As the new Executive Director for only one month, I can only say that previous review is obviously written by someone who did not take the time to know the previous Executive Director who was caring, kind, and involved with the residents at the Mews. You can contact either the staff or residents of the Mews concerning his personality. It seems to me this review was written by someone being vindictive as a result of being let go which implies to me that they did not partake in this community and family spirit found at the Mews.

My uncle Has been a resident of The Mews for six years and I have to say it’s been a blessing. The staff are very caring- some have been there for many years, and the director is doing a great job. The food is good, there are a variety of activities available, and the nursing staff and medical management option make all the difference. I like that this is a relatively small assisted living community and feels more personal. I highly recommend

It is hard to imagine a more difficult decision than leaving your home of many years and moving into an apartment or room in an assisted living facility. The bravest individuals are hardly prepared for a transition like this. Although it wasn't easy for my mother, it was made easier by her move to The Muse. The staff is exceptional. Each resident is treated as an individual, with individual needs, personalities, and valued stories. Thank you everyone at The Muse!!

My mother has been a resident of the Mews for several years, and she has been extremely happy with the caliber of service she has received. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and especially caring.I highly recommend the Mews if you are considering it for either yourself or a family member.
