My experience at Villas of Pueblo has been challenging, yet so rewarding. I’ve met so many great and intelligent people, who have in turn made me realize certain things about myself. Out of all the nursing homes I e worked in this one is by far the hardest one, but I do believe the people who work here genuinely care and love their residents. The quality of care that is shown to these people is so heart warming and beautiful. As with any nursing home Improvements are always needed and accepted. Staffing is one that sticks out the most, I do believe if we had more CNA’S life would be a bit easier. The staff that is employed with this company are some of the best people I’ve ever worked with. This company has some of the best nurses around! Before I end this, I would like to say thank you for the opportunity to work for this company. I enjoy every minute I’m here and I’ve grown very close to my people.

The Villa is a safe, comfortable place to live. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have lived here for 4 years and enjoy all of the services they have to offer. I can cook in my room, but I enjoy going to the dining room and ordering from a variety of menu items. The

My name is Jacky and Im a 65 year old female living at Villa Pueblo. It is required that a person be at least 55 years old to live here. About a year ago, my lease was up at previous apartment so I started shopping around for another one only to find they were very expensive and quite sub standard. Villa Pueblo seemed expensive but considering all utilities paid including meals, basic cable and transportation, I had to consider it. Due to Covid 19, rides are temporarily limited to medical appointments only. My studio is beautiful and spacious with a large balcony and view of the mountIns. But the best thing about Villa Pueblo is their commitment to kindness through all staff, management and residents, which is a very diverse group. They all say it is like a family and it truelly is. It is very unique and special. I love it here and dont plan on ever moving. I recommend Villa Pueblo to anyone over 55 . It is like living in a high class hotel. Hope to see you here for a tour. Its worth it!

My grandmother lives at the Villa Pueblo and she absolutely loves it there. The residents and staff make her feel like family. She enjoys going to the dining room for meals which she absolutely loves. After my grandfather passed away she was not doing that well. I toured the Villa with her she was not really exited about leaving her home but during the tour everyone made her feel welcome. Thank you all for what you do you have changed her life!

However emporarily limited to medical rides due to Covid 19. Also my studio apartment is spacious and beautiful with a large balcony and views of the mountains. But the best thing about Villa Pueblo is the commitment to kindness which extends from all staff management, to food service , to maintainance and housekeeping and between all residents which is a very diverse group, as well as between staff and residents. They all say it is like a family and it truelly is! Very unique and special!! Staff arranged vaccines for all of us as well. Many social activities are opening back up. However if privacy is preferred, that is easily attained as well. I love it here and I dont plan on ever moving again..I recommend Villa Pueblo to ANYONE over55 yes of age. it is like living in a high class hotel. Hope to see you here for a tour. Its worth it!!!!

We enjoyed our tour. Although I really liked this facility and what it offered, my mother in law thought it would be too confusing for her to get around. I don't think she liked that it was a tower with several floors.

My mother lives at the Villa Pueblo. She absolutely loves it and has made many good friends!. She is very happy there and has many opportunities to join in all the different activities. They have a beautiful dining room that she goes to eat her meals and has a choice of several different kinds of food. We have eaten there and the food is wonderful. Highly recommend the chicken fried steak dinner and the chocolate pie! One of all of our favorites. She has a beauty shop at her disposal and they also take the guest shopping a few times a week. She really enjoys getting out and doing that. The facility is lovely we had her 90th birthday there a few weeks ago in the penthouse she also had a party in the bistro and the staff helped us serve and it was lovely! It is so nice to see her happy and so excited about each day!

I have no complaints of how things had went for my loved one during our tour of this community. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. I liked the different apartments they had available as well as budget friendly prices. It was just not the right fit for us in the end decision.

I have taken a lot of tours of many different communities and this one was by far the nicest out of all of them that I had seen. They had a beautiful property inside and out with an excellent floor plan that was wide open and easy for the residents to navigate. My uncle was just not ready to make the move at the time but I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone.

We like this community. The staff is outstanding. and very caring to his needs. It is very clean inside and outside. He is offered to do field trips and other activities. We like the food and the variety for him. This community is very nice and we would recommend the care for other families and the good value.
