I have found that WT is cut above the several assisted living facilities I have evaluated before choosing WT for my sister who is 95 years old and my choice has been rewarded She requires a lot of assistance for activities of daily life and the staff provides them with skill great attitude respect and good cheer I’d like to mention Leia in the business office, Arlene med tec, Shauna at the front desk and the caregivers on the second floor who lovingly care for my sister and see to it that she maintains connection to family Thank you all

Carmen and her staff are professional, compassionate, and genuinely care about the residents’ well-being. Everyone I interacted with was kind, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile. I want to thank Gloria who does housekeeping, for helping me with my mom’s new bed. Daniel, the maintenance guy was called to assist me but never showed up. Kudos to Gloria for being there for us. She’s the best.

I recently visited this community and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff. The facility was very clean, well maintained, and had a pleasant, fresh smell throughout. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful, which really made the visit feel comfortable and inviting. You can truly feel the care and pride they take in this community.

To the owners, Ive been here for 18 months & just returned from a 4 week hospital visit. Today was the first time I've read any of the W.T. reviews. I had a local large company for 34 years. I don't understand why Paul & Aaron ,both on your management team are giving you 5 star reviews. Don't get me wrong as most all here Have had Challenges with Carmen, & now Paul. I understand you are a for profit Business. With a little Investment & conversations Most issues can be resolved. I don't believe this is the place To air our dirty laundry... I Feel the owners Should have a meet & greet With some ( not all) residents here, to solve some of the same issues that come up every month. This place has many good things about it & many that need reviewing ... As what can & cannot be changed. Sorry to ramble, it's been a long day. You are welcome To call the receptionist here She can give you my pH # Thank you.... Updated review: Some of the staff are over the top compassionet, Others are 100% trying to save corporate $$$$ I wish there was opportunitys to discuss with corp. I wish mngt. Would meet to discuss ways to enhance the senior living experience here v.s just listening to the few here that they depend on keeping us quiet. As these reviews are answered by A.I. From day one, the staff welcomed us with open arms and made the entire transition smooth and stress-free. Everyone here from the caregivers to the front desk is compassionate and attentive. The facility is always clean, beautifully maintained, and has a warm, home like atmosphere. My mom’s room is spacious and comfortable, and the common areas are perfect for socializing. There’s always something going on, and the staff does a wonderful job keeping residents engaged and smiling. What really sets Westminster Terrace apart is the personalized care and excellent communication. They keep families in the loop and are always available to answer questions or provide updates. It gives us complete peace of mind knowing my mom is safe, cared for, and genuinely happy. If you want your loved one to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect, this is the place.

As some of you may know I have researched many healthcare facilities across the greater California area, and I am wowed by this facility, check out the beauty of the property and the amenities in this building, (it makes you want to get old n live there already) and the food is said to be gourmet, never mind the care itself which they are known for providing, overall i give this facility 5 out of 5 stars ! Go tour this place it's worth it !

It’s so much I want to say about Westminster Terrance . I took my client there and it has been great for him and me. It was difficult for me because he is not my family member and I wanted to make sure I was giving him the best that he could afford. We have encounter several difficult situations none the fault of the facility. But Sofia and Ashanti has been there always willing and able to solve the situation with professionalism and compassion. The staff always greet you with a welcoming smile and my client love the food. I see why they have received several awards for being one of the best in Orange County.

I visit Westminster Terrace Senior Living weekly with my therapy dog Zorro! We are always greeted with a wonderful and caring staff. It is a joy to visit with the residents and see such happy smiles. I thank the staff for making this all possible!

The food and activities are top notch now...so many trips outside the community. Plus with free direct TV and high speed Wi-Fi, our mom can enjoy her Netflix and Hulu on the big screen with her smart tv. We're beyond grateful for all the hard work, love, and care to the staff. Lots of upgrades over the past few months since the new ownership took over. It's nice to have the peace of mind that your loved one is taken care of.

I had come here about 6 years ago for a girl scout Easter egg hunt. There I met a woman with the first name Helen. She had a thick accent and was very kind she also had Alzheimer's. She took me to her room and showed me her memories. Turns out that she was a holocaust survivor and she told me her survivor story. Her story has been in my memory ever since then. She told me that she would remember me and to visit her. It's important to remember those who went through these kinds of things as they are a part of history. I just need to know if she's okay, and if she's still there.

My Mom has been at WT for over 2 years and she loves it! She absolutely did not want to go into an Assisted Living facility at first, but realized it was necessary. Within a few weeks she was really happy here! Everyone from Admissions staff to caregivers, reception staff, kitchen staff, housekeeping, med techs and maintenance are wonderful, professional, and take the time to actually develop a relationship with the residents. As the daughter of a Resident, I am beyond grateful!!! .A special mention of those I directly come into contact with regularly. Anne, DJ, and Robin. Thank you so much for everything you do every day! You are appreciated!!

This review could not be easier to write, Westminster Terrace has been amazing. 9 years ago we had to make a difficult decision, we had to find mom a place to live, somewhere that she felt welcome & safe, & somewhere we could trust to be patient, kind & understanding. This wasn't something we were going to rush into so we took our time, & for 5 months we scheduled visit after visit with assisted living facilities around Orange County, some were nicer than others, some more expensive than others, but none more welcoming than Westminster Terrace. I know first hand what a tough call this can be, balancing care for a loved one & a budget, unfortunately for us & many others it comes down to "how much care can I get for this much money?" & that's what you're stuck with. I can tell you that Westminster Terrace has far exceeded our expectations, & I could easily write several paragraphs on the staff alone, but I will keep this short, we sleep better every night knowing mom is getting great care at a place that has shown us nothing but love from day one, & for that we will forever be grateful.

My father has been a resident in the Westminster Terrace community for over a year. The location, room design, cost of living, and the staff were very important when we selected his new home. I know most of the staff by name and they have always been extremely friendly and helpful. During the pandemic, they kept me up to date on any issues or CA rules that would affect my dad. He was kept safe and we were excited when the dining room opened again for all residents. My dad has made quite a few friends at Westminster Terrace. It feels like a family community since the staff and residents look out for each other. I have a little less stress in my life knowing my dad has a great home at Westminster Terrace.

The rooms are nice, especially with the huge window and sunbeaming in. My grandpa seems to like it here, he even verbalizes he does. From what I see, they treated him well these past few months. Will update if any changes occur.
