Atria Valley View has been the perfect place for my 94-year-old mother-in-law to live. She strongly resisted leaving her home of 70 years. Now, after less than two months, we have been surprised she has made the transition so easily. She has already made new friends, thanks to the Atria staff who has been so welcoming, and as a result of the get-to-know-you meetings with other newbies. She religiously attends exercise classes twice a day. We often have to schedule visits around them, as well as happy hour. In fact, she has a busier social schedule than she had when she lived alone in her own house. She LOVES the food and regularly gives detailed reports about the menu. Her apartment, which she was able to personalize with her own furniture, photos, and other items, is so comfortable and looks out on basically a forest of trees. Thank you Atria for helping her, and our family, with this transition.

I have toured Atria Valley View with my 95 year old aunt and with my husband. We are so impressed by this residential assisted living. Sometimes I hear my friends express fear about taking this step - Honestly, going to Atria Valley View is entering the No Fear Factor Zone! There is nothing to be worried about. The setting, facility, staff, attitude, business model, and outlook are superb! It is luxury living in a vibrant, positive, beautiful residence. The level of care and support - and beauty are great. It is a real gem!

Atria Valley is set in a beautiful location nestled in a quaint Walnut Creek neighborhood. The Staff is friendly and helpful and the residents are friendly and happy. The community is thriving with positive vibes and lots of activities for their residents. The Deluxe Studio apartments are spacious and each have their own patio or deck. The price is reasonable compared to other Senior Living Facilities in the area. Working with Paulina Morales made everything seamless. She was very informative and always had an answer to my questions. I would recommend Atria Valley View to anyone considering a move to a Senior Living Facility.

My wife and I are in the process of checking out’ independent/assisted living care facilities.we visited Valley View and found the tour to be very enlightening and positive.the facility was much more upbeat and active than others we’ve visited. The residents all seemed to be enjoying their lives there, and we didn’t get that going to die feeling that other facilities give off. Another very positive for us, the chef sat down with us to explain how the meals are prepared (healthy) and served so that residents look forward to new and fresh menus and meals. Right now, Valley View is at the top of our list.I definitely recommend taking the tour.

We were helping a family member choose an assisted living community earlier this spring, and the staff at Atria Valley View made the process so much easier and more comforting than we could have imagined. From the front desk to dining, maintenance, and medicine management, everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, and attentive. A special thank you to Paulina Morales, who guided us through the initial tour and transition. She was incredibly genuine, easy to talk to, and really listened to what N. was looking for. Our tour felt truly personalized, and it was clear that Paulina cared about making sure N. felt comfortable and confident in her choice. After moving in, N. shared that Paulina’s kindness and authenticity made a big difference in her decision. Atria Valley View is nestled in a beautiful natural setting, with a lively and engaged community. We really appreciated the thoughtful balance between social activities and the ability to enjoy peaceful, private time. Paulina’s support during the move-in process was invaluable, and we’re so grateful for her ongoing guidance. Highly recommend Atria Valley View for anyone looking for a caring, professional, and community-oriented environment for their loved one.

The facility is very welcoming, well kept, and there are several floor plans for the apartments. The packet we received gives a good overview of all the amenities, services, etc. that are available.

My parent has been living at Atria Valley View for more than 2 1/2 years and I wanted to share this IS THE place to have your loved family member. The staff goes above and beyond while being extremely thorough and caring. They are responsive to both residents and families. There are daily activities, outings, and events that are inclusive for all. Monthly residents are even asked what they’d like to do. Seeing local scenery, performances at the theater, museums, tours, live music, and dining experiences are just a few examples. My family is welcomed and invited to be a part of it all which makes my parent happy and thriving. In addition to the social and emotional well being, Atria Valley View has a wonderful culinary team. An up to date dining experience for every meal of the day”as well as the quality food is the staff working within. The positivity of the staff has such a wonderful effect on both residents and visitors. I’m there almost daily and have seen how the residents thrive. It’s of great comfort to know while I’m away my loved one is cared for. The facilities are well cared for, from inside the apartments to every aspect inside and out. We enjoy the theater, games in the living room, live music performances, dining on the patio, and strolls on the path around the side of the facility to name just a few.

I toured Valley View and was very impressed by what I saw. I entered this expecting a poorly lit building with a smell and terrible food. Instead, the staff was friendly and willing to answer every question I had. The building felt more like a lodge at Yosemite than a care home. Early on in the tour, they asked me if I wanted lunch, and when I said I didn’t have time, they gave me a burger to go. I would recommend Valley View to anyone looking for a safe place for their parent.

I HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO TOUR VALLEY VIEW WITH MY FRIEND MY BARBARA ON APRIL 18, 2024. WE KNEW NOTHING ABOUT ASSISTED FACILITIES. THE STAFF WAS AMAZING AND SO WERE THE RESIDENTS. EVERYONE WAS FRIENDLY AND INCLUSIVE. THE RESIDENTS SEEMED TO THRIVE! IT REMINDED ME OF BEING ON A CRUISE SHIP WITH ALL THE ACTIVITIES AVAILABLE!! THE CHEF CAME AND EXPLAINED HOW SHE MADE HER MEALS FROM SCRATCH TO BETTER ACCOMODATE THE NUTRITIONAL AND HEALTH NEEDS OF THE RESIDENTS. WE WERE SHOWN 3 DIFFERENT ROOMS, GIVEN THE PRICE RANGES FOR EACH, AND TOLD DIFFERENT LEVELS OF CARE AND PRICES. FULL TIME MEDICAL STAFF AT ALL TIMES. RESIDENTS HAVE EMERGENCY NOTIFICATION MONITORS ON THEIR PERSON, AS WELL AS IN THEIR UNITS, AT NO EXTRA CHARGE! TO SAY THE LEAST BARBARA AND I WERE IMPRESSED. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR TIME AND INFORMATION. 🙂

Aaron gave me, my sister and mom a tour of the Atria Valley View facility near Safeway today. First, Aaron was outstanding -providing information including about sensitive issues. He was generous with his time, knowledgeable and went out of his way to answer our questions, and let us linger over the delicious lunch he provided. As for the facility itself, it is beautiful, well appointed, located in a beautiful setting, and appears well staffed and to be a healthy environment. Our only reservation is that due to its popularity there are not that many units available. Overall this looks like a great place if they have the appropriate unit open when you need it.

My husband and I toured 9 other communities before deciding on Atria Valley View, for a few reasons: * staff friendliness and attention, and * happy, engaging residents we got to talk to!!! Of course one would expect staff to be at their when meeting prospective residents, but we have found after almost a month, they are genuinely very friendly, yet professional. then , there’s Aaron.absolutely one of a kind!!! what a breath of fresh air after other tours where we felt like we were dealing with people who were trying to sell us a condo. Atria is very fortunate to have someone like Aaron who does not let his marketing position prevent him from rolling up his sleeves and jumping in no matter what the task!! He’s professional, knows his stuff, very sincere and genuine, and gets things done quickly, and completely. whenever we run into him, he never hesitates to say hello and is as attentive and pleasant as when we first met him. He strikes me as someone who enjoys what he does, and he does it so well!!!

My mom recently moved into Atria Valley View and so far, her experience has been excellent. She is enjoying meeting new people and this new living arrangement has been just what she needed as she right sized her life. Her apartment has beautiful views of Walnut Creek open space, which is just what she loves. The staff are all so nice, and Aaron the salesman has been so kind and helpful with her move in.

Atria Valley View is a shining example of what an Assisted Living community can offer to older adults and their family members. The staff is kind and thoughtful. The grounds are beautiful and serene. Even during a pandemic the residents and their needs are the top priority of the support team. The place is filled with laughter and good cheer. The lucky people end up here.

The care of my grandfather isnt to bad and the staff is pretty nice although he is left sitting out side his room for lengthy periods of time well after the room has been cleaned but this food deserves less then a star nobody can even eat this garbage you could be stoned out of your mind with the worst munchies ever and the food still tastes like garbage

I think it is well run. The care is exceptionally good. I would give my favorite care givers, Connie Pujanes and Graciela Montoya 6 stars if I could. They are both extremely special. They know what to do without being told and go beyond the call of duty. My studio apartment is comfortable and adequate. I would give Valley View 5 stars if my bathroom were more accessible. The dining room food is acceptable. The Bistro is my favorite place to eat. I give Lelia Larios 5 stars for her consistently good food and service! I like to go to the daily morning exercise class and also enjoy the poker club every afternoon.
