I was admitted at around 5 pm. The nurse woke me at 11:30 pm to do the intake physical examination. The Center offered half an hour of PT and half an hour of OT a day. All of the therapists were excellent however that left 23 hours with no activity no rehabilitation activities. I was not informed about routines or expectations. The activities person did not meet with me until the Wednesday and my choices were Church on Sunday Bible study one day a week and bingo evert day. My discharge was rudimentary to say the least. The Nurse practitioner never met with me even thought I had medical issues the Dr met with me on the Wednesday evening when I was ready fro discharge. The experience was one I hope never to repeat.

I was expressed at how inviting the entrance was and it has a loving home atmosphere for the residents. Every staff member I spoke to had a hospitable attitude. Keep up the wonderful job everyone.

Allways kept chris involed in her care She looked great everyone that came today was great and kept her informed what can I say then sunshine filled the room Well today I got there around lunch time to see all those cute residents wheeling them self to lunch they were very happy It's good to know that this center can keep everyone happy good workwe'll done!

They are taking such good care of my mother. Jen the ED is an absolute delight. She is a strong advocate for her residents and employees. The staff is very nice very welcoming. My mom says the food is great. She said "they make it from scratch" I thank God for this place.

My mother had a recent short term stay here for respite care. Impressed with the attentive and professional staff, both medical and administrative. Facility was clean and food was good. I would recommend this facility and will also return for future needs. Thank you for welcoming us and making my mother feel comfortable.

Just moved my mother-in-law from one of their Sister facilities so that she would be closer. The care they give at Lifecare Center Of Aurora is absolutely exceptional. The Staff at the facility is very welcoming and very persistent about giving updates in regards to My mother-in-law's care. The facilities smells absolutely wonderful and is very well kept. I don't think I could've chosen a better place for her to be.

Martha is wonderful...the rest of the Care team is OK. I wish they would be more engaged and proactive with my mom though, especially with therapy and exercise room.

Had A great Labor Day lunch today. Having lunch with my mom was such a treat, because I can't take her out of there in a wheelchair. The food was good. The workers worked really hard and made everything just as nice and pleasant as it could've been MOM and I both enjoyed it so much. Please do these more often. and kudos to the staff.

Amazing staff all around. Great facility I recommend for short and long term care I am so comfortable knowing my brother is there and being taken care of. Place is clean.

Facility was clean and pleasing to the eye. Staff members are friendly, polite, knowledgeable and of course busy. My sister had very few complaints (trivial) which was remarkable in itself, her way of giving a thumbs up.

I'm writing this review as a family member of a patient enrolled in your short-term rehab. The medical staff and administration are so kind and compassionate. They have been patient and understanding with every request and have shown exceptional care for my mother. Sandra, Shife, T, and Hanna (to name a few) are all very committed care providers who go above and beyond what is expected to make their patients feel loved and valued. I would have never expected to see my mom in a place like this, but the staff members have been a beacon of light in this dark and uncertain time.
