Just an absolutely delightful place. A lot of activities and interaction with the residents. The food is good, very friendly staff. One of the best assisted living and memory care facilities that I have the pleasure of working for. Highly recommend Pine Grove Crossing and as a healthcare worker I know exactly what I'm talking about.

My wife has had a great experience here, as have I. Im typically here with her 8 to 10 hours a day and the staff has been wonderful. We have enjoyed working with the nursing staff and the doctors. The doctor she was assigned is very knowledgeable. We really enjoyed the food here too, I ate here with her almost everyday. We are thankful for the work that has been done here and are excited for her to get home.

My CNA students from MGA Academy had the privilege of having clinicals at Brookdale Denver, and had an extraordinary learning experience! All of the staff here are very generous with their expertise, and my students were able to see what a great long term care community looks like. The CNAs and nurses are compassionate, dedicated and expert at providing care that ensures optimal well being for each resident. My students were also able to see the great services that the activities, dietary, and housekeeping staffs provide, making this community superb at providing holistic care. The training and educational resources provided to staff ensure that every staff member is the best at what they do. Very grateful for the opportunity!

My dad received excellent care during his stay at this facility. The nurses, doctors, therapists were all wonderful and attentive. Each time I visited, someone was available to discuss my dads condition and progress. The front desk always had someone to answer any questions or help with transportation.

Recently moved Mom into the memory care wing at Brookdale Denver. She was there for about 2 months before she passed. The people at Brookdale are the BEST!. They treated Mom with such great respect, and seemed happy while doing it. Thanks to Zarida, Ethiopia, Abraham, Elvianis, and the rest of the aides who cared for her. Thanks to Joe Gear for his help in moving Mom in. Thanks to Robert Baker for all of his help.Thanks to Hazel for her medical help. The Brookdale Hospice folks were also very caring and helpful, including nurse Leigh, aide Maya, social worker Shawna, counselor Jeff. Thy all helped us thru this difficult time.

My dad lived at Brookdale Denver from December, 2018 until he passed away on June 25, 2019. I would like to pass along my sincere appreciation to the people that provided care for him. Their jobs are difficult. People like my dad are going through some of the worst times of their lives. But, your staff showed a high level of patience, professionalism, and compassion. Though I didnt know all their names, I believe the following people are representative of a fine team: Hazel, Houthia, Rebecca, Lydia. Please pass along my admiration to all the members of your team.

I like the food, PK makes good coffee. I have something to think about everyday and I have learned new things. Everybody is so nice- Iwan, Genet, Misrack, Wendy, Steven, Jennifer, Jade, Kelley, Heather, the Mikes, and Patrick. I havent met anyone who isnt nice. It has been fun here.

This is one of the best if not the best skilled care facilities you can go to. Everyone was so kind especially Amy Bernard the Social Worker there who watched over our mom after her death until she was picked up. We couldnt have asked for anything more. Thanks again to everyone for all that they did for her.

There are some good staff here, but over the last year, there has been tons of staff turnover and other issues, resulting in sub-par care for residents. It seems to be getting better in the last couple months.
