To start, the staff at Artis are excellent communicators, educated, articulate, compassionate and caring from the top to the bottom. Our experience at the facility was short, but we knew our loved one was taken care of with the highest standards. The community is designed for memory care only rather than as an afterthought as it is at most assisted living homes. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, I have nothing but good things to say about everyone there.

I have been able to tour Artis, and attend an event that they held at their facility. As a fellow professional, what stood out to me was how professional and kind all of the staff were. Smiles and friendly hello’s all around! April Stewart welcomed me in for a tour, and was so knowledgeable about Artis and the services they offer. April was very kind and so welcoming. When I was there, they were having a brunch for the residents, it looked amazing! The themed units stood out to me..the facility looks beautiful and clean on the outside, and when you go inside you will see the same!

My Father has cognitive issues and moved into Artis several weeks ago. As for most of us it's difficult, expensive and time consuming trying to find the best place for our loved ones. Somewhere warm, comfortable, clean, well staffed and affordable. Not an easy task. BUT Artis checked all the boxes. We moved in hoping what we were told would be delivered....Not only did they deliver they far exceeded our families expectations. After 3 weeks my Father whispered in my brother's ear " I Love it Here". He was at several rehab centers in the last 6 months and it finally feels like we found him a home away from home. Thanks to all the staff at Artis for all you have done and are doing for my Father. He deserves it.

I knew Artis was the right place for my husband. The staff are friendly and compassionate. The residents are treated with dignity and respect. I have peace of mind knowing my husband is safe and well cared for. The daily activities are varied for people with dementia. The culinary staff goes out of their way to prepare delicious meals. A big hit are the "ice cream socials." I highly recommend Artis Senior Living to anyone who has to make the difficult decision of placing their loved one in assisted living.

My mother has been living at Artis Senior Living of Boca Raton for approximately 1 year. We struggled with placing our mother in the care of others, in place of living at home with family. It is definitely not an easy or comfortable decision to make for your loved one or parent. We all want to make sure they will not become forgotten or unloved or uncared for. I can say with 100% certainty we made the best decision of of lives. It is an adjustment to let go partially and trust people we dont know well. I can tell you that each person that works directly or indirectly with my mother has shown a true understanding and love for her. The way the community is structured allows for the residents to have a safe independence and a sense of home and community. The activities are well thought out and fun. I have been in many of them with mom and love that family involvement is encouraged. You are always welcome. The menu and food are top notch but I especially love the way the community maintains the family home dining style. The conditions are clean and decorated to make it feel like your loved one is in a warm environment. The nursing care is unbelievable as they are truly on top of every need or concern. Administration is extremely communicative and forthcoming with community information. I guess the best way to say it is if you have reservations about placement, this is honestly a place you can feel good and safe placing your parent or loved one. Artis is a home and the people there are what makes it feel loved.

My mom has been a resident at Artis for almost 4 years. The staff is warm, caring, and highly professional. The management team is always accessible, and it is truly a team that works together. We are delighted to have chosen Artis for my mom. They regularly go out of their way to accommodate her needs. As a result of their excellent level of care, and we are looking to celebrate Moms 100th birthday in a few months. I looked at a lot of places and feel confident we made the right choice.

We researched and found that Artis of Boca would be the best place for our dad with advancing Alzheimers Disease. We moved him a week before the Coronavirus lockdown and havent physically seen him since March 9, 2020. However, they have worked with us to communicate virtually with him as much as possible. The collaborative healthcare team and responsive administrative staff are amazing, working together to keep our loved ones safe!

Words wont come close enough to explain how my family and I feel about Artis. We placed my dad here several months ago, you can imagine the anxiety we all had. We had visited several facilities from West Palm all the way down to Deerfield. When we walked into Artis we knew immediately we were home! We met with Rebecca and then Samara who answered our millions of questions with such ease and patience. As we toured the facility seeing everyone so involved, you truly feel and see that they genuinely care about the residents and us too! Even the administrator made sure we had her business card, she pointed out her cell and said to use it anytime...we actually put her to the test, she passed with flying colors, we reached out to her several times with our many questions and she answered every time, so caring and compassionate! I cannot describe the feeling you get when youre here, youre family! Its obvious every time were here you see it and feel it. Its not just with us its with everyone, even among themselves! Everyone is alive, everyone is happy and everyone truly cares. I cannot thank whoever created Artis and whoever hired this amazing team, they really deserve an award! Thank you for taking such great care of our dad and us too! From the nursing staff who goes above and beyond every day to the cooks for preparing delicious meal every day! To the cleaning staff for keeping the place so clean! Lastly, the activities our dad has never been so engaged and happy! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, we have our dad back and we owe it all to Artis!! If you are looking for a place for your loved one, no need to look anymore, Artis is it!!

We had to put my Uncle in there he lived alone and was forgetting everything he there for 3 months he never looked or felt better. They are wonderful.So caring and understanding. They take care of him like he is there father it a hard decision but it had to be done afraid he was going to fall and hurt himself. Was looking many places Artis of Boca Raton is the best.

This is a beautiful community totally dedicated to serving persons with dementia. Sheryl Taylor has recently received a much deserved promotion to Executive Director. Rebecca Schueller is wonderfully compassionate and a great resource to families struggling with dementia caregiving. I love the layout of this community as it is ideal for persons with dementia who tend to wander.

There are no words that can really describe how special the Artis is. Have to check it out for yourself. To start, the staff is family. Ive never met more loving more passionate people in my life. They work so hard and are so positive and professional. I feel like Ive known them forever. Next, the place is literally like a Disney Land for adults. There is a planned calendar of fun activities all day everyday. To top it off, the actives are specialized to help with the mind. The residents are all so involved and enjoy themselves. This is their home and the staff sure lets them know it. It would be horrible of me not to bring up the fact that the food looks great and every space in there is spotless. Every time I go for a visit, the residents are involved whether it be with a specific activity or just chatting it up with their friends having an ice cream social. The first time my sister and I toured Artis Senior Living we knew it was the place for our father. It is a very difficult and emotional time when placing your loved one in a assisted living home, especially when they have dementia. Artis made this transition seamless. The staff, nurses and management team are very knowledgeable, friendly, caring and welcoming. One of the most important things to us was cleanliness (separate from the staff), Artis keeps it very clean. They are also very responsive for any concerns or needs that we have for him. The neighborhood concept is great, making it a smaller environment within. My father has flourished there and has made some strong bonds with other men in his neighborhood. It has given him back his independence within his own environment. The activities are great if one chooses to participate. They also do monthly outings to movies, restaurants, etc. which my dad enjoys. I highly recommend Artis for your loved one.

We are happy members of a new extended family. Surrounded by caring, dedicated and cheerful staff, one look at the residents smiles gives assurance your loved one is in a safe love bubble. The leadership is very empathetic. engaged and quick to add new life-enriching ideas. This is our first step outside of a family living situation with its related opportunities to provide unique and specific care. It can be quite overwhelming and stressful to release control and trust. It took two days to feel like my most precious Mom was in great capable hands. The neighborhood concept assists in way-finding and adds a sense of comfort and security. The activities are fun even for family! The care partners give their best always and it has been a pleasure getting to know them. The vibe at Artis is happy and going there brings good uplifting feelings. There are many options available for care - we feel as though we have discovered the one true gem. Walking this path isnt easy but Artis Boca Raton lines the way with beds of flowers.
