I can't imagine a more caring and loving home for my parents to have spent their last years in than Penny Lane. Knowing they had kind, patient, safe and attentive care gave me such great peace of mind. The caregivers were exceptional and became like family. I truly couldn't have asked for a better place for my parents who spent 7 years in the care of Penny Lane. The owner and staff went above and beyond to make sure my parents felt cared for, loved, safe and at home.

My grandma has been in this home since November 2023 and she loves it there, she was very wary of going into assisted living but it was the best for her and her circumstances. Everyone is very friendly and is by far the cleanest home we viewed. The caregivers definitely care for the ladies and Yany (as told by my grandma) is an angel and cooks amazing food. Highly recommend this assisted living for your loved ones

Our family is so thankful for the great care our loved one receives at Penny Lane! The caregivers are patient and kind. The house is amazingly clean and organized. When I stop in to visit, I always feel welcome and the meals always look and smell wonderful. I especially appreciate the ease of communication between myself and the staff. They are always easy to get ahold of when I have a question or concern.

Penny Lane is a house setting, it's very intimate and staff are attentive to residents. The home is kept very clean, it's well maintained, and has a pleasant atmosphere. You can tell the residents are very happy.

Although this appears to be a nice home I was just recently employed here and it is not as nice as it seems. Cleaning wise they keep up with state regulations but bend and break rules when it comes to, Health Care requirements for the residents, and emotional well being of the residents is not a concern. Penny Lane cares more about appearing like they are the best then actually trying to be it. The staff members bicker and constantly talk behind each other's backs. The residents are unhappy with the atmosphere as well as the caregivers and the way they are treated and spoke to by them. They do not respect the residents morals for example one of the residents is a vegetarian but because she has all timers they do not respect your wish not to eat meat. By state law each resident is supposed to have a shower twice a week hair wash they only do the residents once a week to avoid hassle. On my first day I also encountered a cockroach in cabinet. The lock to the narcotic box is broken. A certain resident I took care of is supposed to have her but talks White throughout the day she has a rash around her kennel that is blue and purple because of so much irritation with constant feces in her. This has been the most unprofessional please I have work and I am sad to say I ever work with a company like this glad to be gone.
