All of the staff including the Executive Director, Mary, the Memory Care Director, Morgan, Activities Director, Erick, and the Marketing Director, Tabatha, have a deep heart for seniors and provide a fantastic place for their residents to call home.

My sister has been at Regency since the end of May, finding this facility was a Godsend. EVERYONE has been wonderful. We are so lucky to have found this residency for my sister. THANK YOU ALL FOR ALL YOU DO!! My sister was at three other facilities that don’t measure up to the level of care she is receiving. The activities are great and there is always something to do. The residents, ambiance and staff are the best. It’s hard to express how grateful we are to have found this place °°!!!

I have been touring and looking for a place for my parents for the last couple of years. Regency Grand has been the only assisted living facility in the area that has been so welcoming, inviting, and warm. Their marketing team is top notch with giving you the facts, and great pricing without any pressure of making hard life decisions in the moment. The tours of the building/facility are wonderful! Professionalism at its finest! While on tour I've never seen so many happy residents with the biggest smiles anticipating the possiblity of new residents and people to soon call friends. Care staff, dining room, activities, everything was wonderful and I am excited for my parents to be part of a community that will make them feel at home. Thank you again Regency Grand for being above the bar for senior care!

He received excellent care from Debbie Galaviz and her team. Leah Rate was a huge comfort to my family through the transition process. My mother spent the last 3+ years of her life in memory care at Regency Grand at West Covina. During that time the staff took very good care of her as the dementia slowly took her mind and personality. Morgan, Lisa, and the entire staff were wonderful. They keep her clean, dressed. and involved in the activities as much as possible. The facility was decorated with care, that felt more like a home compared to other facilities we toured. It was always clean and inviting. My family visited her regularly and always found mom clean and dress and out with the other residents. My highest recommendations goes to Regency they made the time the best as it could be for my mom.

My mother's last few days were spent among family and the caring staff of Regency Grand at West Covina. From the first tour Denise made my mother feel welcome and the family assured of support; her last act of kindness was reassuring my mom that we had not moved her away from the wonderful place we found for her. Debbie and Elbia, along with the wellness staff showered my mother with compassion, care, gentleness, and love. The med staff provided whatever my mother needed to ease the pain of her transition around the clock. At Regency Grand, Mary Mims-Burris has developed a culture of care, above and beyond my wildest expectations; inculcating her entire staff with the unwavering and genuine desire to care for their residents as if they were their own family. Moving my mother to Regency Grand of West Covina for the last days of her life as she was devastated by cancer was the best decision I made. No accommodation was withheld, no compassion restrained, and every kindness extended with heartfelt joy. There is no place like this.

My family and I couldn’t be happier with the care my grandmother has received since moving in 4 years ago. We had tried another assisted living but the care wasn’t there. The place smelled and the staff became rude when we would ask questions. Since being at the Regency we’ve never had to question the care she’s getting and have always received fantastic service from the staff.

When my dad had a stroke, our family realized it was time to move him to an assisted living home that offered memory care. I search around the West Covina area and found that for our needs as a family and for the care of my father, Regency Grand was an excellent choice. While he was there, he received such amazing care from the staff. They were patient and kind with him, never rushing when he needed help with his personal grooming while allowing him to maintain independence with his activities of daily living as much as possible. As his health declined, I was with him more frequently than I otherwise would have been. I saw first hand how the staff took their time, not only for my father but for all the residents. It gave me great peace of mind knowing my father was getting three meals a day plus snacks, showers, medications on time (every day), and was part of a community at Regency Grand. I am forever grateful for the time my dad spent here and for everyone who made a difference in his life.

I visited Regency Grand to tour as I am looking at options in Assisted Living for my father. I was greeted and shown a couple room options that seem to be a good fit. I loved the grounds, the room sizes and the welcoming staff. I would definitely encourage others to see for themselves. My dad will be in town soon and I can wait to show him.

Regency Grand was home to my Grandmother for 4-5 years. At home her quality of life was spiraling & her health was declining. She was depressed, not going further than the store & had many falls around the house. After a hospitalization the doctor thought it would be best for her to go into a convalescent hospital. Instead I reached out to Regency Grand and they went out of their way to accommodate us. From there she was able to heal & come back to her true self. My grandmother started to become healthy, active and social. I couldn’t believe the activities she was beginning to take part in like going to a Dodger game! Once her dementia took over, her transition was seamless. They assisted us in her move to the memory unit in the same building. From there the care staff provided her with the upmost respect & kindness. I couldn’t have asked for a better staff to provide the love & care I wish I was able to provide myself. It’s hard to not feel guilty at times when we are not able to look after a loved one ourself but through Regency Grand, I never felt that. The staff became family to me & supported me in ways I would have never imagined. In fact, I miss seeing them since she has passed. If anyone is looking for an assisted living/memory unit for themselves or for their family, look no further. I highly recommend Regency Grand.

Joseph McDowell My mother has been at Regency Grand memory care for 10 years. She goes by the name of Grandma and Regency Grand is her home. During her active years she has enjoyed daily walks in the gardens, weekly outings at local restaurants which I would sometimes see her group, visits to museums and local amusement events for seniors. Life at Regency Grand with all the amenities and group workshops can be compared to living at Hilton or Wyndham vacation resort. My mom is now under hospice care and the people and staff are great in seeing her needs. I am my grateful to the people and staff for all years of help with my Mom. I would recommend Regency Grand to everyone for the care of their aging parents.

My mom began at assisted living at Regency Grand and is now in memory care there. It is very comforting to have a place for mom where I know she is getting the best of care and she has adapted very well. The staff is very attentive and notifies me of any changes in mom’s health or behavior. If you are looking for a place for a lived one, call Regency Grand and ask for a tour. You will not regret it!

My mother-in-law has been here for over a year now. She is in the assisted living side. She is well cared for and the people that work here are very nice. They have an excellent chef because the food we've eaten has always been good. There are always nice events planned for the holidays. Overall we have been very happy with the Regency Grand.

I lost my dog Ladybug and the facility took her in and called me. If it wasn't for those nice people, my dog would probably be dead. Grand Ave is a very busy street. They actually found my dog twice. Thank you all at Regency Assisted Living.
