Siskiyou Springs has an amazing staff that goes above and beyond for it's residents. From the E.D. getting the bus back on the road to the A.R.s with their personal touch with the residents. The staff and management team work hard to insure that all residents needs are meet. The leadership of this facility takes pride in making our family theirs.

My mother is 83 yrs. old. At this point in her life, she requires constant care, so she`s moving to a Dementia care facility. For the past 4 1/2 yrs. she`s been a resident at Siskiyou Springs Senior Living Center in Yreka, Ca. This experience has been amazing!! They`ve been not only her caregivers but also have been friends . They have also been there for me, when I`ve needed someone to listen, or a shoulder to cry on. I know my mom`s been warm, safe and very well fed! Mom`s been treated with compassion and dignity. I know she loves you ALL and so do I !!! You`ll never be forgotten!!! Janice Beck & Mryna Parnell

I was very reluctant to placing my 97 year old mother. She had been living at her home with the help of many family members. I cannot express how grateful I am for Annette and the Siskiyou Springs Staff. Everyone we have meet there are top notch.

My 94 year old Mother is currently a resident at Siskiyou Springs Senior Living. It seems that some of the negative reviews about Annette and her son Evan, reek of disgruntled former employees. At best, their remarks seem to be nothing but personal attacks, at worse, borderline slander. Here are my truths:A few days ago, Annette Hart, Executive Director, was spoon feeding lunch to a resident. What does this act of compassion say to the able residents? The strongest of leaders lead by example. She could have easily delegated this task to her staff. What does this level of care demonstrate to her team? What other Executive Directors perform basic services to their clients. Ironically, Annette and her son Evan, head of Maintenance would provide the same care for their character-assassins, and their loved ones. Would they do the same for them? I think not. I highly trust Annette, Evan, and the staff at Siskiyou Springs Senior Living to love, honor and protect my Mother in the twilight of her life.Dr. Raymond Moreno, DBA

My wife and I moved my mother-in-law into Siskiyou Springs earlier this year and we couldn’t be happier with the facility and especially their management.Annette Hart has been especially caring and supportive during what was a challenging time for all of us. My wife and I live several hours away from Yreka and I have a demanding job so it was hard for us to be available for my mother-in-law. Annette was always so willing to go above and beyond to ensure my mother-in-law got what she needed until we were able to be there for her.My mother-in-law has thrived with exercise classes, social hour, great dining, drives in the country, and a safe and comfortable apartment.We tend to be pretty demanding people and I never give 5 star ratings, but this is a rare exception where my expectations have been exceeded. We couldn’t be happier with Siskiyou Springs.

She could have easily delegated this task to her staff. What does this level of compassionate care demonstrate to her team? How many other Executive Directors perform the most basic of services directly to their clients? Another asset is Annette’s son, Evan, head of maintenance. They say the nut does not fall far from the tree. He seemingly got his heart from his Mother and his “can-do” attitude from the military. As power of attorney for our friends, we chose in their area the very best Senior Living Community, "Siskiyou Springs"!!!!! We appreciate the friendly and effective manner of the leadership staff. As we expected the leadership's attitudes have positively guided the entire staff and in turn our now resident friends. The RA's, MedTechs, Housecleaners, Laundry Ladies each are sensitive to the needs of our friends. The facility Cooks provide a specialized vegetarian option at each meal which our friends enjoy. Even both the younger and the more seasoned Maintenance Men and Drivers listen with sensitivity to the residents and go the extra miles to provide not only maintenance but also to add to my security and comfort as well as to my friends and to other visitors. My husband, who has an acute olfactory system, said that Siskiyou Springs is the most pleasant smelling elder care facility he has been in. We are both very pleased that the facility sponsors excellent educational opportunities for the residents, their guardians and even the community. Thank you, Siskiyou Springs Staff, be of good courage you are effective!! Once again the staff at Siskiyou Springs provided amazing support to her grieving husband of 68 years. Annette Hart accompanied the husband for a last visit at the funeral home. Due to the pandemic the husband was not able to travel to his wife's burial in Southern California so Annette facilitated the husband listening via FaceTime on her phone during the burial. The compassion and understanding of the leadership and staff is amazing!

My visit with Emeritus was very good. Part of my family lives up in Yreka; that's why I looked up there. The rooms weren't as large as I have here. The staff seemed to be as good as they are here. The sanitation was excellent. I had a meal there. It was very good, and their dining room was also excellent. The residents seemed happy. The thing that I really liked about it was that its setting was near the trees, which was very lovely.
