Very nice facility for a senior citizen to live and enjoy. The entire staff from leasing office to maintenance are very welcoming and accommodating within an acceptable time frame. Safety features are a plus, and access to building if disabled is very good. My only complaint is for the residents who smoke. They do not have a designated area to smoke and be safe. Smoking is not allowed in the building (which I completely agree with), however, nor is it acceptable to smoke in front or even on the side of the building. Something should be built to safety accommodate them! Thank you for the opportunity to give a survey.
