My mom was there for 15 wonderful months. The staff was amazing and very attentive. Trayvon was a wonderful addition to atria. Always visible in the dementia area making sure everyone was happy. So sorry that mom had to be placed in a nursing home. Cathy Lucian

My husband & I are new residents, having come back East after 30 years absent to a sister Atria from Scottsdale, AZ. So far we are impressed with all phases of management and the care provided to residents. We feel we have found the "cheers" environment, where everyone knows your name and cares.

Our mother was a resident in the memory care section at Atria Larson Place for a little more than a year. In that time we felt as though the staff went out of their way to make it feel like home. Not just for her, but for all of us. The lines of communication were always open and on the rare occasion that we did have an issue, it was quickly resolved. We only moved her out because we couldn't afford private care anymore.

Our aunt has been a resident of Atria Larsen for several years now. We are very, very pleased with the care and attentiveness the staff gives her and the other residents. The communications to the families has been outstanding, especially during Covid-19 surges keeping us abreast of coordinating the patient safety through vaccinations, masks, limiting guests and other CDC guidelines. It was amazing how very few cases Atria Larsen experienced, especially compared to other health care providers. Most recently the staff assisted in coordinating a family party assuring everything fell into place. They all went above and beyond, exceeding all our expectations. I would strongly consider placing a loved one in this facility.

Atria Larson Place is an amazing Assisted Living Community. The residents are very fortunate to have such caring staff to take care of them. The Executive Director and her team go above and beyond each day to keep them all safe.

My grandparents were here for a very long time before they moved on to Mary Wade because they needed more care and they loved it people were so nice the staff was wonderful and everybody wanted to help them they also had family visits available where you could eat off of a menu for a certain price and pick what you wanted and you could have like an actual meal with your family member sort of restaurant style and it was wonderful I was recently helped by Elizabeth Hausner who helped me get care for my mom too because my mom needed care after a fall and they worked with us financially too because we live on a fixed income and Im so proud that my mom is going to be here just like my grandparents were because they had excellent care and everybody loved them and treated them with dignity and respect. Also their covid numbers and protocols were a factor for us too to choose it for our mother. 1 person total and they enacted immediate and safe protocols to keep residents safe unlike many nursing homes around the state.

Our Mom lives here and has for quite some time now. I would like to recognize the staff...Jill Ciafa is amazing..always at the ready to help and answer and address, very swiftly, any medical issues our Mom may have. Stephanie in nursing is wonderful..always smiling and ready to help...Ron is great and responds very quickly to any issues at all. Tom in mechanical has the patience of a saint as does John. Mom lives here and the sense of "family" abounds here; from residents caring about the other residents to the staff who really do care about the residents, in-particularly the Executive Director Ron.. He's always there to pitch in no matter what needs being done, assisting in the dining room with serving at a special event, pitching in to help someone move in to the facility, to helping with a clogged toilet when no one else is around. Ron truly exemplifies great leadership and a commitment to the highest level of caring and personal support for the residents and the families at Larson Place.

I am writing to praise 8 employees at Larsen Place. Almost all the employees at this facility are wonderful, but the following individuals come to my mind. My dad is Art Cattaruzza and has been living here for 2 years and 4 months. Patty Highsmith, has been fantastic to my dad and I from the very first day he moved in. She is always upbeat and watches out for him. At a recent party, she danced with my dad, an activity he always enjoyed in the past, and he had a smile on his face from ear to ear. Diana Rivera has shown my dad kindness and caring. I witnessed her helping him get ready one day and applying lotion to his face, which she said was "very dry." This is something others might not even notice or address. Stephanie Genova and Jill Ciafa along with Leslie Totora are always on top of things; whether it be ordering medications, arranging for blood work, faxing doctors and a myriad of other tasks they perform. I know I can call them once and the issue will be handled. Jane D'Amato and Patricia Mirlado always greet me with cheerfulness no matter how busy they are, or how many people are gathered around their desk. They also keep an eye out for my dad. And last but not lest is Ron Bowen, who has handled delicate issues with diplomacy and kindness. He has offered wonderful support from day one. Thank you to everyone at Larsen Place.
