Great place, my aunt loves living here.

I have lived here for 8 years This includes the time period when the entire building was completely renovated. New cabinets, plumbing, electricity carpets, paint. The apartments are spacious. Excellent maintenance staff. The administrative staff strictly adheres to all government regulations regarding low income housing. I have a million dollar view and would not consider living elsewhere.

I wrote a review for this property, and I would like to apologize to all who have read it because it was based on misinformation. I misheard some information and the information I posted was inaccurate. Specifically, I learned that there were not nine evictions, there have been no thefts within the building, and they are not in the process of evicting me for a RAR for demanding a Keyless Entrance and cameras on the exterior. Again, I apologize for posting a misinformed and inaccurate review. I enjoy the area and my apartment is perfect for what I am looking for. Molecular-Gravity-Man Face-Book
