Wonderful staff!

My elderly parent had to suddenly relocate due to condo repairs and I feel very lucky there was a place available at The Mews. The other residents have been very friendly and the staff has been not only welcoming and caring, but exceptionally kind. There are a number of onsite services available to residents, such as a hairdresser and physical therapy, which we have found to be of high quality. The administrators know residents by name and when my parent had a health emergency, the staff nurse came in immediately and then called me right away to discuss the plan of care. I think it's a wonderful place.

My mom and I shopped for assisted living facilities last summer and she chose The Mews. Love her apartment and the staff is committed to making the transition to make this home as easy as possible. Mom loves the food, her neighbors and the safety and support she feels. Looking forward to a long, happy stay!

As the new Executive Director for only one month, I can only say that previous review is obviously written by someone who did not take the time to know the previous Executive Director who was caring, kind, and involved with the residents at the Mews. You can contact either the staff or residents of the Mews concerning his personality. It seems to me this review was written by someone being vindictive as a result of being let go which implies to me that they did not partake in this community and family spirit found at the Mews.

My uncle Has been a resident of The Mews for six years and I have to say it’s been a blessing. The staff are very caring- some have been there for many years, and the director is doing a great job. The food is good, there are a variety of activities available, and the nursing staff and medical management option make all the difference. I like that this is a relatively small assisted living community and feels more personal. I highly recommend

It is hard to imagine a more difficult decision than leaving your home of many years and moving into an apartment or room in an assisted living facility. The bravest individuals are hardly prepared for a transition like this. Although it wasn't easy for my mother, it was made easier by her move to The Muse. The staff is exceptional. Each resident is treated as an individual, with individual needs, personalities, and valued stories. Thank you everyone at The Muse!!
