I was very stressed about setting up my father with assisted living, and now at Brookdale my father is safe, comfortable and well cared for. He has space for the things he loves to do, like play piano and exercise. He enjoys the interactions with staff and the other residents. The neighborhood is safe and convenient for him to navigate. I couldn't be happier with where my father is now.

The staff are kind and caring. They do a wonderful job and we know it's been a very rough couple of years in such a field. We really appreciate the support and service they offer our loved ones.

My great grandmother stayed here and it improved the quality of her life by having this community. The staff was wonderful and it was kept clean and orderly. It was next to two grocery stores and restaurants. They took them on field trips and had lots of activities and events. I was so grateful that she had this place when she was alive. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone I knew looking for a retirement community in the future.

Martha the manager is a caring person who runs a tight ship. It is a small community. I feel my mother is in a safe and clean environment . The entire staff is warm, thoughtful and professional. I only wish the Brookdale corp would give Windsor location a larger budget for more activities and a bus driver for fun day trips.Running an assisted living is very challenging with so many needs to be met. Cost vs care ,Windsor is a clean, safe and a loving environment.The location is great my mother can walk to the store, post office, cleaners, hair salon, lunch ect. without crossing a street with cars. The garden is wonderful for all to enjoy .

My loved one only stayed briefly at Brookdale Windsor. He became ill and we had to move him to another community. Brookdale Windsor took good care of him while he was there. The staff was friendly and caring. He wasn't able to enjoy the meals or participate in the activities provided. He spent a lot of time away from the community doing other outside activities and hadn't fully acclimated to his new place. At Brookdale Windsor they were good about making sure he took his medication in a timely manner. We are not sure whether he will be returning here after rehab.
