My Dad and family are very pleased with Spring Meadows. We immediately felt that this was the right facility after visiting others.George Dewey, Sales Manager, Tim Holder, Executive Director, and Rachael Torres, Director of Nursing, were very warm, professional, responsive, and caring. The transition went smoothly.Spring Meadows team from the friendly and efficient front desk staff, warm and caring cna’s and nurses, business manager, executive director, maintenance director, cleaning staff, activities director, and culinary director and personnel make this facility top notch! They even have a wonderful and delicious Sunday brunch and terrific menu. The food is delicious. Quality Care with Compassion at Spring Meadows Mom entered Memory Care at Spring Meadows towards the end of January, 2022. The aides, the activities staff, and all personnel were very accommodating to Mom’s needs and took an active interest in making her comfortable and in presenting activities that Mom could participate in and enjoy. Within a couple of weeks, Mom was feeling secure and comfortable in her new surroundings.The aides attending to the residents in Memory Care are compassionate, alert, and often speak with us sharing how Mom is doing and if she needs anything more to make her comfortable. The nurses attend to Mom’s daily medication and supplement needs and advise me of any noticeable changes in her wellbeing. Rachel, the Wellness Director, and her staff coordinate Mom’s care with Mom’s PCP and physical/occupational therapists. Lori, the Activities Director and her staff running the programs are creative and continually expand the activities being offered to stimulate the brain and have fun. Lectures on diverse topics of interest, watercolor painting, and musical entertainment are offered throughout each month. I have attended many of their programs offered daily, and I can personally attest to the quality of attention, care, and compassion offered to every resident.The chef and his staff provide delicious, quality food and the residents can choose from a diverse menu. The wait staff is compassionately attentive and assist the residents in making their choice. Snacks, tea, and coffee are made available throughout the day as well as “Happy Hour” at 3:00 which the community enjoys together. It is obvious that everything done at Spring Meadows is presented with care and respect for the dignity of each resident.These are my mother’s words which she shares with us frequently when we visit her weekly: "This place is so nice. Everyone is so kind and friendly and they talk to you. I don’t hear anyone screaming at someone. I have freedom to move around and don’t have to stay in my room all day. They make you feel alive here. We’re like one big family here. I have no stress or worry. It feels like a home away from home. I feel like a millionaire."The front desk is very friendly and accommodating. When something needed to be fixed in her room, upon notification, it was taken care of ASAP. The entire facility is bright, clean, and uplifting. Anyone working at Spring Meadows is caring and compassionate to all residents. They will stop to speak with them asking them how they’re doing and/or if they need anything. Mom couldn’t be in a better place right now where she is safe, happy, well cared for, and thriving. Thank you Karen, Tim, Lori, Leslie, Matt, Rachel and nurses, the wonderful aides in Memory Care, and all the staff at Spring Meadows for all you do!

Three weeks at SPRING MEADOWS TRUMBULL CT. Cant say enough good things about the place. Staff is great the food is very good and all an all a good place to spend your senior years. Lost the love of my life last month an was in a bad place with the loss of over 55 years of love. At spring meadows, George Dewey sales director helped make the move go smoothly. Once again if your in need this is the place to find peace.

As an Elder Law Attorney, I have worked with George Dewey of Spring Meadows Trumbull on many occasions and I know him to be a caring, compassionate, competent and responsive person, who is capable of getting things done in order to keep the customer satisfied. Our family found ourselves in a tight place when Dad fell ill and needed a safe place for him to call home. We met George Dewey at Spring Meadows and he showed us around while explaining everything simply and directly. Both the facility and his candid manner were a relief compared to the other places we had visited. I am happy to say that Dad is now a resident there! George managed the transition and he went above and beyond what we had expected or hoped for. Actually, we are still amazed at how he brought everything together and we so appreciate the respect and sensitivity he extends to our Dad. Times like this can be stressful but we feel so blessed that Spring Meadows is such a warm happy place. We are so lucky that George Dewey, with efficiency, reliability and great sense of humor is there to see us through it.

My Mother was a resident at Spring Meadows for almost 4 years. She made many friends there among both the residents and the staff alike - it was truly her home. We had a wonderful experience there and I would recommend it highly to anyone searching for the right place for their parents. It is such a hard decision and I put great stock into first hand experience. I can tell you that if I had to do it again, I would choose Spring Meadows every time. The warmth, caring and energy exemplified by the people make this community a true home. ❤

I own a senior placement service in Westport called CarePatrol. We have worked with Spring Meadows for many years now. This is very good community for Independent and assisted living. They now also have a small memory care community as well. The community is very clean and mgmt there is very attentive to all aspects of senior care. I would definitely recommend this community as a safe option for those who require senior assisted and senior independent living.

My Mom moved into independent living at Spring Meadows 6 weeks ago after looking at 5 other locations. She choose Spring Meadows based on the amenities it offered her. From my first interaction with management for her lease signing to her move in we found the entire staff friendly, helpful, supportive and compassionate. Although my Mom lives independently, she could no longer live alone and did not want to live with family. Spring Meadows provides everything she was looking for and peace of mind for me knowing she is cared for 24-7 if needed. I would recommend the facility and most importantly my Mom has happily adjusted to her new living arrangements. Thank you to all the Spring Meadows Staff who have made this possible.

I moved to Spring Meadows in the summer of 2018. At first, I thought I might have a hard time adjusting to a brand-new lifestyle. Up until this point, Id always lived in a house with a garage and basement where I would putter around. In my new lifestyle, there is no need to putter around. Everything is taken care of for me including meals and housekeeping. Spring Meadows provides rides to my doctors appointments, local stores, the library, restaurants and monthly optional outings, such as Foxwoods Casino, and the Norwalk Maritime Center. We are close to the Merritt Parkway, 1-95, Route 84, 2 hospitals and many, many doctors. There is a sheet available each day where you can select any number of different activities or you could chose to sit in the Spring Meadows library and read quietly. The staff are outstanding. Of all the features that they have here, it is my belief that the staff is the most important one. We are surrounded by a very congenial group who are positive, cooperative and upbeat. Watching staff extend themselves on a daily basis to satisfy the needs of the residents is a common occurrence. You dont have to look too far to hear the natural outbreak of laughter arising from the servers and residents at mealtimes.

We have been providing services for some of the residents who's family hire us to do one on one care for over 15 years. Every time I walk through the front doors I feel so welcomed. Everyone is so compassionate, warm, friendly and staff greet you by your first name. Residents are very friendly as well. They have many activities for residents whether in house or out. They have a cozy Pub where residents socialize daily during happy hour. The library/Cafe is also very welcoming especially if you want to have some quiet time. Physical Therapy is right on premises as well as nursing staff who work very well with residents. Whenever we may have a situation with any of our clients, Spring Meadow staff is always there to assist and are ready to help any way than can. Its a smaller community but the ambiance is very welcome and makes you feel right at home and everyone one know each other.

What a beautiful place! George was so helpful with the process. He made my Gradma very comfortable which was a big party of my Grandma moving in. She really wasn't ready to move out of her home until she realized living at Spriing Meadows is like living on a cruise ship. So happy we made the move there.

Both my parents moved in about two months ago and they are very happy there. The rooms are spacious, the facility is clean and the staff is kind and caring. George Dewey marketing director was instrumental in making it all happen. My parents are enjoying the diverse menu and all the activities. The nurses are collaborative and very helpful. There is a definite family atmosphere there and the small community is a good fit for my parents. My sister and I feel very blessed to have found the perfect place for my parents to spend their years!

My parents have been at Spring Meadows for 8 weeks. We looked at MANY other communities but Spring Meadows had the largest rooms at the best price. On top of having the best price, a full kitchen with washers and dryers, their management staff has been stellar. From the tour to the lease signing, everything went smoothly. Once my parents were settled in their room, the staff have been great. They love the food and the activities. Moving to Spring Meadows was long overdue but my parents do not regret the move one bit!

My father loves his life at Spring Meadows. He has been there for 3 years and he loves the independence. He enjoys the food but he enjoys the music most. Spring Meadows seems to have bands on a weekly basis and he loves to dance!

My mother is there on a respite basis and LOVES it. The staff is very attentive, the nursing care is terrific. There are so many interesting social activities - something for everyone. The setting is comparable to a luxury boutique hotel but much homier. And the other residents are all sooo nice, its no wonder, given such a healthy caring environment.

I am very impressed with the facility overall. The move in process was expedited by George. No detail was left uncovered. He even had me contact the Veteran Benefits to receive funds from the state for my father to stay at Spring Meadows! Every step of this difficult process was covered by the staff. After several falls, my eighty five year old father entered the assisted living program in February 2016. He has made tremendous progress and continues to thrive, because of their genuine care, attention, professionalism and concern for his well being, diet and safety. I am thrilled that I chose Spring Meadows in Fairfield County, and I trust them implicitly! The Staff, Joanne Elser, Executive Director, Sandra, The entire Nursing Staff, especially Michelle Pietrunti, and Scott Kangas! The IT and Maintenance that keeps the Community safe, beautiful and updated, David, and Bob! I am grateful to the people in the environment that surround us (from entry to exit) for their continued help, support and guidance. They are always attentive, at any moment, to our family and my dad. They work diligently, are committed, truly listen, assist, understand and are compassionate to the community and families.
