Great management & maintenance staff. Administration is very professional and comprehensive. Multiple opportunities for resident activities & involvement. Management is highly trained in senior housing management. Contrary to the classification on this 'results' page, Villa Maria is NOT an assisted living facility. Villa Maria is an independent retirement community.
