Quality of care is amazing, the staff treat all the residents as if they are their own family. The home smells good and is kept clean. There are always two caregivers with only 8 residents so the residents get great one on one care and engagement throughout the day.

No one ever has to leave their own home, unfortunately sometimes that is the safest option. This is the next best thing, this is the answer. The staff truly care about the residents as if they were their own family. I wish more people nationwide were taking this approach, instead of big box facilities.

My wife needed a secured memory facility and a staff that would work with her to keep her safe, comfortable and when possible happy. Assured Assisted Living provided that care. The care givers have always been easy to work with and the staff and management show concern and care for each resident. I especially like the fact that I can be a "love giver" to my wife without the worries of being a care giver. The caregivers interest in my wife extends to letting me know when her conditions change. This is much appreciated so that I can then arrange for further review by medical or dental professionals.

I have been an administrator for Assured Assisted Living for over 11 years. It has been the best experience and very rewarding. The residents, extended families and the staff all become like family and we truly care for everyone that comes to us.We are memory specialized assisted living so most of our residents cannot do certain things that other people at their age might be able to do. This can be hard on the families and their spouses to care for their loved one and see them start to decline. It can bring tension and stress to the family but thats where we come in!Our trained staff help with the residents daily living. We assist them to the restroom, bathing, getting dressed, eating and even in participating in fun actives like playing games, tossing a ball, singing karaoke! Every resident is different, so we take into account what that one persons capabilities are and help them do what they can at that time. This takes the pressure off the family so when they come to visit their loved one its a happy and joyful time and great memories are still made!Ipersonally have made many lifetime friends with the families of our residents. Its very nice to have them come to pop in and say Hello, see how our staff is doing even years after their loved one may have passed. I would recommend Assured Assisted Living to anyone looking for a small, home like environment for a loved one in need of memory services. If I had to place one of my own family members, Assured is where I would go.

My grandmother is a resident at Assured and she is doing so much better after a bad experience at a larger facility. The staff here is incredible and even though she has been there for almost a year we still have the same caregivers working with her. She also has a gluten free diet and we weren’t charged anything extra to accommodate this. We choose a shared room and it’s saved us almost $15,000 in the first year, which we were hesitant at first but the administrators helped explain the benefits. They were right and I am so glad they understood our financial situation. It’s amazing to know that we are getting better care and we don’t have to worry as much about the long term financial situation. Thank you for making a wonderful home!

The Assured organization is the only facility with the same staff year over year. It’s made such a huge difference for my father to see the same caring people day in and day out. It’s made life so much easier for us too because we feel more comfortable seeing and knowing who is directly taking care of our Dad. Other facilities have ridiculous turnover and you have a new person in there every two weeks. It’s insane and makes me feel bad to think we exposed our Dad to that type of care before Assured. Additionally, this is the only place that understands and uses Teepa Snow training. If you aren’t familiar with Teepa Snow, it’s the gold standard in senior care right now.

Assured has been an amazing experience for my Mother. This is the only place we found that has one Caregiver for every two or three residents. The one on one attention my Mom received made a big difference in her day to day life. We noticed a slower progression in her condition and a renewed attitude and energy that we hadn’t seen in 5 years. I also love that the staff was certified unlike other facilities. Francis, the administrator, taught me so much about the new techniques and research into my Mother’s condition. I personally was able to understand my Mother better and it improved our relationship as well. Words can’t express how much this meant to me after such a long road. I am so happy with Assured and believe they are the best all around care facility in Colorado.
