Thanks to exceptional, professional management and staff we are Coved 19 free, and every resident and staff member is vaccinated. The noisome lockdowns and quarantines are over. Residents are smiling and expressing sincere appreciation to be taking meals in the dining room; expressing interest is old friends and l the many news residents. Interesting activities, Bingo, exercises sessions and many stimulating games around the fireplace in the main lobby. Family visitations and resident's external trips all add to the much-appreciated freedoms being reinstated.

I am so pleasantly surprised by this facility. Joanne Rigby walked my mother and I through the entire process, making it an easy and uncomplicated procedure. Before Mom moved in, we met some of the staff, who were all so wonderful. One day into residence, I find the staff treating the residents with dignity and respect, always smiling and helpful. Everyone I have met has left me with the impression that they are doing something they love. I couldn't be happier that my mother will be living her best life here!

I feel like we hit the jackpot when my step-sister found Park Regency. I was unable to visit pre-move in and was quite nervous about what we were getting into, but the staff, facilities and help that they have provided was more than I could have ever expected. First week after move-in and my mom is playing bridge, eating right, and I have a lot more peace of mind that if she needs help, someone will be there. Thank you for all you do Park Regency!

We had a great experience with Park Regency Loveland. Joanne walked us through every step of the enrollment process and made it a very easy and understandable process. She helped us navigate through all the enrollment forms and made what seemed like a daunting process feel very easy. The move-in process was great and felt like we had all the help we needed to get our family member settled in. The facility is very clean and updated and the rooms and amenities are very nice compared to many of the other assisted living options in the area. I would highly recommend Park Regency.

I was referred to Park Regency assisted living and was extremely impressed by the prompt response that I received. Joanne Rigby was so professional and pleasant to work with in my search for a place for my mother! The information that she sent to me was so thorough and the videos and photos that she sent were beyond my expectations. It was a joy to work with her every step of the way!

My mom has lived here since May 2018 and really enjoys the friendships she has made and the friendly, helpful staff. Includes 3 meals a day, which is wonderful and there are lots of activities for those who want to keep busy. It is good to understand the limitations before deciding to come. The rents have gone up 20% in the 19 months since she moved in, which significantly outpaces inflation.

I have been a resident here for nearly three years so I have some experience but others have more. My sister is my guardian. I talk with her often on the phone. She frequently reminds me of my growth since I arrived here. Learning to enjoy life again is what it’s all about for me. Yes, there issues but that happens anywhere we go. Yes, it is very frustrating when things don’t go the way they should and there are promises that aren’t kept and for that I am very sorry! But in the end I feel loved, supported and cared for. Your mom is blessed to have such an impassioned advocate as you are. Aging is a challenge beyond anything I ever expected so I offer my prayers of gratitude and move forward into another day.

Well I was hoping this place was going to be a great fit for my Mom. Unfortunately it seems to be a huge costly mistake. They raise the rent about every other month. Mind you she has only been here since the middle of August and 2 rate hikes (ridiculous). The heating and a, c go out about every 2 to 3 weeks. My Mom has been sick since Thanksgiving and twice in this time frame she has had no heat and she has gone to bed with a coat and hat on her head. They do not allow space heaters or even those electric fireplaces you can hang on the wall. The staff doesnt notify me when my mom goes to the ER or when she has been brought back home. They lie and say they have seen her when they have not. They do not look at paperwork upon return from ER. They will not pick you up from the ER if it is outside of regular hours. Transportation is only available during the week and nothing on the weekends or evenings. It needs to be pre-arranged as well so if you have an emergency, you cant rely on them to help getting you where you need to go. The cleaning staff doesnt clean good at all. One of the questions we asked about before signing on the dotted line was about housekeeping. They do not dust EVER if you have anything on your tables or night stands. The vacuum they use doesnt work very well. I have never gone to see my Mom and thought the room was clean. The bathroom doesnt smell clean either after a cleaning. I am so not impressed. This is the only facility around that will accept medicaid (for the future) so we are kinda stuck until I can find something else for her. The amount of money that is spent here would be worth it, if they provided the services that we were told would be provided. There are some super sweet people who work here and there are also some people who are not. My rant is over. If I could post this on their website I would but do not see an opportunity to do so.
