When my mom and I first toured MorningStar of Littleton, we knew that that was the place she wanted to be! And we're so happy that she moved there! She was there only for a year and a half before she passed away. During that year and a half, she was treated with so much respect and the aides and staff loved her! She treated the aides like they were her grandchildren and they never took it for granite. The entire staff, from housekeeping to the chef, are so caring and will help you with whatever you need. I would highly recommend MorningStar for your loved one.

Melissa and her team were very helpful in providing quality care for my father, as well as my father-in-law and mother-in-law (2 years prior) in their last days. The joy and willingness of everyone to attend to their many requests (and there were many) was greatly appreciated. Most of all, Melissa was always available to speak with us as their care situations and needs changed. For her and her team at MorningStar, assisted living and memory care is more than just a "job".

Our mother and stepdad entered the Littleton Morningstar in April, 2020 in the middle of covid. While we were not able to see their room, the staff went out of their way to help us understand what would and would not fit in their room and helped make their move as smooth as possible. Sadly, our stepdad passed away in October of that year, but our mother was a resident of Morningstar until she passed away this past January. Since I live nearby, I visited her frequently and all staff members were very accommodating to her needs. During the early years, the food was not up to Mom's - and others - liking, but, recently, it has greatly improved with a new chef. During Mom's final days, the nurses and staff members were so caring and accommodating to Mom's needs and were wonderful about keeping us informed. My siblings and I would definitely recommend MorningStar of Littleton if you have a loved one who needs extra care.

We love the staff at MorningStar!! Everyone has been so helpful and kind. They welcomed us in, as if we were family! We enjoy going there to visit - the residents are so friendly and we have gotten to know several by name. Environment in clean and well kept, we love taking walks around the grounds. Food is good too!!

MorningStar has helped my mom transition to a new way of living. The support she has received has been outstanding. In her words, "the food is great, the people are great, I feel so much better in my new apartment than in the last place." I can honestly say my mom is smiling, talking, and enjoying most everyday here. She thinks, and I agree, the support staff have gone out of their way to make her feel at home. I wish I had found this facility sooner. Totally has made a wonderful improvement in both my outlook and my mom's. Honestly, I would be happy to live there too.

The experience at MorningStar of Littleton has been fantastic. All of the staff from the kitchen, the aids, housekeepers, laundry, maintenance, recreation, and administration have been so helpful, friendly and very engaged in the customer experience. We have my parents in two units and they are wonderful ensuring they see each other and are treated well. It's refreshing to see in senior living a vibrant culture of care and caring for their residents which extends to their families. The residents all care for one another as well, and are very friendly, welcoming to new people, and neighborly. They have an active activities calendar to keep the residents engaged and interacting. The patio on the memory care unit is very pleasant, quiet, inviting and a nice place to enjoy the outdoors without concern for being too hot as it's well shaded and pleasant. My dad really enjoys the meals here. The food is good and the company at the tables he shares are very nice and welcoming. We couldn't be more pleased with entrusting our parents care in this facility.

Very inviting and inclusive for all residents. This was an extremely hard transition to move from a home they lived in for 64 years. Morning Star helped make this a smooth transition. The staff, ALL of the staff are so helpful and accommodating. All of my questions and concerns have been answered on the spot. Absolutely amazing. I have never second guessed my decision to making Morning Star their new home. Highly recommend.

The care here is really very good! Nothings perfect, its Human Nature to get upset when we perceive others aren't being cared for the way we would do it ourselves. Be objective and follow the evidence when having dealings with people. To my family some of the important things were no bad smells, nurses & staff with clean backgrounds and tenured leadership. Remember Just like Moms home cookin' meals vary, attitudes vary so expect some varying. Morningstar Littleton checks all the right boxes in my opinion. It's on you to let the good or the bad come into your life. Things here are Optimal and I highly recommend giving Tracie & Co. a try!

My mom is currently a resident at MorningStar in their assisted living facility. This is a small facility with a terrific staff. I love that I recognize most of the staff when I visit and that they recognize me! This is exactly the "home" that my sister and I envisioned for my mom when we knew that an assisted living facility was in her future. The staff is very knowledgeable in senior issues, which was very important to our family, but they are also so very caring and compassionate--my guess is that having both an empathy for the residents and a thorough knowledge of senior issues may be somewhat of an anomaly. My mom entered Morningstar during the Covid 19 crisis. Although visitation is limited, certainly not Morningstar's fault, the staff has accommodated our many requests to the best of their ability. With regard to the facility itself, it is very well kept and doesn't look like an assisted living facility, something that appealed to our family. My mom's "apartment" is quite nice, with high ceilings and a large, bright bay window. There are many activities available to the residents and too many amenities to name here--see their website! Thanks Morningstar and staff for a great home for my mom!

MorningStar of Littleton went above and beyond for my MIL. They were quick to help us get her into respite on a 48 hour medicare discharge notice, when she wasn't cleared to go home alone. She has started to thrive while being there, while re-learning her independence. The staff is amazing, and Laurie was awesome to work with. There are tons of activities, and she loves the options for food, and if she isn't feeling what is being offered, they have a everyday menu she can choose from. If you are looking for a respite care or even Assisted Living, I HIGHLY recommend MorningStar. **Update** With the recent events in the world, I have to tell you how awesome this facility did keeping our loved one safe. I know it's hard not being able to see them, but because of their strict guidelines, they didn't have a single outbreak in the facility. I am so thankful she is in such a safe environment through this whole COVID-19 pandemic. I know it wasn't the same for our loved one on the inside either, but the facility did their best to make things work. I really appreciate this staff.

Mother has been at Morningstar for 8 months now. I felt at ease having her there from the beginning. I feel the staff always is looking out for her and residents there. There are so many activities each day and Mom was really needing something to do. The facility is clean, rooms and hallways are bright. The food is delicious and the right portions. I also like that they always pray for the meal. Morningstar is a good fit for Mom and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for assisted living.
