I had a relative just move to Parkwood and, so far, we couldn't be happier! The staff is a true team and everyone is terrific! You can tell they truly care about their careers and the residents. Meagan helped us get setup and ready to go, David helped with the tour and information and Joe made the sign up process a breeze while Lisa is the friendly face when we come through the front door. Moving is never easy and neither is giving up some things in life, however Parkwood does a great job of making that transition as easy as possible. I think my relative will really thrive at Parkwood.

This is a wonderful independent living community. I have but one complaint and that is that it is not wheelchair friendly. The showers are not wheelchair accessible. Other than that it is a wonderful community.

For the most part this has been a wonderful place to live and hasnt been the best of places during the covid crisis but nothing ever is perfect no matter where you live especially when youre dealing with a large group of people.

My mother had stayed here for three months before transferring to assisted living place. Four years ago. And I love this place. It was good for her...to mingle with other people. In the dining area. Library. TV room. I am thinking about moving here too!

Friendly staff and the residents are friendly and welcoming. We brought my mother in law to visit and decide her next chapter. Being widowed we thought this was going to be difficult but actually she was pleased to meet the residents and staff and I believe is looking forward to this next chapter for the first time in 7 months since her loss. Excited for her and this place is going to be great for her.

My father moved in about a year ago and he really loves it. Great size apartment with a beautiful balcony, good food, relaxed dining, and wonderful people both residents and staff.

My grandma just got a nice little place here and it seems to be treating her well so far. She likes the activities, the offerings for transportation around town, and the people. Her little apartment is pretty neat and has everything she needs. The dining facilities are pretty nice too. Their chef does a pretty good job. The Christmas decorations have everything looking very festive and bright. Overall I think it offers senior folks a pretty great alternative to living on their own.
