Center of the Rockies offers a complete package of senior living and care services. Our residents are independent seniors who need a little help sometimes. We are a private, peaceful property located in Fort Collins. Residents appreciate the short distance to local attractions, activities, and events. We help our senior residents not only with their daily routines, but to thrive physically, mentally, and socially within our community. I was transferred from PVH. I was welcomed and oriented. The staff was friendly and helpful. What stood out was the ample number and frequency of therapies and the attention given to me. Meals were very good and I had the option of eating in my room and going to the dining room. As this has been fully covered by Medicare, I am not certain of a price.

This a place is home. As you enter the facility, it just feels so welcoming and warm. The current residents are always moving and grooving, and the staff take their time with each individual. It is very clear that the administrator there knows the importance of creating a culture that people want to be a part of!

I have been in several rehab facilities and Rehabilitation and Nursing Center of the Rockies is absolutely the very best! The staff from the nurses to the social workers to the housekeepers are incredibly professional,patient, friendly and kind. I was here one day and everyone knew me by my first name! The nursing and therapy staff are amazing ™. If I ever need therapy again I would never think about going anywhere else!

I have been impressed with and grateful for this facility and the staff. Very caring team who give us confidence our loved one is being taken care of and treated well. They have a wide variety of activities for whose who want to/are able to participate and their communication and coordination of care have been excellent as care needs progress. The 4 stars is simply reflecting that facility itself is dated but it is safe and the staff really make all the difference.

I wanted to retract a bad review that I posted. It was a big mishap on my part. The staff at RNCR turned out to be the best care for my dad. The nurses are the most compassionate The first night was rough for my dad but throughout his stay was incredible Thank you for proving a very scared daughter wrong

My mom was recently at RNCR! I love this place! They took such great care of my mom. All of the nurses and CNA’s are amazing! The food is superb as are the activities the provide for the patients. I can’t say enough about the therapy department! They are superb! If you want the best care for your family member this is the place to go!

The staff at RNCR is incredible. They are very caring and understand the needs of their patients. The management team stays in touch with family, to keep them updated about their loved ones. I highly recommend this facility.

I just walked into this building yesterday for a tour. Wow! The administrator came out and gave me a personal tour, everyone had smiling faces residents and staff alike.

Our 100 year Mother In Law Dorothy has been at this facility for a month now and motivated her from just staying in bed to getting out and meeting as many in the facility as possible!? Had been at a Columbine after she had Covid and they neglected her and asked us to pick her up and pay her bill immediately!?! If you are wanting to take a parent home to rest Rehabilitation and Nursing of the Rockies is Heaven! Thank you to the incredible staff!

Rehabilitation and Nursing Center has great administration, therapy, Rebekka ADON and Hannah the infectious Control Nurse are there 7 days a week working over 8 hours a day! Therapy and Nursing staff and the Kitchen Manager is also there 7 days and often over 8 hours daily to fulfill your needs and to provide you with your specific needs. Dr Chohan our Medical Doctor is also excellent!’°

This facility took exceptional care of my father-in-law. My wife and I live in Iowa and she worried about her Dad a lot being so far away. However once she met the staff RNCR, her worries lessened immensely. They were so kind and accommodating and took excellent care of him. We are so very grateful.

Words cannot even begin to describe my gratitude to the amazing staff at RNCR. My dad suffered from dementia and was not easy to care for, however he was always shown love and compassion. He was not able to verbally socialize, yet RNCR created an atmosphere where he could still be very social. Singing and dancing brought my dad joy up until the end and everybody there knew it and brought that out in him. I am so eternally thankful for their exceptional care and for giving him opportunities to thrive. It was so hard to know that a cherished family member was in a state of decline, but such a relief to know he was given such excellent care when he needed it most.

Our beloved Aunt Wilma spent here last months at RMCR. We were so concerned and torn about placing her away from us. I have to say that from the 1st contact via my initial phone call I felt RMCR is where Aunt Wilma belonged. I have to mention the young lady who helped get everything going for Aunt Wilma her name is Samantha!!! Your a peach, my dear. The staff was so attentive and called us with updates to her condition. I didn't have to run someone down or call back 3 times to get an answer. In the end days the staff were educated on hospice and helped us with what we could expect in the days ahead. They were compassionate. Our family couldn't have asked for more. Thank you, Juliette Burgdorf

RNCR is a fantastic facility. I highly recommend this facility for long term or short term care placement. The therapy team works hard to rehabilitate people and get them back into the community. Staff is very friendly and strive to give excellent care.

We put my husband in there last October! He has received very good care there. It very hard on both of us not being able to see each other. We both said we wouldent put us in Mursing home! He has the onset of dementia! We visit him out side his window, and I call him several times a day, I'm not able to care for him as I had 2 life threatening hospital stays my self and fell and broke my wrist last year! They are doing a great job with him in caring for him, we are losing growns with him, he don't want to talk to me much, I feel so guilty not seeing him, there doing such a good job that he isn't going to remember me?? That's my biggest fear! If they don't open up soon I don't know if I can leave him in there! I know I have to stay strong for him? But it's all I can do not to just go hit him! He wants to come home? And it brakes my heart, I never thought he wouldent be around! ™™™™™™

When we brought my mother in law here we were not ready for this. Surprisingly my father in law was two months behind her. Three years later, my mom is there and I can say I sleep peacefully knowing she is in good hands. The nursing and CNAs are so good to our parents. I am grateful for the whole staff. They know us and and listen to our concerns. I can't tell you how much my family appreciates all they do to care for our parents. Thank you!!!

I am so grateful for the wonderful staff at RNCR. Our mom has been living at RNCR for over three years, and it is a safe, loving home for her. She has lots of activities to keep her busy, and the staff keep watch over her as if she was their family! Thank you, those who work in social services, nursing, nutrition, and activities. We love you for loving our mother.

RNCR has the most caring , compassionate staff ! My grandmother recently passed away after living there for over a year . I cant begin to express how grateful my family is for the wonderful care they provided . My grandma lived at another nursing home in the area and was not taken care of properly so we moved her to RNCR .They value family , and went above and beyond to provide the BEST care possible . Thank you RNCR !!

Maybe this isn't the most modern of facilities, but I think they care for the individuals compassionately. My mother in particular is a tough case due to mental illness. They are very patient with her and are willing to deal with all her drama the insurance hassle in a way that other facilities weren't. They could improve internal communication between the CNA and nursing staff, though. I've asked for a few things to be scheduled (such as podiatry and dentistry) and they are very slow to follow through ... even when I've seen it written down on some type of task list.
