Reviews Accessible Home Health Care – Aurora

It may look like any other home health care business, but Accessible Home Health is any thing but! I wondered into Accessible Home care some 15 yrs. ago looking for employment and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. I introduce myself and ask for an application. The staff was more than glad to provide me with the application and information about their company. Since being hired by accessible I have had steady employment, and the hours that I like.

This is a trusted and dependable care group that takes their time to treat each and every client like their own family. There is no one else I would trust with a family member. Thank you for the continued support.

As I make my rounds to clients' homes to ensure that their needs are met, there is a consensus that I get from the clients and I want to share it. Clients and their families are pleased they chose Accessible Home Health Care for their needs. Clients express their satisfaction for having in-home caregivers for supportive care and assistance with activities of daily living. Clients also express their gratitude to the office management for the excellent services and prompt responses to their needs. I highly recommend Accessible Home Health Care for home care services. It has been a pleasure for me to work with Bernard at Accessible Care these past few years. These are stand-up people, and I highly recommend them.

Our family used three different care givers from this service. Only one was exceptional and completed all tasks required and gave quality care. Unfortunately they lasted only 5 weeks before leaving the company. The other two were less than motivated, did minimal work, and took liberties with helping themselves to food. Despite requests for a smooth transition of caregivers by the family the company simply started a new person which was unsettling to the senior. Communication to primary family member in the home nonexistent. Owner manager never returned calls, and never reached out to correct problems or talk to family members in the home or local area. Overall value very poor! I suggest looking towards Visiting Angels or other services in the area.
