superb calendar of activities. Most importantly, their administration is remarkably kind and attentive. Pavi, the administrator of Banyan, consistently goes above and beyond for the residence. Especially in challenging times, the Banyan staff demonstrated a genuine commitment to providing quality care. Other special staff members who make a real difference at Banyan include, but are not limited to, Jose, Vanessa, and Jose. Their willingness to consistently bring a personal touch makes a world of a difference.

Just want to thank the staff of Banyan Place. The staff from Nurses, assistants, maintenance, directors, and front desk staff, reach out to my mom. She has a language barrier with dementia. They talk to her, check on her, and care. The staff here is also on top of things that I need for insurance purposes and doctors. They've been a great help transitioning my mom from another location. She has been here for 3 months.

I recently relocated from Banyan Place to another ALF for several reasons. I had never lived in assisted living prior to Banyan and I guess my expectation level was too high. I entered being addicted to oxycoden and with Banyan's medical help I was able to reduce my dependence on the drug. When I left Banyan the executive director was kind enough to allow me to take some furniture with me at no cost. I wish Banyan the best and hope to be happy at my new home. If I could give Banyan Place Boca Raton 10 I would. My parents were lucky enough to live in a facility where people really care about our loved ones. Sheree Trapani goes above and beyond 24/7 to ensure my parents had access to all of the wonderful options they have to enjoy at Banyan in their golden years. The entire staff including Robin Goldberg went out of their way to always lend a helping hand. A special shout out to Angela and Mike as well. I would highly recommend this facility to your parents or grandparents as they are truly one of the finest around.

We are so very thankful that we found Banyan Place in Lantana. Brad, the owner, was so very caring, receptive and accommodating to Mom's care. The respect and attention that she received from Nurse Kathy, Emily, Stephanie and all the staff was incomparable. This is a safe, nurturing and clean environment for assisted living and memory care. Nurse Kathy as well as her staff are not only warm and sympathetic , but knowledgeable in the many aspects of care for seniors and the elderly. I wish I could rate them 10 stars.

Banyan place has been more like a family then an assistant living facility to my elderly parents . They have gone above and beyond to ensure the health and happiness of both of our parents. The owners are patient and accommodating to the families. Since it is privately owned, it has much more of an intimate feel. The owner and his son are very compassionate and communicative. This was our first and last stop for our parents. We feel they are very safe and happy. They made many friends and participate in the busy social schedule. Banyan place is on top of all of the doctors appts and individual needs. Highway recommend.

Tuesday April 1, 2021 My mother's eyes have weakened from the 87 years she has looked out on the world. For more than half a century she has seen the coming, and going of seasons. She has held the images of her children's smiles, and wiped away tears in our sorrowful times. She has witnessed the red and orange hues of a colorful sky at daybreak, and slumbered beneath many full moons. It is difficult for mom to see with clarity so with deepest love and devotion I share my eyes with her. I am my mother's daughter, and with honor and compassion help guide her along on this mystical journey that is compassed by both our heart's. Though many miles are between us we are forever bound as One. As our parents age one of the most difficult transitions is the role reversal of older children taking on the parental role. To witness our parent's physical and mental health decline is heartbreaking, and the responsibility of finding an Assisted Living Facility that provides exemplary care for our beloved parent's is crucial and all encompassing. If you live out of state as I do, the challenge is even more daunting. Six months ago, I set out on a journey to find my mother the perfect home away from home where she would thrive physically, emotionally, and spiritually. After a great deal of research and time my mother and I were blessed in finding Banyan Place in Boca Raton, Florida. From the time I began corresponding with Brad the owner I was impressed by his professionalism, down to earth demeanor, and forthright answers to the many questions I asked. His dedication to his residents physical and emotional well being is of primary importance, which he graciously described in intricate detail. It is evident that Brad is driven by a caring and empathetic heart. He along with his staff offer quality care with focus on a resident's individual needs. Though my mother's eyesight is compromised Brad arranged a tour of Banyan Place, and patiently guided her through the facility. Even with limited eyesight my mother saw, and felt the light of hope Banyan Place holds within its walls. The excitement in mom's voice when she called me from Brad's office to say she loved the atmosphere, and the dignity in which she treated was euphoric in the joyful, melodic way she conveyed her feelings. Most importantly she felt safe and contented. My mother moved into Banyan Place this morning, and every facet of healthcare, finances, dining, kindness, and professionalism was at the helm of my mother's welcome to Banyan Place Assisted Living Facility. Together, with Brad's assistance we found that perfect home away from home that is a safe haven that beautifully mirrors my mother's heart. That is a priceless blessing that mom and I hold dear, and cherish.Thank you Brad.

Was very pleased when we found Banyan Place for my dad. We had to move him from Grand Villa in Deerfield a few months after covid. Banyan worked with me to make it a smooth transition for my dad. My mom and I were happy with everyone we dealt with and there was a huge difference in how he was treated and taken care of between Grand Villa and Banyan. While my dad is no longer with us, I am grateful that we found Banyan when we did and I highly recommend them to anyone struggling with the very difficult decision when having to place a loved one in an assisted living facility.

My dad was a quiet, pleasant, brilliant 90 year old. As time passed throughout the year he became deaf and unable to use a phone. Banyan Place (BP) made visitation possible with FaceTime when Covid kept us away. BP took great care of my dad. He was unable to walk and hardly ever went to the dining room. Every meal was brought to him, his hygiene was always maintained, and he cared for his caretakers who were always wonderful. My sisters and I all agree. This was the best place for him.

Feels like home! I compared over 10 Assisted Living facilities in Palm Beach county. My family decided on Banyan Place for my mother. We are glad we did! In the middle of October 2019, my very dear Uncle became very ill and needed assisted living in Coral Springs, Florida. I traveled from Kentucky and spent several long days driving and evaluating different facilities for my Uncle. When I discovered Banyan Place, I knew it was the one. I found the owner, Kevin Wrenne, extremely helpful and compassionate. All the nursing staff was competent and friendly. I highly recommend Banyan Place.

I have been a healthcare professional for 15 years in this county and I'm really impressed with Banyan Place. It's not too small and not too big. The residents and staff are like a family. The care is excellent and Brad Wrenne, the Executive Director, is very hands on and most importantly, he truly cares about the residents. Both Banyan Place Lantana and Banyan Place Boca are top notch Assisted Living and Memory Care facilities. They provide superb care and the staff is attentive to resident needs. Both facilities offer a wide array of activities for residents to partake in, and the administration will go above and beyond to ensure each resident feels at home. I have an aunt that has been living there for many years on the adult independant living side. She is now on the new assisted living side. The place is very beautiful and extremely clean. The grounds are kept to perfection very safe to roam all over. The staff is very accommodating to both the residents and the families. There are activities going on every minute. It is about 17 or 18 years she is living there and has always been very happy there. For the family it is also a wonderful place to visit knowing your loved one is in very good hands at all times.
