Visited my friend today. Beautiful location, residents having a view of the front range mountains incl Pikes Peak, and roomy parking for visitors. Friendly staff to help me checkin as a visitor and direct me to the resident room. Clean and spacious hallways, recreational room, and physical therapy room. Clean and spacious resident room with cable TV and adjustable bed. Overall a very warm and welcoming home facility.

This review is important to me because as I was looking for a place for my mom to rehab after a spinal fusion I read many reviews. This is a wonderful facility, all of the staff are kind, compassionate, and patient. They all were very attentive and accommodating. They allowed me or one of my sisters to stay with her while she was there (we brought our own blow up mattress) they were helpful in making sure we had everything we needed as well. Physical and occupational therapy were high quality and mom was discharged sooner than we thought because she had progressed so quickly. Very nice, clean facility. Food was good and they were very accommodating, my mom is a picky eater and likes everything very plain and bland and they met her every request. Guests are able to purchase a meal for $6. They had activities like bingo and movie nights to keep residents entertained during their stay. Very nice outdoor areas and plenty of space for visiting if you have families or groups that come to visit. Thank you to all who work to make this place a safe and comfortable place for those who need care.

Noel came in to get acquainted w my friend who just arrived today. Setting up all her needs,meds. Also other lady young CNA brought her lunch which had pork and was able to switch to fish that she loved. 3rd lady from admin walked by we asked for sugar for her coffee and she found and brought it back for her coffee. Best rehab anywhere! Every staff person there - from the kitchen and cleaning help to the social workers, doctors, nurses, physical therapists, and CNA's - has your best interests at heart, works as a unified team, and I didn't meet a single one who wouldn't go the extra mile to make sure you feel safe, listened to, and well cared for. The Healthcare Resort served my mother well after falling and breaking her shoulder/arm. She was well attended to and the staff was attentive to her pain level and daily needs. The therapist were patient with her even though her energy level was compromised by her fall. The facility was clean and the food choices were varied, healthy and tasty. I would not hesitate to use the Healthcare Resort agin if needed.

The people here are incredible! Karly possibly saved my dad's life. Porcher and Mackenzie are very helpful and kind. With so many nurses, after Covid, burned out and tired of grumpy people, it's refreshing to see this facility has the right people needed to assure a recovery of your loved one in a caring and kind manner. My father got knee replacement surgery and he injured himself shortly after requiring a second surgery. After being in and out of the hospital 3 times we found there was no way he was able to get the care he needed at home. He was in pain, swelling of the knee and was unable to move. He was about to damage the knee a 3rd time. He had no help at home and the insurance refused to send him to a rehab facility due to the hospital messing up the paperwork for us both times. Karly told us what to do to get the insurance to look at my father's position seriously and helped us every step of the way. She was amazing! It was refreshing and a true life saver when Karly from the healthcare resort came along and fixed everything. Karly is my hero! The staff here has been excellent. They spend the time needed to listen and do the right thing. We are very impressed and we all very much appreciate such incredible people willing to help us. Thank-you so much for all you do! It takes special people to do what they do as this is incredibly hard work. We appreciate you!

I spent 6 weeks at the Healthcare Resort and in my opinion a five star rating is well deserved. Raquel and her staff of PTs and OTs were outstanding. Especially my OT ,Tyler & OTA Jessica are very professional, knowledgeable, personable, caring and always treat people as special individuals. PT, Lester & PTA, Matt were also very professional caring and easy to work with and very detailed in their explanations on my PT workouts. The Staff at Silverton were also very caring and treated everyone very special. All the the Nurses, CNAs, Nurse Practitioner, helped me whenever I had a problem or any medical issue. As for the food, I was very impressed. I would give it an 8 out of 10 rating. Thank you everyone at the Healthcare Resort.

My wife recently stayed at The Healthcare Resort of Colorado Springs. Both she and I found the staff (nurses, physical and occupational therapists, and others) to be supportive and excellent in every way. For example, the response time when the call button was pushed was short, usually the call was answered within minutes. This may seem like a small thing, but when you need to go to the toilet, well you know what I'm talking about. We also found the accommodations to be clean and well cared for. We recommend the Healthcare Resort without reservation.

My 90-year-old mother has been in several rehabilitation centers in the last few years, and without a doubt, the staff here have been consistently the most caring and attentive. They have allowed me to spend the night in her room while I'm visiting from out of town, so I've seen it all. She never has to wait very long when she presses the call button for assistance. I've also met the kitchen staff here and they have been so kind to me when I've gone to get her coffee or milk. Kudos and sincerest thanks for the care you all are giving my mom!

I would say this resort deserves a 5 star. My husband was in the facility 8 days and his needs were taken care of from conversation to PT, Speech and OT and a special mattress so he could sleep more comfortable. His well being and safty was at the utmost priority He did complain and they greated him with a smile. ( due to his pain) Great appreciation to all the staff. We feel fortunate that my husband was able to get into the Healthcare Resort for rehab after his stroke. Visitors all commented on the nice environment. Food selection is varied and has all day options available for order. I see many comments on staff shortage but that is common every where. A member of the housekeeping staff said they all help in requests and I found that the message was passed along quickly to the appropriate employee. Their staff are wonderful caring people to the resident and family.
