When my dad had a stroke, our family realized it was time to move him to an assisted living home that offered memory care. I search around the West Covina area and found that for our needs as a family and for the care of my father, Regency Grand was an excellent choice. While he was there, he received such amazing care from the staff. They were patient and kind with him, never rushing when he needed help with his personal grooming while allowing him to maintain independence with his activities of daily living as much as possible. As his health declined, I was with him more frequently than I otherwise would have been. I saw first hand how the staff took their time, not only for my father but for all the residents. It gave me great peace of mind knowing my father was getting three meals a day plus snacks, showers, medications on time (every day), and was part of a community at Regency Grand. I am forever grateful for the time my dad spent here and for everyone who made a difference in his life.

I visited Regency Grand to tour as I am looking at options in Assisted Living for my father. I was greeted and shown a couple room options that seem to be a good fit. I loved the grounds, the room sizes and the welcoming staff. I would definitely encourage others to see for themselves. My dad will be in town soon and I can wait to show him.

My mom and dad have been at the Regency a few months and I am so thankful to have found the Regency for them. I live in New Jersey and it was time for me to find an assisted living place for my parents due to their declining health and falls. I found the Regency online and reached out to them. They were extremely responsive, helpful, courteous and a pleasure to deal with, especially being so far away. My dad moved in first from rehab due to a bad fall. The move-in process was quick and efficient. My mom was very reluctant to leave her house, but one visit to see my dad was all it took...she immediately loved the Regency and the people and was ready to move in!! My parents are doing so well at the Regency. They are very happy and thriving and it is great to see! At home they were becoming depressed, isolated, and overwhelmed with the responsibility of maintaining a home. They are now able to enjoy each other and all the wonderful food and activities the Regency has to offer. To Leah, Nicole, Debbie and all the other outstanding staff at the Regency, thank you for all your care, kindness and respect that you give to my parents!!

Regency Grand was home to my Grandmother for 4-5 years. At home her quality of life was spiraling and her health was declining. She was depressed, not going further than the store and had many falls around the house. After a hospitalization the doctor thought it would be best for her to go into a convalescent hospital. Instead I reached out to Regency Grand and they went out of their way to accommodate us. From there she was able to heal and come back to her true self. My grandmother started to become healthy, active and social. I couldnt believe the activities she was beginning to take part in like going to a Dodger game! Once her dementia took over, her transition was seamless. They assisted us in her move to the memory unit in the same building. From there the care staff provided her with the upmost respect and kindness. I couldnt have asked for a better staff to provide the love and care I wish I was able to provide myself. Its hard to not feel guilty at times when we are not able to look after a loved one ourself but through Regency Grand, I never felt that. The staff became family to me and supported me in ways I would have never imagined. In fact, I miss seeing them since she has passed. If anyone is looking for an assisted living-memory unit for themselves or for their family, look no further. I highly recommend Regency Grand.

My Aunt was there in the memory care unit and they took such good care of her. All the staff knew her by name and what her likes and dislikes were. They made all her favorite meals and desserts too. They played music and movies she enjoyed and there was always something for her to do. I love this place and highly recommend it.

I worked at Regency Grand for four years in their business office. The ONLY reason I left was because of my daycare situation with Covid. The staff truly is a second family to me. Nichole Green is such a wonderful and caring boss and leader. I hope to one day return to work there again.

Joseph McDowell My mother has been at Regency Grand memory care for 10 years. She goes by the name of Grandma and Regency Grand is her home. During her active years she has enjoyed daily walks in the gardens, weekly outings at local restaurants which I would sometimes see her group, visits to museums and local amusement events for seniors. Life at Regency Grand with all the amenities and group workshops can be compared to living at Hilton or Wyndham vacation resort. My mom is now under hospice care and the people and staff are great in seeing her needs. I am my grateful to the people and staff for all years of help with my Mom. I would recommend Regency Grand to everyone for the care of their aging parents.

My mom began at assisted living at Regency Grand and is now in memory care there. It is very comforting to have a place for mom where I know she is getting the best of care and she has adapted very well. The staff is very attentive and notifies me of any changes in moms health or behavior. If you are looking for a place for a lived one, call Regency Grand and ask for a tour. You will not regret it!

My mother-in-law has been here for over a year now. She is in the assisted living side. She is well cared for and the people that work here are very nice. They have an excellent chef because the food we've eaten has always been good. There are always nice events planned for the holidays. Overall we have been very happy with the Regency Grand.

I lost my dog Ladybug and the facility took her in and called me. If it wasnt for those nice people, my dog would probably be dead. Grand Ave is a very busy street. They actually found my dog twice. Thank you all at Regency Assisted Living.

My grandma lived here for almost 4 years, and it was a great place for her! The staff is loving and kind and treated her so sweetly even though she wasn't that sweet at times. I completely recommend regency grand and hope that I will be able to afford a place like this when the time comes!

I have been a happy employee of Regency Grand since 2007. I have seen how all facets of the our community work in conjunction with each other to provide the highest quality of life for our residents. In my time in the senior care industry I have also gained a great deal of insight into how other communities operate (with regard to both resident and employee relations) and there is not a day that goes by that I am not thankful to be exactly where I am. When I come to work every day, I am reminded of what a privilege it is to have my office set in the midst of my residents' home. It is a setting unlike any other and I would not trade it for the world!

Regency Grand (and other BPM communities) are the very best Assisted Living facilities to be found. Several of my fellow residents have moved here from other nearby Assisted Living locations based upon a single visit to Regency. We have everything needed or desired for a very comfortable and totally enjoyable life style, based upon whatever makes you happy! Wonderful, friendly and easily accessible Administrative Staff (who hold monthly Resident Meetings to discuss resident concerns and cuisine), experienced and very caring, quite patient caregivers, an excellent medical staff, great "home style" meals with friendly, proficient servers, beautiful environment meticulously kept clean and inviting and an absolutely wonderful Activities Department and Director planning and executing exciting full-day and mini-vacation field trips (From local department store and grocery shop runs to Whale Watching Cruise, Reagan Library, Exposition Park and Science Museum visit (Dead Sea Scrolls and Endeavor Shuttle exhibits), 5-day Golden Princess Cruise to Catalina and Ensenada, Butterfly Pavillion- well you get the idea. Of course these are all "Take It or Leave It" offerings. I really commend the management for providing the extensive funding for providing all of these amenities. Operating and maintaining the company bus, providing all necessary insurance, providing an excellent bus driver and Directors and Staff that are so friendly and helpful and who cheerfully provide assistance to those requiring walkers or who are confined to wheelchairs.
