For some time I’ve been looking for a nice,clean and, comfortable assistant living apartments for my father, so I decided to swing by here to see what this place has to offer. I was wonderfully greeted by a young lady name tonae witch service was above and beyond to make sure that all my questions were answered so I will definitely consider having my father stay here.

My husband was in a beautiful, sunny and large room at Sterling Inn for only 6 weeks from late January 2020 until his death on 2-15-20. I cannot thank you enough for the gentle and compassionate care given to him by all your staff. Hospice was also involved, but his care was elevated by you, the best our family could have ever hoped for. It was a very difficult time for the family, but we knew we could count on Sterling Inn for his, and our, comfort.

My mother has been living at the Sterling Inn now for over seven years. She has loved the staff even giving some nicknames. I cant express fully the gratitude I have for the round-the-clock care and kindness she has received. It is wonderful to know that a nurse is always available if needed. I feel very confident that her needs will be met when I cant be there. I thank God fir the Sterling Inn and can highly recommend it!

We are impressed with Sterling Inn. The staff are competent and friendly, and work hard to make residents feel at home. The environment is warm and welcoming, with lovely common areas and dining room. The food is excellent. The apartment my parents occupy is really lovely, with amenities that make it feel like a regular apartment rather than assisted living. I like that residents can be as independent as they wish, and there are lots of activities and outings to keep them as busy as they want to be. It feels like home.

From the moment we walked in we felt the welcoming, warm and homey feeling at Sterling Inn. As well as the beautiful and classy decor. The friendly, helpful, and special treatment from everyone made it easy to make the decision for my mom to join the community. I really want to thank Robyn for treating my mom so special. I have peace knowing my dad is comfortable, safe, and well taken care of at Sterling Inn. Robin is a gem! She put my mind at ease from the moment I first spoke with her. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My dad is content, and his overall attitude has greatly improved. Sterling Inn is clean and absolutely beautiful during the holidays! Whoever does the decorating gets an A+! Equally, the staff that makes the meals does an excellent job! And thank you HUGE to the nurses for all you do. ~Thank you all so much for your kindness and caring hearts.

Robin and the entire staff have been wonderful! They all made the entire transition much easier for us, and took much of the stress off our shoulders. They very understanding and caring. We are so glad we chose this lovely facility. We will always recommend it to people.

Sterling Inn is a wonderful place for seniors to enjoy activities and socialize with others. I call it collage life for seniors. The staff is so friendly, Robin, Jennifer, Jan, Amanda and Kim, help me with placing my father there and making him and I feel comfortable and welcomed. My father loves the food, always the first one in line for breakfast, lunch and dinner. He loves the ice cream parlor to go get ice cream any time he wishes. I would highly recommend this place five stars. Liz

My mother has been a resident at the Sterling Inn for over two and a half years. She is at the highest level of care and is totally bed bound. We cannot say enough as to the fabulous care and kindness she receives. We love the nurses and resident assistants. They work so hard to keep my mother comfortable and healthy. My mother is very fond of the food and is always excited for her next meal. I am always amazed at how many of the staff take a special interest in my mother. She has even given several of them a nickname. We thank God that this wonderful place exists in our high desert..

Excellent assisted living...one of the best in Southern California. The staff is caring and involved. The management is very responsive and easy to deal with. The grounds and and overall buildings and environment are immaculate. It's easy to move a loved one there due to all of the above. Special Kudos to Don, Robin and Darlene. But really, the entire staff is awesome!!

My 90 year old Mother just moved into Sterling Inn. The staff is very professional, patient, friendly and caring to the residents and the families of the residents, The food is delicious. The rooms are well laid out and the amenities within the Inn are beautiful.
