We needed some live-in care for our Mom and chose Dependable Care. We dealt directly with the owner and it was a terrific experience. He was always available with questions and concerns. He was also very friendly, understanding and empathetic. The caregivers have all been wonderful, caring and devoted individuals. My family and I recommend this agency.

I dont know where to begin with this excellent company. As I am sitting here about to write this review, thinking about what Dependable Care LLC has done for me, brings tears to my eyes. Recently, I was hospitalized for two months. During that time, all I wanted was to be able to come home and be with my father. I was unsure if that was ever going to happen, until personally meeting Joe, the founder of Dependable Care. He himself came out for the consultation to provide my father and I more information about the options his company offers, and its history ever since. From day one, Joe has treated my father and I like family. He takes time out of his busy schedule every day, to come visit me, to make sure I am doing okay and everything is going well. With this, it is apparent that he takes pride in making sure his company is satisfying the clients needs while also adding a very personal touch. Before Dependable Care, my father who is 88 years old, was the individual taking care of me as you can imagine how difficult that was. My father could only attend to certain needs of mine, as he had his personal needs that he had to be aware of. At one point, I had lost control of taking care of myself and let myself go. With Dependable Care now present in our lives, life has completely turned around. My father frequently says, John, your mother must have sent Joe here from heaven and I couldnt agree more. I wish I had met Joe 20 years ago as we have gotten our life back. I had lost over 80 pounds and never went to get new clothes. On day two with Dependable Care, Joe went out and bought me some new clothes that would fit me properly, a new electric razor, and some food for the house. He also took time with his staff to clean and tidy up the house so that everything was in place and I felt more comfortable. To add to my comfort, he has even fixed things within the house that need repairs. I currently have weekly appointments that I have to attend throughout the week and Joe has taken me to these on multiple occasions. With all this, he never once looked for a monetary compensation which exhibits to me just how important it is to him to meet a clients needs and do whatever he can to make them happy. Dependable Care has gone above and beyond with a staff that is extraordinary, caring, patient and dependable. I would highly recommend this remarkable company to anyone looking for home-care services!

Dependable Care came to our rescue when my mother was injured. We were able to have an aid assigned immediately for a 24 hr. service taking care of both my parents for about 2 months. Joe and his staff were very professional and most importantly extremely reliable. I would not hesitate to use their services again if needed.

We hired Dependable Care for 24-7 care for my elderly father. We wanted the best care for him. Joe Mut, the owner has understood what my needs were for my father. His services are good. And his staff are friendly. His employees are Certified Nursing Assistants which is a big plus. You wont be disappointed to hire this company.

The positive experience I have had with Dependable Care is remarkable. The company is comprised of a truly professional, experienced, insightful, and caring staff from the top down. Im blown away by how kind, generous, and compassionate its caregivers are. They are extremely attentive, hands on, and tend to not only the needs of their patient, but the patients family as well. The one who has helped my family member is amazing both in demeanor and experience. What impresses me the most about the company is, the owner himself, will go out of his way to handle and solve issues directly with patients and their families, making sure everything is suitable for their needs. It is evident how much he cares about his clients and all communication is handled in a timely, sincere fashion. I feel that Dependable Care works hard to make my family members care a priority. I would highly recommend them, without hesitation, to anyone considering quality home health care services for a loved one!

Dependable Care is a great place to work! I have been employed here for almost 2 years, and in that time I have worked on several cases and met many wonderful clients and families. The owner (Joe Mutt), is a great guy who is always willing to jump in and help wherever needed. He really has gone above and beyond the duties of an owner on several occasions, whether that means spending all day at a clients home to make sure that the client and family members are happy with a new transition, or driving a client to a doctors appointment, or getting an employee to work that is having car trouble. All of these things and more speak to the character and dedication of Joe and his assistant (Donna). If you are looking for a great place to work, Dependable Care is the place for you.

Dependable care is an excellent choice for anyone looking for care for their loved ones. Joe did an excellent job of setting us up with an in-home aid for my father who has Alzheimers. The care he has been receiving exceeded all of our expectations. We can now rest at ease knowing that he has someone who comes to his home daily to help him with his day to day chores and activities. Many of the home health aids and CNAs that we tried using in the past would ignore my father and use their time texting on their phone or making personal calls. The home health aid Ashley who has been coming to my fathers home has gone above and beyond and gives my father her undivided attention at all times. We couldnt be happier with our decision to use dependable care as our choice for my fathers care, and we highly reccomend them to anyone who may be in the market for any type of care! Excellent Place to Work The below review i strongly disagree with. The owner of the company has been nothing but nice to me. Dependable Care pays me exactly what i agreed upon when signing my compensation offer. Dependable Care also pays what other agency are paying CNAS like myself. I do not drive and the owner picks me up for work and respects me greatly as an employee. The owner has done so much for me that I consider him a Friend now. I did not have a cell phone and he went out and bought me one! What owner would do something like this. I feel extremely blessed to have met him and to be working for dependable care. I would highly recommend working or receiving services from dependable care.

As a client of Dependable Care, my main concern is my family member and the care she receives. Joe, the owner, is very professional. He holds his employees to the highest standard of care. This is so important to me and my family, I have to trust the person who is caring for my loved one. Any time I have concerns, I get a call back from Joe directly. Ive used other agencys before finding Dependable Care. I have to say for the first time in many years I am relaxed.
