My 92 yr. old mother in law has lived at the Groves for 2 years. They have helped us manage this life transition immensely. She is treated with personal attention and dignity. They keep her safe and healthy. The staff are patient and cheerful we can’t possibly Thank them enough. With all the activities available it keeps our mom active in the community while adding great joy value to her life.

I have referred many happy families to The Groves of Tustin active senior living. The administrator Liane has so much experience and compassion. Fran and Cynthia are wonderful with touring families and such great follow up. They are a lot of fun and always planning events to make the residents smile.

My husband has Parkinson’s, and some memory issues. He has been at the Groves for over 2 years, and I can’t say enough good things about the place. Everyone is kind and caring, from the caregivers to the medication nurses, resident care director, Debbie, vibrant life directors, Michelle and Tina, the kitchen staff, receptionists, and housekeeping. Fran and Cynthia, Directors of sales and Marketing are awesome and fun. German, the facilities director is very kind. I can understand why Liana Foote, Executive Director was awarded Executive Director of the Year! She guided the facility and all of the family members through a very tough Covid season. She always kept us up to date with what was going on and was available anytime to answer questions. I appreciated her diligence in keeping all of our loved ones safe. I am in the medical field which makes me even more cognizant of potential problems that can occur, but at the Groves everyone treats the residents with respect and dignity. I pop in to see my husband at all different days and hours, and have never seen him get poor care. They keep me updated with any new changes or worries about my husband and they value my input. I love all the activities and parties which they encourage families to enjoy with their loved one. The facilities are beautiful, well-kept with a warm homey feel, and many of the residents have dogs that that bring so much joy to everyone. It is hard to make a decision to place a loved one in assisted living, so it has been a blessing to me to know my husband is getting wonderful care at the Groves.

My family and I would like to publicly thank the management team and staff of The Groves of Tustin for the amazing experience we had working with them for the benefit of our Mom, Grandma, and Mother-in-Law! From our very professional tour,, question and answer session, through paperwork, moving in, care and support while there, and then all the support and care after Mom passed, they helped us with grace, compassion, and very professional care! While Mom's situation was complicated, as we were originally planning on moving her to the new location for care as it is very close to UCI Medical Campus, it ended up that the move would be her last, and this staff and management helped us take Mom all the way through her hospice and passing with dignity, care and support. They took our calls at all hours, worked with us on any challenges that arose, were flexible in thinking outside of the box , and supportive to Mom and our out of state family. I would like to recognize Debbie, their Resident Care Director, who stepped up in more ways than I can mention here, and her amazing staff. They worked to preserve Mom's dignity, and provide care, that was top notch. Response time was within 8 minutes, sooner sometimes, once the cord was pulled. I highly recommend this facility for all that they bring to the table for our loved ones!

I cannot say enough good things about The Groves of Tustin and from the moment I first stepped inside the building I could see that the residents were happy and very well taken care of. I was looking for an assisted living facility for a long time friend and I could not be more pleased with everything. The facility is immaculate inside and out and the caring staff really goes the extra mile to take care of the residents and meet their daily needs. Highly recommended!!

My father has been at The Groves of Tustin for over 3 years, and Ive been extremely pleased with the professional, caring and well-trained staff, outstanding attention to detail at every level, and appreciate the genuine concern the team members have for the residents. The communication with families during Covid-19 has been outstanding and Im so grateful my dad is a place where he is safe, comfortable and calls home. I highly recommend The Groves of Tustin to anyone looking for a safe, fairly priced assisted living community for a loved one.

I love the Groves! It is such a fun place to work! We liked to make the Groves a fun, vibrant and active place for our residents to live!~ We always want them to feel safe and secure knowing someone is close by if they need assistance!

My Mom ( Terry ) has been at The Groves for about 6 months now and has adjusted very well , we know she is in good hands with the caring staff in the memory care department . The facilities are just as nice if not nicer than a facility that would be nearly twice the rent as The Groves . The past couple of months has seen many upgrades to an already upscale facility that is only going to improve the lives of residents as well as their families Let me also mention the food they serve to the residents is very good , I know this to be true because we come to eat every so often and have no complaints . There is a dedicated food director that does a very nice job . Sometimes my mom complains but she can be picky at times but we know the food is healthy and serves her nutritional needs.The staff is always very nice including the administration when we come to visit everything is always in order and we feel confident that our mom is well taken care of . She has made many new friends and we are glad that we found The Groves of Tustin

Cant recommend this place more! I looked at so many places for my mom and nowhere came close to how well they treat and take care of there memory care adults. They have treated my mom with love and dignity. I especially appreciate all the outings and activities provided also!

My treasured wife, Lyn, of 55 years has been residing in the memory care unit of the Groves for a year and a half. These folks are the most caring beautiful people you will ever know. From top management down, you will never find a kinder bunch of people! They have become our family. What a find!.
