Cleaning the rooms more than once a week is not going to solve the bed bug issues and changing beds more than once a week is not going to make a difference either so let's just stick with once a week

The bed bugs are a very big problem in the facility I wish someone would do something about it and the food could be improved and I am sick and tired of roommates I need my own place I don't want to live here anymore I have had enough now

DO NOT let your loved one live at this place. They will scam them out of their money and talk them into giving them full control of their finances. We've been on the phone with our loved one and heard the owners in the background telling them what to say. We have also setup a nanny cam and did not see anyone help our love one for multiple hours. They have bedbugs they do nothing about. Our loved one does not get help with showering to the point they have massive rashes in places they shouldn't. The food is a beyond basic! Breakfast - frozen eggo pancakes with powder eggs. Lunch - ham sandwich, on the cheapest sliced bread, with a pickle. Diner - something as lunch. Laundry services are terrible and they always lose something. IF, you love your family member, you will not even consider this place. It is not worth the outrageous amount of money you will pay.

They need to be more diligent about the bedbugs and roaches in the building and don't be so neglegent about the important things that concern the health of the residents and please improve on the food

They deserve a no star rating. I have been here 10 months and have had 11 deaths.

I was very happy there until covid came along and ruined it all for me I lived there with my brother and made some very nice friends but the covid drove me out of there it was too much to handle it really sucks I had to leave them I miss them alot I hope to see them again sometime

It isn't like the very costly living homes for the elderly, but it is clean and the people are very caring.

The entire staff, from Jim Breswell to the admin department and nurses, so lovingly cared for my father. I cannot say enough good things about the care and love he received while he was at the facility. They also went above and beyond in helping me through a difficult process and time. The facility is clean and well cared for. The residents were all handled personally and with kindness. I feel very blessed to have found Breswell Family Care.
