Let's face it, the decision to have your parents move to senior living is a hard. They look at a lot of places. The Residence of Westport has truly been a blessing for our family. Addie Ricci, General Manager, is kind, sincere, and helpful. Deanna and the team in Memory Care really like their jobs and do their very best. We felt an overwhelming sense of comfort and peace knowing they were in caring hands and no more stairs or bathtubs. It's not perfect but we have found a good flow between needs and hopes. The staff treats residents warmly and they are helpful. Putting Amazon material together or opening boxes is really extra helpful. The place is modern and well designed. The movies at night are terrific. It's a balance of independence and support. Memory care is all together different with art and music. We're grateful The Residence is a place where they genuinely thrive. Highly recommend.

The current leadership of this facility has been a pleasure to work with. As a professional colleague, they have been quick to respond, quick to accommodate needs, and sincere throughout the process. The nursing staff has provided great communication when it comes to creating a solid care plan.

My father has lived at The Residence of Westport for two years now. The staff is very attentive, the facility immaculate and the care is excellent. The transition from living privately to living in a community was not easy, but it was the right move and it allowed him to stay in Westport, a place he has called home for almost 60 years.

The staff is carefully selected and well trained to ensure high levels of service while protecting the safety and well being of all residents. The engagement team provides thoughtful enrichment classes, events and outings resulting in increased vitality.

The Residence is fantastic. It is a beautiful place to live but more importantly my mom is living more independently and with more dignity than we thought possible. She was really struggling living on her own but at The Residence with their assistance and great community of residents and staff, it is like she went back in time 20 years. I am really happy we chose to move her to The Residence.

My 93 year old mother moved to the The Residence 4 months ago from Arizona. Not an easy move at that age but the staff at The Residence has been great. The facility is modern, bright and well maintained. There are many daily and special activities. My mom enjoys the exercise classes and the night movies in the Media Room. She is very happy at The Residence

The Residence of Westport has been a godsend for our family. Once it became clear that my mom needed additional care, we moved her up from PA. Everyone genuinely cares about each and every resident there. My mom couldn't be in better hands. The atmosphere is bright and cheerful and everyone has a smile on their face.
