My mother was a resident for about a year and a half and our experience was very positive. This is a light, bright and clean living situation. Attractive interior and apartments. Roger, the director is responsive, friendly and follows through on his promises. The staff is great too”caring and efficient. The facility offers lots of activities and the grounds are nice. It’s up on a hill and has a light cool breeze to sit outside and enjoy. Terry at the front receptionist area is a warm and welcoming first impression. My mom’s dementia increased to the point where she required 24 hour care so we had to move her. She greatly enjoyed her remodeled spacious 1 bedroom apartment and the friends she made there. Thank you Rancho Vista for taking such good care of her! Highly recommend.

The family started investigating assisted living facilities a couple of years ago getting information for when mom would need more care. The decision to go with Rancho Vista was a no brainer. The facility is well kept, inside and out. The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. Mom is well taken care of and loves the staff to pieces. It's a great relief to know mom is in good hands with a wonderful environment and great staff. I would strongly recommend Rancho Vista.

The entire staff here is nothing short of AMAZING! From the moment you walk in the door Terri makes you feel so warm and welcome. She is always a pleasant smiling face to see! Roy is the best maintenance man in the industry he is so accommodating and gets work requests done usually with in the same day asked if not the same hour. He is always so kind, helpful and always has great ideas to handle different maintenance situations no matter how big or small. I had a minor incident with the elevator and my car keys and Roy literally saved my day!!! THANK YOU ROY!!! Last but definitely not least is Brian the man that has assembled this great team and makes sure every single one of the residents at Rancho VISTA is happy and well taken care of. He connects with each of his residents. He has helped my family tremendously and I feel he has gone above and beyond in every aspect of his job! Without Brian there is no way this place would run as smoothly as it does. Thank you Rancho Vista for making this an amazing place for my Grandma and my Great Aunt to live.

We joined Gary at brunch on 12/20/25. We had cut fruit and a danishes with juice to start. This was followed by a wonderful meal of Eggs Benedict with asparagus, and roasted potatoes. We recently moved my 92 year old Mom into Pacifica. We were concerned about how such a significant change would affect her. At first she was reluctant, but with the staff's help, she quickly made friends and joined in with many of the daily events and activities. The dining room is lovely and the menu/food is excellent. The staff is absolutely wonderful (especially Lorie and Esme!) - attentive, friendly, upbeat and comforting when needed. The facility is beautiful, bright, clean and cheerful. We never thought we would be so happy to hear her say "Can I talk to you later? I'm on my way too the Luau" (or the concert, or bingo, or a movie)! Definately the best decision our family has made for her! We highly recommend Pacifica.

The array of services, from weekly cleaning to laundry, enhances the overall experience, ensuring Grandpa's safety. Lorie and Esmeralda's consistent communication adds an extra layer of reassurance. Coordinating visits or vacations away from their apartment is a breeze, making Pacifica feel more like family than just a residence. My 92-year-old mom has lived at Pacifica in Vista for five months. I am there a lot visiting with her and have noticed how kind, happy and considerate all the caretakers, food employees, custodial employees, as well as management, are. There are many activities offered daily that my mom participates in. She is able to have her cat living with her which makes a huge difference! If we ever have a request of any kind, it is taken care of immediately. Overall, Pacifica creates a safe, happy, comfortable place for my mom and has helped lift many worries from my shoulders.

With additional problems running a household, the family started looking for an alternative. My daughters boyfriend, who is a fireman, suggested Pacifica Vista. After looking around, my daughter agreed. And that's how I got here. Pacifica installed a doggie-door for my pet and safety bars for my husband. All during the pandemic I felt so safe with no shopping for groceries for meals and the safety precautions for all personnel. Three meals a day, laundry services, and housecleaning provided made me feel like I was on a 24 hour vacation 7 days a week. What a great choice!

From the receptionists to the care givers, LVN’s, nurses, activity directors, sales team, finance dept, salon staff, cafeteria staff, shuttle drivers to the executive director everyone is courteous and helpful. They all truly care about about the residents and their families. It gives me great peace of mind knowing my Mom is in good hands in a safe environment. Whether I am calling to speak to my Mom or I have a question with a nurse, I always receive speedy and consistent service! Sampled the Chef's lunch and I was very impressed. So much flavor and fresh fruit/salad. The food here is divine! I enjoyed roast beef sliders with horseradish cream, and homemade onion jam with sun dried tomatoes, a fresh side salad with grilled chicken bites and for dessert a black forest cherry cheesecake.... made my tongue tingle, such wonderful flavor. I'd definitely recommend the chef here and the staff and location are great!

When we were told that my father had to leave his Assisted Living facility in Sun City because of his primary Dementia diagnosis, my sister and I conducted an extensive search of Assisted Living facilities to find one that could accommodate him. Most Assisted Living facilities would not accept someone with primary Dementia, but Rancho Vista thought they would be able to meet his needs with an increased level of care. Aside from their willingness to try having our father in the "least restrictive environment," the Assisted Living facility at Rancho Vista has many assets to recommend it: the building itself is beautiful; the food is farm-fresh and delicious (I ate at every facility I visited, and Rancho Vista's food is by far the best!); and the staff are professional, friendly, warm, and caring. Gaby (Sales and Marketing), Royce (Executive Director), Gladys (Nurse), and Bridget communicated with me regularly to update me on my father's condition. The move caused a considerable deterioration in his cognitive state and he was/is completely confused. When he began wandering at night and attempted to leave the building, Royce had a silent alarm installed on his apartment door to help keep him safe. Unfortunately, it became evident that he needs Memory Care (rather than Assisted Living), so we will be moving him again in just a few days. As always, the staff at Rancho Vista have been communicative, accommodating, and compassionate, and they are helping us through this process. I would not hesitate to recommend Rancho Vista to others who are looking for an excellent Assisted Living facility for themselves or a loved one!

Rancho Vista has provided my mom a safe, clean and attractive home. The overall staff is professional, caring and competent. The meals are exceptional. The chef prepares a great variety of fresh new options at each meal time, in addition to a healthy menu of varied choices. The presentation of food is quite exceptional and is extremely good. Rancho Vista really works hard to make holidays special, with themed decorations, music talent, movies, etc. You won't find a perfect place for all people, but I can attest that the staff at Rancho Vista care, actively listen, and do their best to address the requests of their customers. I feel my mom is in great hands, and for that, I am very grateful.
