My loved one seems well cared for at Peakview Memory Care. The staff is friendly and responsive to her needs. I'd like to give an extra shout out to MK, one of the staff members, who is always attentive and engaging with the residents. Betty and Bu'han are also extremely good with the residents. Sydney, the activities director, is always coming up with ways to engage the residents and get to know their families. Kudos and my gratitude to these staff members!

DO NOT MOVE YOUR LOVED ONE HERE! My mom lived at Peakview for less than a year, and during that time we continually had issues with medication management (including forgotten medications and refills), oxygen monitoring (left with no oxygen for periods of time), meal delivery (including forgotten deliveries meaning mom didn’t eat) assistance with personal care and moving around the apartment. We were paying for care items that were not consistently provided, which caused unnecessary stress. Our concerns are either ignored, or treated as over-exaggeration. Management was terrible with communication and answering questions in a timely manner. We finally made the difficult decision to put our mom through a second move to a different assisted living facility, and the difference has been like night and day. We were drastically overcharged at Peakview for subpar service for our mom. Our mom is doing so much better after leaving Peakview. Please save yourself and your loved one from the nightmare that is Peakview and do not move them in here.

My parents have both been at Peakview Assisted Living for 6 months. The first entire month, my father did not receive his assisted showers. They have had a recent change in the Executive Director, the Nurse Managers, Director of Nursing, bookkeeping and caregivers. They are not able to provide the care that they promise, showers are often forgotten. When I contact the facility, they call back and promise they will be done, then nothing happens. I am very concerned about my parents staying there on a long-term basis. If they can't even give my dad a shower twice a week, what happens when they need more care?

I would not recommend Peakview to anyone who cares about the care given to their loved one. In less than one year, there was at least three executive directors, at least three head nurses and countless other staffing changes. I realize Covid has placed staffing strains on assisted living facilities but with this much turnover, you cannot maintain consistent care of your loved one. In addition to these non-stop staffing changes, it is also nearly impossible to get through to anyone to discuss care. The most troubling part of my experience is that the most basic care needs were not consistently taken care of, including basic hygiene and trash removal. Meals and meds are provided and residents left to fend for themselves. No alerting to family that care needs need review/change. It saddens me to think how heartless - and frankly - illegal this is. Although a beautiful facility, do not be fooled.

If you have your loved one here at least in AL keep an eye on your monthly statements for changes. Turn over from leadership down to the RA's is so bad. My mother had to constantly ask if she was going to get her shower on her assigned days. Thank goodness she still has her mind and was able to take her own medications. Yet they ordered her medications through their pharmacy, she never received them and to my surprise when I received a bill from the pharmacy. Director of Nursing said she would send it to corporate to get it taken care of. Never heard back and kept getting bills, called the pharmacy and told me what the Director needed to do to get the charges changed. She said she was on the phone with them as we spoke (typed). Come to find out she either quit or was fired that day. I always communicated via email just so I had everything in writing and I CC and BCC the Director of Assisted Living and the Executive Director so they all knew what was going on. The Director of Assisted Living either quit or was fired the same day. So my I contacted the Executive Director and she denied knowing any of this but if I would send her all the information she would look into it. She was very nasty about it. Never heard back and kept getting bills threatening to send my mom to collections, needless to say I paid the bill and got my mother the hell out of there. I truly believe the corporate people are greedy and don't pay the hourly employees very well and they are expecting the RA's to work 16 hour shifts. That's too long and can't be safe for anyone. I do not recommend this facility.

I am a Resident assistant caregiver here at Peakview have been for almost 4 years. I love the residents as though they are my own grandparents and I also treat them that way. I also love the management team they are always there for us when we need them and they are also there for the residents. I love my job so much! Love coming to work every day because of the awesome teamwork environment

Went to visit Peakview a couple of Saturdays ago. I was met by their friendly and knowledgeable Director of Resident Care, Bobbie. She was so sweet and patient, answered all of our questions (and we had a lot, lol). Peakview its self is warm and inviting. The staff greeted us with a smile. Im looking forward to moving my Mom into this community!

I would simply say stop by and see for yourself. You feel the love and compassion the workers put into their jobs. Words can not begin to describe the feeling of knowing your loved one is cared for and treated like family in this facility. I would have given them 10 stars if I could have!

When we found out my mother was no longer fit to care for herself we knew we needed to find a place that would give her the care and attention she needed along with the things she would love. When we arrived at Peakview the first thing we noticed was how well the outside of the build and lawn had been taken care of. So many places we looked at seemed like a jail with not very many windows or flowers, grass or trees. Peak place has trees and flowers and a wonderful sitting area. When we walked in we were greeted immediately!! Which was great. The manager, Jayna, (who I have come to know well from many phone calls)happened to be coming out of the dining room. She greeted us with a huge smile and welcome. She herself gave us a wonderful tour, spoke about her journey to Peakview and how her love for each resident stemmed from her own grandmother. My heart was more at ease at Peakview then any of the other places we looked at. I was amazed at the friendly staff and up beat atmosphere. We have not looked back. My mom is well taken care of and her only complaint is the static her socks create in the winter! Lol. In other words my gratitude for Peakview cannot be measured with words!!

This place is amazing!! Every time I come in the staff are always welcoming. The facility its self is absolutely gorgeous and always clean. The residents are always saying they love the food and all the fun activities that go on everyday. The directors here are always willing to help residents and their families with any questions you may have. It really feels like family. I highly recommend considering this facility for your loved ones.

I work directly with this facility and feel so welcome when I have my visits there. The facility is very clean and inviting. The activity directors keep the residence very engaged and excited to live there. I have not eaten in the dining area but I have spoke to residence that rave about the quality of food. This is definitely a place that I would be happy to have a family member live.

My father has been in the assisted living side of Peakview for over 18 months. He feels very at home there, loves his apartment, and REALLY loves the view of the mountains. My brother and I both live close by and visit often. Everyone we know on the staff is wonderful. Dad likes the food and especially enjoys sitting on the patio either in the front or back (summer) and in the library (winter). Weve appreciated that as Dads needs change, Peakview offers additional services. So glad we found this place for Dad!

I have spent several days a week in this facility for over a year now, providing direct therapy services to residents who have experienced a decline in function, and Ive found that the care that they receive from the staff at Peakview is top notch. I travel throughout the Denver metro area, treating residents of various assisted living facilities, and Peakviews attentiveness and individualized care is unparalleled. From the caregivers to nursing staff, concierge, and director, every employee knows the name and preferences of each resident, and are quick to notice when residents are having difficulty or feeling ill. This assisted living is large enough to offer residents a wide range of activities (including outings to Top Golf, a favorite!), yet small enough to feel intimate and homey. The memory care staff is specially trained to handle all levels of cognitive decline while maintaining each residents identity, dignity, and preferences. If my loved one was in need of assisted living, Peakview would be my top choice.

Peakview Assisted Living and Memory Care facility is nothing short of remarkable. Its clear that the staff truly cares about the well-being of their residents; they work hard to create a welcoming, safe and comfortable environment. Its a beautiful space. Most importantly, their memory care seems to be astounding! The details are extensive and are all focused to help the residents feel like they are at home and can navigate on their own. They have a huge array of extras too, with social activities, community building, outings, great food, entertainment, etc., etc. A very nice place to call home!

Peakview Assisted Living & Memory Care is one of a kind residency. The care and warmth speaks for itself as you are greeted by Debbie at the front desk, to a friendly welcome by Kenny, and the many other staff members who treat you like family. The chefs have a noticeable passion for creating aromatic and delectable dishes to choose from. The directors, Tarrah, Lindsay, & Alana exude a strong desire for outstanding care provided to each and every individual. The activities department.... absolutely amazing, as they offer a plethora of choices and customized entertainment. I would highly recommend Peakview!!
