This place is a nightmare. It is rundown and the facility looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. The hallway bathrooms reak of urine. There are clear signs of bed bugs in every room and the residents are ignored. This place is a scam. They over charge and none of what they charge goes to the residents. It's a nightmare and no one should be forced to live here.

I am very grateful to be working at Birch Assisted Living. The lady owners are the most caring owners that I have ever met, as I have worked in nursing homes and assisted livings for over 35 years, and Birch is the most unique home that I have ever worked. It didn't take me to long to realize that Birch is a very special family. The employees are impeccably dedicated and hard working. Both owners came for Christmas with their husbands and handed out tons of Christmas presents to the Residents and employees. And it is tradition for one of the owners to cook the Thanksgiving meal and Christmas Dinner each year! You will not find such personal and raw dedication of ownership in any other large assisted living. I would highly recommend Birch Assisted Living because it is a home that I would have my own Mother living in, and because it is a place of love. Thanks for reading.

Great place and great people. I was sad that my father couldn't live with me anymore but I know he is in good hands and well taken care of.

Very appreciative to Birch Assisted living. My in laws have been there for over a year now and the worry is gone. We previously had issues finding a permanent spot for my in laws but we are very relieved to have found that residence in Birch.
