Had a 5 star experience with everyone at the facility including the residence. Everyone was kind and genuine to the core. Have been visiting a few assisted care spaces and this one definitely sold out as a good fit.

The staff at Arbor View was very helpful and caring from the time our Dad entered "Independent Living" in October, 2022 until he passed away as an "Assisted Living" resident on March 9, 2024. Nikki was especially helpful in giving us kids the information we needed to make an informed decision to change Dad's status from "Independent" to "Assisted". An when it made sense to change Dad's status again to "Hospice Care", Nikki and the rest of the staff was also very helpful and answered all our questions. It was really nice that Arbor View allowed Dad to go from "Independent" all the way to "Hospice" care without having to change to a different apartment or room. I'd also like to give a shout out to Patti at the front desk-- she was always welcoming, and always helpful with whatever question or problem we had. I'm sure there are fancier senior living facilities in the Denver area, but considering Arbor View's relatively low price, it is a very good value. I don't believe Dad would have been comfortable in a fancier place anyways-- just not his style.

The staff at Arbor View is unbelievably great. They are nice to the residents and to us visitors and they are not just putting on a show. They are authentically nice.

My mother has only been in the assisted living part of Arbor View for a little over a week, but so far it's been a good experience. Although the facility is reminiscent of the 1960's on the outside, it's clean and modern inside. More importantly, the staff at Arbor View is very friendly and responsive to her needs. She is especially enjoying the good food offered three times a day and the help she gets every day, which allows me and my sister to take care of other family members. Cody, April, Katy, Delma, and others have been especially helpful with my mother's transition from living in her own home to assisted living at Arbor View. My family is grateful for all they and the rest of the staff is doing to care for her.

Arbor View Assisted Living is absolutely a great place. My husband was a resident and enjoyed his time there. My thanks to the staff who were professional, kind, and accommodating. Special thanks to Cody the director, who was easy to work with, April, Nicki, and Jose who made my husband laugh. Due to my husband's illness he had to be moved to a different level of care. If ever I had to go to assisted living this would be the place for me. Again, thanks for making this a good experience for my husband.

Arbor View is a lovely home feeling place to live. There is always someone available to help when needed and make sure that residents are in a clean and pleasant environment. The independent living studios allow for a resident to open the sliding door and enjoy some fresh air and sunshine. You don't feel like you are restricted in any way and can enjoy everyday visiting with friends or just keep to yourself when you want. The renovations are really nice and it feels like home. The staff is caring and willing to lend a hand when needed but not intrusive when you prefer quiet and time to relax. I highly recommend this unique environment to friends and family.

My husband and I recently visited a friend who had just chosen to move to Arbor View. Right away we were impressed with the decor, the atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff. We felt very welcome. We were amazed at the change in appearance of our friend who had just been there a few weeks. She was relaxed and smiling and looked 10 years younger than just a few weeks ago. We were impressed as well with the staff’s knowledge and their involvement in helping a new resident make the shift from home to Arbor View.

I have been here about 2 months. I am very happy here. I feel that people really care about me as an individual. These people seem to go out of their way to do fun stuff for us all day long. We're having popcorn on national popcorn day and some drinks this afternoon at 3:00. I reported I had a light out in my bathroom this morning by the time I got back from exercise class which was about an hour later it was replaced. I am in a single room with enormous closet space and a fabulous view out of my back double glass doors. This place just has a great feeling everyone is friendly it's very comfortable the dining room gives great service and I really kind of feel like I have a home!

We were surprised by how much we liked this place. Granted, it wasn't the place we ultimately chose - but we haven't chosen any, yet. (It's hard to make the decision to move a spouse/parent into assisted living). BUT, we're glad we visited and this place will remain on our list of possible future choices - should circumstances change. From the outside, it looks old. But, it's late October and 'nature' looks old. The inside, however is newly renovated, clean and uncomplicated. We liked all of the views and natural light. What really impressed us was the staff. Very pleasant and many have been there a number of years. This is important - low staff turnover. One concern was the size of the studio apartments - which are tiny. If, however, you have a loved one with mobility issues, the small size may not be a concern. For a loved one who is a little more active, a one-bedroom would be cool…private patio and great views from a number of locations. The idea of a private room with your own personal out-door space for a few chairs and a small table really appealed to me. Thank you, April, for the tour~ Update: We moved my mom into Arbor View Assisted Living beginning of December 2023. Today (January 2024) we moved her out of assisted living into a memory care home. Based on what we 'thought' we knew about my mom, Arbor View was a great choice. We have nothing but good things to say about the staff and the care they provided my mom. It wasn't until after we moved my mom that we learned how 'mobile' she can be – especially in the middle of the night. Dementia + wandering isn't something that can be managed in an assisted living setting. We want to thank everyone for their care and patience with my mom (and with us!) while we re-evaluated, searched for and found the type of care facility better suited to my mom's needs.

Moved dad in early October and received excellent customer service from several of the staff especially April upon checkin. Kathy, Delva and Kelly give extra attention to dad. The meals are great, lots of activity choices. The staff is always upbeat, compassionate and kind. The location is fantastic.

We moved our 92 yo mother to ArborView about 2 1/2 months ago and we couldn't be more pleased with the condition and the cleanliness of the facility and the caring and kind employees. Everyone from the janitorial staff to the cooks to the medical staff to the office staff go above and beyond to make us feel welcome and appreciated. They truly care for the well being of our mother, are accommodating, and have been so easy to work with. We would recommend this facility to anyone and everyone!

The group running this place has really made every effort to accommodate my aunt. This is her first time in a home away from her family, it's been an adjustment. The team here has made sure to stop in a talk with her to help her feel more comfortable, if we ask for someone to check on her they do. The rooms are nice, we love being able to walk thru a sliding glass door to come see her versus a locked down apartment style place. Thank you Arbor View team our family appreciates you.

Arbor View is a great find for my mom. She was sad to leave her home of many years but is very pleased with her new digs. She feels at home, is making friends with her new neighbors, and appreciates the care and friendliness of the staff. Having a patio with open space beyond is reminiscent of her old backyard - nice. My mom spent a few weeks at Arbor View in assisted living respite care. She had a wonderful experience! The staff were amazing- kind, professional and attentive. The accommodations were clean, bright and roomy. She especially liked the personal patio each room offered. When she considers full time assisted living, Arbor View will be at the top of her list.

My Dad moved to Colorado for the last decade, and lived his last years at Arbor View. He really shined with everyone there and I was so happy to see him make so many friends in such a short time. April, the Community Relations Director was such a huge help to me when my Father passed away in December. You can tell when people put their heart into working with people, and I am so grateful for that. I miss my Dad, but I'm glad he spent his final years in a happy place. It is all about the social connection and feeling like home when you're with people that care about you. I can't thank the staff and residents at Arbor View enough.

The staff at Arbor View Assisted living are fantastic. They have made Mom feel like she is at home from the very 1st day she moved in. They all help her with no questions asked. The best thing of all is that most everyone that passes in the hallway will call mom by name. I would say we found Mom a great place to live.

I'm so happy to be in my new place! April waived the move in deposit because I'm a disabled veteran. I really appreciate that! The staff and other residents are very friendly. I love that the apartments are ground level. I enjoy looking out my sliding glass doors and watching the bunnies and birds.

The executive director or AL/IL Marilyn is very knowledgeable and friendly. April in marketing brings a warm and happy presence to the building. The residents are lovely. They also look clean and presentable. Apartments aren't shared and very good sized for one person or a couple. Even the studios are very spacious. The new dining area is open and beautiful. Overall a wonderful place to work and residents seem very happy, so also a wonderful place to live.

The staff at Arbor View have worked hard to be responsive to our requests and have provided a caring place for my dad. Occasionally Some of his personal items have been misplaced and mixed up with the possessions of others, but have usually been restored to him within a couple days.

The Arbor View staff that took care of my dad were very friendly, loving, and caring. Overall, the entire staff were also very kind and thoughtful. They were very supportive during his last hours, and gracious after he passed away at the age of 94. While he was under their care, the communication was exceptional, and they did their best to care for his needs, which was a challenge during the Covid-19 shut down. I would definitely recommend this facility for anyone who is actively involved in the final years of their loved one.
