I recently moved my mother from an assisted living in CA to Montage Hills so I could be closer to her. My experience with Montage so far as been wonderful! Beginning with the business and admissions staff and right on through to move in day and then every day living, i have no complaints whatsoever and neither does my mom. Sydney is fantastic; she handled so many details from initial contact through interview, room selection, and introductions to staff etc. She was organized and efficient, and she did what she said she would do at every turn. I appreciated her attention to detail and prompt responses to my many questions. All the staff are caring, kind, and go out of their way to make the tenants feel at home and loved. Great place- what a find!

I can't say enough good things about Montage Hills and the staff that have helped us find a solution for my brother-in-law. Hani helped us through the process from the first call. When we were struggling to get call backs from other facilities, Hani called us back quickly, and after hours. She and Meghan helped us with every step of the process. Recently, my wife and I were looking for an assisted living facility for her sister. We just happened to receive a post card advertisement for Montage Hills and decided to check it out. We spoke to Hani Pullen, the SalesDirector and had a very nice conversation so we decided to take my wife's sister to visit. Hani met us, gave us a tour and discussed the details of Montage Hills with us. Hani is an amazing person. She made an immediate connection with the three of us. She was kind, asked great questions and never once made us feel any pressure. She was honest, informative and interested in what my wife's sister wanted and needed. My wife's sister decided it was the place for her and moved in. She is thriving at Montage Hills. Everyone from the staff to the other residents welcomed her and made her feel at home. There has not been a single thing that is different than Hani explained to us. The facility is very nice, there are many activities available for the residents and the food is excellent! Hani and her team are so kind, helpful and attentive! My wife and I are thrilled with Montage Hills and her sister feels like it's home. If you or a loved one is looking for an assisted living facility, we would highly recommend you visit Montage Hills.

This was my first visit to this facility. The receptionist was welcoming. A caregiver offered to escort me to Memory care. The caregiver on duty in Memory Care went through the checklist I had though she did say she only sees my resident in the mornings. I then visited with my resident in the dining room where another caregiver who had worked at this facility for 20 years, was kind enough to sit with us and go over the checklist in detail. This caregiver gave me valuable information, was not in a rush and was very thorough in her evaluation and in telling me the various items needed by my resident. I wish I had gotten her name but you can't have too many caregivers who have been at your facility for 20 years. Please find out who she is. Then this caregiver took me to the resident's room and personally showed me her closet and why she needs clothes and various other items. The caregiver exhibited extraordinary kindness toward the resident and also good knowledge of the resident. Her dedication was evident. I was impressed with the order and cleanliness of the residents room, as well.

My experience here in the Montage community has been exceptional. The staff, management to care givers to wait staff is consistently knowledgeable and pleasant. Everyday is filled with activities from balloon volleyball to wordgames, workshops on crafting and cooking, just to name a few. Anyone interested in joining this community only need to make an appointment with Hani, the Sales Director. Her happiness in doing her job is infectious and will immediately engulf you in the warmth of this facility!

We choose Montage Hills over several other assisted living communities in the area mostly due to how warm and close the community seemed. Everyone we met was wonderful and Hani, the head of operations, was so sweet to my Mom and we could tell she really cared for the residents and the staff. My parents always intended to be "hauled out feet first" from their home but in the end they need more help than they could get at home. We first visited Montage Hills a couple months ago and were impressed with the homey feel and the genuine care of all the different people working there. We finally moved them in a couple weeks ago and they have easily settled into their new flat. Staff is always very accommodating of individual needs and seems eager to help their residents live comfortable and find happiness. Hanieh, the leasing agent, doesn't ever quit helping her residents and continues to support their needs after they move in. I can't thank the staff their enough for helping our family find some ease through these challenging times.

Hello! My brother and I were looking for an Assisted Living Home/Facility for our beautiful Mother who is now 94 years young! I found Montage Hills, and the thing that caught my eye about it was the word "CARE", and somehow I could feel that it wasn't just a word there! I felt that it was true! So upon calling, I set up an appointment to come in and speak with the Director, Hani Pullen, who exemplified the very word that drew me there in the first place... "CARE"! She took time out with me, didn't rush me, was very hospitable and kind, respectful, and honest, and I was very intrigued and encouraged concerning her, and the Facility! At the time my brother was looking at another Facility, so in all fairness I asked him for the address so I could go see it and talk with their Director, in which I did. And there was no comparison... none at all! So upon letting my brother know, he respected my decision, and we brought our Mother in for an appointment and the rest is history! She loves it too!! There is a place in heaven for Hani Pullen. For years I knew I would eventually need a Memory Care Place for my brother, but when the shoe finally dropped.....I was totally lost as to what to do next. After looking at numerous places, very few of which I found even adequate, I stopped one morning at 8AM just to stick my head in the door of Montage to see what it looked like. Hani was already there and took me around without an appt. I was not only impressed by the place, but by Hani. She gently walked me through the process, helped me with my 'guilt', etc.etc. as she has continuted to do the past few months. We moved Fred to Montage a few days later. And after four months I am thrilled to say he is doing great. I am not exaggerating when I say Hani Pullen, and the staff at Montage saved my brother's life, and gave me back mine. Wish I could give her more than five stars.

My wife has had a great experience here, as have I. Im typically here with her 8 to 10 hours a day and the staff has been wonderful. We have enjoyed working with the nursing staff and the doctors. The doctor she was assigned is very knowledgeable. We really enjoyed the food here too, I ate here with her almost everyday. We are thankful for the work that has been done here and are excited for her to get home.

All of the staff here are very generous with their expertise, and my students were able to see what a great long term care community looks like. Recently moved Mom into the memory care wing at Brookdale Denver. She was there for about 2 months before she passed. The people at Brookdale are the BEST!.
