My mother and father-in-law were at Sunrise in Fairfield, CT for a few years. At every step of the way, we could see how well taken care of they were. It was easy to contact the nursing staff, aides, and even the head administrator when we had a question or concern. The food was very good, and there was a decent selection at each meal. My mother-in law just died recently at almost 98 years old, after having been on the dementia floor. We could not have gotten more loving support during this difficult process. I highly recommend this facility.

My husband has been at Sunrise of Fairfield since February of 2020, before COVID hit. The facility has done an incredible job of caring for their residents and family members during this entire time.Even with no or limited visitation I was always aware of how my husband was doing and changes that were occurring.Now that things are opening up it is wonderful to get into the facility to see community life has blossomed for all the residents.Everyone on staff, from the first people you meet with your phone call to the office staff, nursing staff, food services, aides, to other residents all care about each other.A very special place.

The Sunrise Fairfield executive team lead by Phil Noto leads by example - professional, kind, knowledgeable, supportive, thoughtful & skilled just like the team they’ve assembled. They truly care, they're not just filling their beds. After a year there we are very happy with our experience thus far - No doubt we made the best choice for our loved one.

Five stars based on Sales and Executive leadership in Fairfield office. Irene and Phil were amazing in helping to try and get my grandmother into the Memory Care community at Sunrise. Always accommodating, personable and available. Really focused on the humanity, dignity of their residents and my personal situation. I cannot speak to the Nursing or Memory Care programs, as my grandmother ended up at another facility. However, Irene continued to follow up with me just to check in and ask how my family was doing, even though my grandmother was not one of their residents - unexpectedly above and beyond. I would recommend reaching out to this Sunrise location for assisted living options for your loved one(s).
