Nice place with nice people. Regarding any delivery with 53" van, it is too narrow and can't get out in straight. Turn to the left after the gate, go straight to the exit to burton drive and try to make a left turn....

Everytime I visit Pacifica Senior Living of Vacaville, I leave feeling HAPPY. Pulling up towards the front gate, I am amazed at how the place looks. I feel like I am about to walk up to a movie set. 🙂 why? The road leading up towards the automatic gate is lined up with tall trees on both sides. This experience gives me excitement as I continue to drive forward. I notice that the front of the building is (always) clean and that there cute plants here and there. No matter what time of day I visit, I feel relaxed knowing I will have a special spot where I can park my vehicle. As I walk towards to the front office, I am “welcomed home” by their friendly Director of First Impression (front desk reception). At times, I would get the privilege of talking to their Executive Director. In fact, I make it a priority to say “hi” each time to the “boss”. Everybody in the front office (executive director, sales, business office, front desk, wellness director, nurse, and maintenance) are very friendly. I feel that this assIsted living community is a great place for those that need the special type of care that the entire team strives to provide. Their sales, clinical, dietary, activity, and caregiving services are instrumental in providing a haven to those that either need or want it. I encourage you to visit them and prepare to be amazed. But, if you cannot make it in person, call them. You will be greeted with “Welcome home to Pacifica Senior Living..how may I help you?”

I am new in Assisted Living -Memory Care. I am very happy working in Pacifica Senior Living in Vacaville because there is a sense of fulfillment for me to be able to help Personal Care Assistance while they are taking care of the residents. I also have great connection to the family members every time they are coming to visit their love ones or getting help on the residents account issues getting taking care off. I highly recommend to everyone who wants to make a difference in their lives come and work with us and let’s continue to creat a great family culture.

Pacifica requires attention to detail and a concerted effort to complete assigned tasks, hence, thats why they call it a job. Nevertheless, if you do you and do your work you can literally and figuratively bank on getting your 40 hours a week. Pacifica has employment appreciation 1x a month which is nice; grub, snacks, prizes. Overall, Pacifica can be a career job or a springboard into something better. Seek out for Rosa if youre looking to apply, she is awesome.

The staff was super friendly as soon as I walk into the door. The receptionist helped me right away and answer all of my questions and directed me to where I needed to go. The place is very simple and clean. In the lobby they had a calendar of events, birthdays and things they had planned out for there residents(big plus) for the month. With covid many event have been canceled but Im glad they are finding ways to keep there residents involved. Over all these place looks great and I would trust them to care for one of my family members.

Ideal place to work for if you want a consistent, full time schedule. There is no shortage of hours. Overtime is very possible. Paid vacation starts after the 1 year milestone but it accrues from month 1. The executive director Melody is mild mannered and is an excellent communicator. At first she may come off as complaining BUT she is simply laying out her expectations. She will give you many chances and yes, she does care about her employees, without bias. Constant grub and employee appreciation seems like monthly. My suggestion, come to work, buckle down, do your assignments, collect that paycheck. In an economy as stiff as this one, a full time job is a blessing. Your success is contingent on your mindset and work ethic.

This facility does an amazing job with their residents!! They are always on top of everything and always have great meaningful activities planned for them ! The best part is seeing the residents enjoy themselves and seeing all of the sweet smiles on their faces! And everyone was friendly. All their residents look happy. I lake the set up of this place .

I have visited Pacifica Senior Living -Vacaville many times in my career as a hospice liaison. The community always has a professional environment with with an outstanding staff. I personally love coming to this community and being greeted by the wonderful team that they have. I believe the families in the community should take a tour of this outstanding building Its clean, safe And has wonderful compassionate employees. If I had to choose a facility for my family Pacifica Senior Living would be my choice.

Pacifica Vacaville is a very unique memory care community. I love their court yard, their home like environment, their events and activities. Where do I begin. Rosa Gracida she is one of thee best people I know. Her companion and caring for others is Exemplary. She always goes above and beyond to attend every single persons individual needs no matter how hard. She pays attention to every single detail to give a residence every single thing that they could ever need. Her caring and compassion is something that should be taught to those at a young age so they could learn what its like to truly be one of a kind and to be one that helps others so selflessly. I wish there were more people in this world like her. She is definitely one in 1 million!

A great place, staff are amazing! A huge shout out to the life enrichment team who are always very polite and attentive to the residents. The team is always working hard to ensure the residents are having a good time with many therapeutic activities throughout the day. The facility is always clean and layout is wonderful for the residents as they are free to walk into the courtyard.

The facility and staff was extremely clean and filled with genuine caring people. The environment and location feels very safe and comfortable for any and all its patients including any visitors. The life enrichment department do a great job at putting everything together in order for it to feel very welcoming every time I go and visit. Great job!!

As an employee at Pacifica Company I can say that it is a very amazing and welcoming senior living community for resident living with dementia. I like working with my coworkers and we have a great relationship. My favorite part about working here is all the fun activities where no only the resident are include but staff as well. I work at many places but this is my favorite so far. I planning to a stay here for many years to come.

Pacifica Senior Living Vacaville is the gem of Vacaville! I love the cottage living for memory care and how there is a garden so that the residence can go out and sit or take a stroll. The entire staff is amazing, friendly and kind! They have a lot of fun and they always invite the families to come and participate and get involved . The residence here are very well taken care of and look so happy, I would definitely recommend this community.
