We moved mom into Fallbrook Glen a few months ago and we already see a remarkable improvement in her physical and mental health. Moving her during Covid had it’s challenges but Elizabeth in Sales and Marketing and Lily and the staff made the move and transition for mom as pleasant as possible. We are thrilled with her living at Fallbrook.

Searched through every place in the price range and have been grateful my mom has a safe, clean place like Fallbrook for her to live. It stood out immediately from the moment we got the tour. She does not use all the assisted services, but we like the place and the professional and positive demeanor of the staff is something we're grateful for. When my mom slipped they called me to let me know right away-- fortunately all was well. Elizabeth, who does the tours continues to be helpful in solving every concern, be it organizing activities or answering questions or coordinating to make things happen. I'm most grateful to know they are staffed at all hours to make sure my mom is safe. This is a nice and comfortable step up from independent living-- and i like that they eat communally, as it forces social interaction.

Over the past 2 years, my mother has had the kind of care that has kept happy and aware of the of her surroundings. Fallbrook Glen is an amazing, there are not enough words for me to express my gratitude to Lily the Director for proving a warm, comfortable and safe home for my Mom. The community is clean smells good and there are always beverages in the lobby and delicious home cooked meals from Chris the chef who sets a beautiful dining room. The the staff is caring , thoughtful and kind and we are always greeted by a familiar smiling face in reception. Martin the head of facilities made such a beautiful apartment for Mom every detail was perfect and well thought out. We are so thankful for Fallbrook Glen, Lily,, Chris, Martin and the staff. We highly recommend the Community 100%%%

My mother just moved in to Fallbrook Glen a few days ago, but I already feel that she is in great hands! All of the staff have been so welcoming and caring. The residents all stop to introduce themselves and tell my mom that she will be happy there. Whats a better tell tale sign than that! I am so glad that I found Fallbrook Glen. It feels like I made the right decision for my mother.

When looking for a place for your loved one to live, there are so many factors that come into play. One of the biggest is management and WHO will be in charge to lead to good care for our families. The Executive Director Lily is an angel. She is so accommodating and responsive. All I hear from my sister who lives closer to our father is how dad is happy and well taken care of. Being far away in distance, especially with COVID-19 has been a strain and I havent been able to visit dad, but when I do I will take Lily and her team some sweets for being great. Just thought that the community deserves a 5 star rating for taking care of our elderly father. Thank you Fallbrook.

My mom moved in last week. She has had more than an amazing experience. The staff is so warm and kind ALL OF THE TIME. They have gone over and above to make my mom feel welcomed! They have helped her find her way and get situated. They have installed things in her room, built her a cabinet to have a little kitchen, and have helped get her room ready. The residents are super friendly too. She loves the quality of the food and the restaurant staff has been fantastic too! I am so happy she is there and feel confident and comfortable that she will be taken care of the way she deserves. A wonderful place for your loved ones to live!!!

We moved our Father here and the first thing he said after day one was, what took you so long to move me here. Everyone was so kind and welcoming! We are confident that he will be well taken care of and feel comfortable in his new living situation. He really seems happy and said the staff is friendly and accommodating. Lily, the director, is such a gem! We love her and appreciate all she did for us! Thank you for welcoming our father and making him feel at home.

As a nurse, I visit many facilities throughout the week. Even though there are quite a few great facilities throughout the valley and L.A area, Fallbrook Glen truly deserves their own 5 star review. First and foremost, my team and I have been quite impressed with how they have handled COVID, protecting their staff and residents. When you walk in, they take your temperature with a no-contact thermometer, they have a COVID questionnaire for safety, and of course smiles all around. We appreciate that, as nurses and essential workers. Additionally, I can tell the residents are well taken care of by their hygiene, cleanliness of their apartments, and overall organization. When families ask me for a facility in the West Hills-Woodland Hills area, Fallbrook is my first recommendation. Keep up the good work.

Its extremely difficult to find a community for your loved one thats going to be similar to their home and how they lived when independent. Fallbrook Glen was that place for my uncle. As a family, we are so very thankful. They personalize resident care and take the time to get to know what the residents like and dislike. If most of my family that are elderly were not out of state, they would be living here at Fallbrook Glen. What can I say, he raves about the food, housekeeping, and just the healthy atmosphere. Thank you Fallbrook and the wonderful management and staff. Highly recommended.

Wonderful community filled with a great group of caring staff members. My aunt used to live in the community until her passing and my family and I will forever be thankful for the service and care she got. Community leaders always display a smile, and always return any emails and calls within 24 hours! Anyone looking for a caring community for your loved one, I would strongly recommend Fallbrook. My parents had lived for many years at another senior community Center up on Devinshire (I would love to name the place but I dont want to get them one scrap of promotion) In the beginning it was good with little quirks that we werent that good, but we thought things cant be exactly perfect always. As the years passed they were treated so horribly. My father was constantly humiliated, The food was cold and terrible constantly, We paid an extremely high price to have his medication given to him and they were constantly late or completely forgot to feed him before giving him the medicine (which Dr stated must be done ) it turned into a complete nightmare their fingernails and toenails were overgrown to the point where they were hurting both him and my mother to walk (even though they had a podiatrist come once a month but never had time for my parents ) it was just a horrible situation that I could go on and on about. Then we found Fallbrook Glen and Lily ☺ what a wonderful director. We told her all of our needs and concerns for are parents. My father had had a stroke in early March and became very withdrawn and really isolated himself, and stop talking. They were very quick to let us know the services they had and services they thought we needed for them. We were able to rent them a beautiful apartment with literally all the luxuries of a hotel. I would also like to add that the price was phenomenal we were able to get both of my parents their apartment and all of their medication and other things for less than what we were paying at the other place My mother could not be happier she loves the her apartment, the food, the activities and my father has come out of his shell once again and hes happy, talking and found his dignity all because of Fallbrook Glen and Lily and her staff. Thank you Fallbrook Glen A+++++++ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

After moving his residence several times, Fallbrook Glen was the place our Dad called home. You can immediately tell that the staff has great heart for the elderly. They are skillful, meticulously monitoring the residents, making sure they are protected (from Coronavirus)and engaged in life. Before the social distancing restrictions were in place our family would witness how the entertainment and activities they provided would engaged the community. Its plain to see how truly caring the staff is here, one of the many reasons the residents appear so happy. Other reasons would be the many activities provided for residents, and the building itself, with its big open garden area, big shady trees and gorgeous fountain. The food there rivals even the more upscale assisted livings, and you get the sense the recent new managerial team take great pride in making this community a most welcome place.

I had power of attorney for a gentleman who was a resident of Fallbrook Glen for about 6 years--first in the assisted living part of the facility and then in the memory care unit. The assisted living area provided many activities for him to participate in and enjoy--including chair yoga, a music appreciation class, afternoon entertainment programs, and the nightly movies. He seemed quite happy being here. While in the memory care unit, his physical needs increased a lot. Daisy and the rest of the memory care staff were great, however. They took care of his needs in a loving manner. There were times when he was quite demanding and would get get quite upset, but the staff was always patient and kind with him. During the months of lockdown because of COVID, i was not able to visit him, but Daisy was really good about keeping me updated (usually weekly) about his status and mood. She was always positive and definitely provided me with some ease of mind knowing they were there for him.

My grandmother lives there. She is very happy. They let us visit outside and all the workers seem very caring and like they enjoy helping their seniors. I havent had the food yet but she really likes it and she likes all the staff and the activities.

I currently work at Fallbrook Glen, I am the Community Relations Director. Aside from working at this beautiful, community with the most caring employees you will ever come across!! I recently moved in my Grandmother to Fallbrook Glen. She is suffering from Mild Cognitive Impairment and Diabetic. It was becoming difficulty for my Grandfather to care for her at home. She was not receiving enough stimulating and her needs were becoming more than he could manage. Grandma is so happy here, she has made friends, participates in the activities, and has days that are completely fulfilled, our staff takes wonderful care of her and she is happy. My Grandfather is so happy and stress free, he feels he can be her husband again and not her fulltime caregiver. I can contest to the amazing care we provide as I have moved my own loved one here to Fallbrook Glen. All of the staff is exceptional and caring.

My Mother Minnie is 95 years old and getting top care at Meridan Senior Care. Mariano the Manager is easy to communicate with as well as his staff, and ensure mom is well taken care of and in a safe and caring environment. Holly who is in charge of group activities makes sure mom has plenty to do, and she keeps mom active. The food is good and our Family is welcome to dine reasonably with her. Minnieis very pleased with the staff and has made new friends. The rates are also reasonable for this type of Assisted Living for Mom. Our family highly recommends Meridian Assisted Living Home & Services.

My Mom for years fought me about assisted living, when my dad passed she agreed to try it. so i checked around and The Meridian looked great, i first talked to Silvy who showed me all around, she made us feel so comfortable and was so caring that my mom loved her immediately. then we met Mariano. He also was great and made sure the move in was easy with no issues. so this is where she is..and it is the best thing i could have done. not only are the people great and caring but its a fun place and a clean place. My Mom loves it, after 1 week she was telling everyone about her new home. its been about 4 months and i see my mom all the time. everyone is still great and caring and my mom seems to fit in really well. i feel so much better knowing she is in a safe environment with good people around her.. and a bonus Mariano has a great voice, he sings for everyone at events..really amazing. with all amenities like room cleaning and laundry service and really good food it was a win win for both of us.

I wanted to share my experience as a current resident at Meridian of West Hills. I have been here since 2011 and actually am second generation here, after my mother lived at this community as well for ten years. These last 20 months have been a delight since the arrival of the Executive Director Mariano Perez. I feel comfortable consulting with him regarding anything that goes on in our building. He always has time for us and can trust him with decisions that are made for our community. He is an honorable man that not only listens to us but, when possible, entertains us with his saxophone or songs during our Happy Hour. He is really admired by all , with the goal of bringing us all together. Mariano is a multi talented director. I enjoy making him part of my days and life here at West Hills.
