Brookdale has a fantastic Resident/Ambassador program, which ensures that each new resident is welcomed to the community. The Ambassadors take the time to meet the families and spend the time to make the new residents transition pleasant. Management, Staff and employees treat each resident with the utmost respect and radiate an atmosphere of love and being a part of a family.

I think Im about to start working at this place and its quite disturbing seeing these reviews. Im trained by a chef so if I do kitchen work, food quality will sky rocket to say the least. I also live in a host home for two mentally disabled seniors, and have been fully trained to in every possible way on special situations. So special needs of people that dont need that level of assistance, I got you. Am qualified to administer medications. Im fully qualified to deal with more things on a daily basis. It is not difficult, its patience. I promise, if i get this job, probably wont after this post, I will change so much with food side and caregiving side. Ive worked at both the other places next door. particularly inglenook. THAT was disgusting. do not let your loved ones go there.. I wouldnt put that on my worst enemy.

Weve have two residents, Mother in Law, and Uncle in Law, at Brookdale Brighton, since February 2019. The entire Staff is Awesome, and although turnover happens we continue to see quality staffers. The facility is very clean and presentable at any time. Four Star Rating just leaving room for tomorrow. But truly we couldnt have a beter place for our Loved ones.

Our loved one was there on a short term stay and the staff was wonderful. Her needs were ever changing almost on a daily basis and they accommodated everything that they possibly could. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone who is looking into going to assisted-living. Thank you to Dan, Melissa, Katie and the rest of the staff for working with us

Our loved one, Agnes, moved there in January, 2017. She recently passed away at the facility & we have nothing but positive thoughts & experiences. The general manager, Dan, & the entire staff were so supportive & caring to our loved one & our family during this ordeal. They went above & beyond with their compassion. We appreciated it so much & would highly recommend Brookdale Brighton to meet your family needs.

I had recently taken a tour of this community for my mother and I was pleased with the experience we had. The staff where on time to our tour and made sure to answer any questions we had for them in detail. I thought the staff where professional and very helpful to our needs throughout our visit. It was just not the right location for us in the end decision.

My mother has recently made the move into this community and so far we are very pleased with how things are going for her. The staff have been attentive to her needs and we are thinking she will be returning back home shortly with all of her improvements that she has made since the move. We are thankful for this place and would recommend it to anyone interested.

My mom has been here for 4 + years. She's happy for the most part there, she says the foods not great, but any issues we have had they having willing worked to fix them. Love most of the staff too ... It's hard to find a place for a parent to be cared for with out you there ... This has been the best by far...
