Unbelievable service - Absolutely top notch. Can't say enough for Filomena Fabrizio who arranged for Monica to sit with our family member while he was in the hospital since we all lived on the West Coast and could not be there. She helped him eat and stay alert and was just excellent in helping our family member. And this was all arranged in 24 hours to coincide with one of us being there to introduce our family member to Monica. It was SUCH a HUGE help to our family. We are so grateful! What an expert company and very very compassionate. Really organized, excellent communication, really commendable company.

Cant thank the staff at Home Care Assistance enough for the caring and professionalism they have shown us. Michelle has been my father-in-laws caregiver and she has been so amazing. She has cared for him with respect, kindness and the utmost professionalism. My in-laws left the country for a few months and we will miss having Michelle coming in the morning with her cheery smile, warm personality and heartfelt caring for our loved one. Also would like to thank Anja and the office staff for finding the perfect person for us. Weve worked with other agencies in the past but Home Care Assistance seems to really take the time out to understand their clients needs and find the right fit for them.

The response time and turnaround time on a Sunday to get help in place was amazing, and from there, everything good followed. I had done my research and called many home care companies. Erik from Home Assistance took time his time answering my questions and putting my familys anxiety at ease. Erik discussed the Balanced Care Approach which my siblings thought was a great idea. Mom has been more reluctant to go outside lately but Erik assured me that he and his highly-screened caregivers would be able to help us with that . The Balanced Care Method also utilizes an intervention to slow down or prevent dementia (little games they can do with mom that can spark cognitive activity). Ive been very impressed with the care givers, theyre punctual and highly professional. So far we couldnt be happier with Home Care Assistance !

Outstanding and caring service! This is my first time life I have ever needed to hire home care for myself. I was very nervous about the procedure I needed to have done. Sherri Wright was incredible in assuring me and that she would have someone that was a good match. The aide she got me, Luisa Ferraro, was the perfect fit! Luisa drove me up to the doctor, waited patiently for the procedure to be done, and assisted me in asking and remembering the after care instructions - which was great because I didnt remember everything. Luisa stayed with me for several hours at home to make sure I was fine. She went to CVS to get my prescription and even got me a nice pair of slippers to wear! I highly recommend Luisa. Patient and thorough. She knows her her job. highly recommend this company and the caring staff that helped me.
