Don't look any further than Assisting Hands led by Viji and Vintu to care for a family member or a friend. My family had such a positive experience with them that I felt compelled to acknowledge them at my mom's memorial gathering of her cherished friends. In particular, mom enjoyed and felt so lucky to have Shellesia who stayed with her day and night (with obviously little to no sleep) to support mom just as she liked for her last twenty days. Below is an excerpt of what I shared with the group. "Vigi, I've told you this before . I really don't know what I would have done without you. I called Vigi (from out of town where I lived) frantic and told her I needed someone to come to my mom's house the very next day and she said she would make it happen and come herself if she couldn't get someone. When I asked her how I would pay her, she said don't worry about the money let's get help for your mom. I'll never forgot the kindness and grace she showed me in that moment. And she is and was incredible at her job, calling me with updates keeping me continually informed and providing different options for nurses to accommodate mom's many preferences. And Vintu, who handles the billing, is also very pleasant, patient, and understanding. If anyone you know ever needs help, Assisting Hands is the way to go. And in addition to the excellent back-end service, their nurses, including Shellesia and Stephanie, are top notch. Viji, along with Vintu, the owners of Assisting Hands are wonderful. Viji is very knowledgeable, patient, very kind and caring. She oversaw the aides that took care of our aunt for over two years and consistently stayed in touch with us. Viji often came to visit our aunt, talk with her and see how she was doing. Her professionalism and genuine caring for her patients is exemplary.

Viji and Vintu Abraham are the finest people in this industry. They are both extremely caring people. They both are hands on and are VERY particular on who they send over to help my mom. They conduct an in depth evaluation to be sure to match personalities to their patient. They personally show up just to introduce the chosen aide(s) to my mother verses just sending just anyone over. I HIGHLY recommend this company and their outstanding service.

I cannot say enough great things about these folks. They have been helping my 98 year old mother for about 3 year, and I can't imagine what things would be like without them. Viji, one of the principals, is extremely helpful, and has repeatedly been able to accommodate my mom's changing needs. She has a positive, compassionate "can do" attitude that sets the tone for her company, and her team is great. I have worked with other senior care companies in the past, and none have approached the kind of warmth, concern and professionalism they embrace. Would give them a rating of 6 stars if I could!

My Mom was recommended this agency by a friend. When she called, she was greeted in a very warm way by Viji. Viji came to my Mom's home so that she could meet her and select the right person to care for her. She did an amazing job!! Asaya was chosen for my Mom and it was a perfect fit. She is warm, caring, helpful and attentive. Upon my Mom's departure home, Viji visited with my Mom again to wish her a safe journey. Talk about going above and beyond!!! A friend recommended I call Assisting Hands of Boca and Delray for our aunt who needed full time care after a hospital stay. I called Viji, the owner, and she is absolutely wonderful. She is professional, kind and has a lovely personality. Viji came to meet our aunt before she chose an aide for her because she wanted to make sure they would be compatible. We were impressed that she took the time to do that. The 2 aides that Viji chose are excellent...both knowledgeable, attentive, warm, and most importantly, our aunt is very happy with both of them. Having great aides take care of our aunt is extremely comforting for our family. Also, if we need to call Viji, she is always available. Viji at Assisting Hands of Boca/ Delray was a lifesaver for us. I had escorted my parents to Boca Raton for the winter season and they were in need of care. I was really worried about leaving them there and who we would get to help them . As soon as we met Viji I knew we had come to the right place. She was there with us every step of the way and provided excellent caregivers. They really became part of our family. Viji and her staff go over and above to provide the best care possible. Assisting Hands Boca, Delray has been very helpful with home care for my mother. Due to a bad fall in April, she broke several bones. My mother has needed home health care ever since. Viji worked diligently to find the home health care worker who was the best match for my mom's personality and needs. Viji also visits the house weekly to assure that my mom is doing well and is pleased with the care being provided.

I want to highly recommend Assisting Hands home health care in Boca Raton/Delray. The owners, Viji and Vintu are among the finest people I've met. I chose their agency to get help for my Mom. From day 1 Vintu and Viji provided exemplary service. They called or texted me regularly to make certain that my Mom was being well taken care of. On one occasion, the caregiver's car broke down and Vintu himself went shopping to two different stores to get food for my Mom. I live in NY and due to Covid, haven't been able to visit my Mom in more than a year, but once I began working with Assisting Hands, I felt good knowing that Viji and Vintu were watching out for her. They deserve my highest recommendation.
