I like the size of your establishment. The setting is also good. My hesitation is that it is a bit out of the way. I’m still not eliminating Cadence

What is the point of a call button if nobody comes to help. I would give a no star review if I could. My cousin was ignored and neglected at Cadence of Aurora. She used her call button screaming in pain with back spasm. She waited an hour for someone to come help her. She was experiencing shortness-of-breath and pushed her call button. She pushed the button 9 times in an hour and finally had to call the paramedics herself. When she got to the hospital she bad fluid on her heart and lung and needed open heart surgery. Jennifer, the director at Cadence earlier in the day had told her, "Just breathe. Your ok." The food was always cold and never what she ordered. She was the a resident in building #2, with only one staff member for three buildings. She paid $2950 plus $850 care package, plus a $3000 community fee. When we called Jennifer , the director about moving her things and getting out of her studio apartment after only 2 1/2 weeks she said, "You have to give a 30 day notice until the 27th of March." I hope this review helps others to not just consider the pretty new remodel of Cadence of Aurora facility, but to question the care given to it's residents..

We recently moved my mother to Cadence Aurora. In just a few weeks we can already see how her quality of life has improved. She’s eating better, has help with her medications, is moving more, and making new friends. Because she is stronger physically, she’s walking with more confidence. She’s happy and content with her new home. In every way - physically, emotionally, mentally, and socially - her life has improved. We are very thankful to have found this facility for her

Such a beautiful and great community! Really gives you that at home feeling. It’s a home away from home and the residents are so welcoming. They love to visit , socialize and be a family. Plus the company is has policies and procedures in place that put the residents first every single day.

Great facility, with excellent communication. The staff goes above and beyond for everyone. Would recommend for short and long term services. The way they have handle the Corona virus situation has been outstanding, and thank them for their cleanliness and proper precautions.

My parents have moved into Brookdale Aurora, and while there have been some little issues, it has been a good experience so far. The staff has been helpful and caring, the community is clean, the food is good and nourishing with generous portions, they have many activities to keep resident stimulated. I also like how secure the place is. Everyone needs buzzed in and out, so I feel that my parents are very safe here. Overall, I would recommend the community to others.
