Won’t let friends see patient at the discretion of family member who is trying to isolate the patient for financial reasons.

My best friends mom lives at Vineyard She loves it and is so happy. She has all kinds of activities to choose from and she goes on great outings, her favorite are the Happy Hours with live music. We visit her and join in some of the activities and happy hours. It’s all fun. Another awesome thing is the food. They have a great chef and kitchen staff.it rivals a top notch Temecula restaurant. She loves it and it’s wonderful to see her so happy.

Our mom recently moved to Vineyard Ranch, and this is her first experience with assisted living. She has been fiercely independent her entire life. She was a successful real estate agent, earned her MBA, and has owned many homes over the years. We weren’t sure how she would adjust to this transition, but due to some physical limitations, it was no longer safe for her to live alone. We toured several assisted living communities in Carlsbad, Encinitas, Palm Springs, and Riverside, but nothing compared to Vineyard Ranch. From the moment we walked in, Tammy made us feel so welcome, and Gary, the Executive Director, immediately made us feel like family. Gary and Tammy are always checking in on us and making sure our mom is comfortable. One of the things we appreciate most is the healthcare support. The community has a physician/NP who visits residents weekly and can provide referrals to specialists when needed. Since we don’t know the Temecula area, having that guidance has been invaluable. Our mom will likely need a couple of surgeries, and it gives us tremendous peace of mind knowing she’ll be safe and cared for during her recovery. I also can’t say enough about the dining staff. They work incredibly hard, and the chef prepares delicious meals every day. I highly recommend the tuna sandwich with sweet potato fries, and the desserts are absolutely outstanding! When you really think about everything that’s included, the value is exceptional. Residents enjoy delicious meals, transportation to appointments and errands, organized outings, engaging daily activities, and beautiful outdoor spaces and gardens to relax in. It truly offers everything you could want”and more. The apartment space is also very accommodating, large bathrooms, and very safe the studio. I find large enough to feel like you have an apartment and there’s two large closets that will hold just about all your clothing and much more. We are so grateful we found Vineyard Ranch. It has made this difficult transition much easier for our entire family, and knowing our mom is safe, happy, and genuinely cared for means the world to us.

Vineyard Ranch Temecula has been amazing. Tammy gave us a tour & she kept in touch with us. She really worked hard with us to get Mom into the memory care. She is kind & sweet & very easy to talk to. The Best Customer Service you could ask for. Another person that I really want to recognize is LaNae. She has been very awesome with my mom & always very helpful. She goes above and beyond & we just love her. I am so thankful for everyone at Vineyard Ranch Memory Care. I feel at ease that my mom is well taken care of. I can’t Thank you enough.

Thank you Vineyard Ranch (VR) staff for your dedication and commitment to being resident-centered! My 100 year old mom lives and thrives at VR because the entire staff truly cares. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth in such a beautiful, well-maintained setting. They offer lots of activities for their residents to engage in - my mom really loves the live music! My mom is also happy when Chef makes popcorn shrimp! The management team is excellent and the care staff is phenomenal. I can’t say enough good things about VR!

My mom loves living at Vineyard Ranch at Temecula. We (her kids) are extremely happy with the staff at Vineyard Ranch as well as the amenities offered. The management and the rest of the "care team" are great and make the living experience at Vinyard Ranch enjoyable.

I was a firefighter for 25 years and I have provided service/care at many assisted living facilities. Vineyard Ranch at Temecula is by far the best assisted living home I have ever experienced. My mother has lived at Vineyard Ranch for over 6 years and loves it, as our family does too. Under the leadership of the Director Kelley Lara, Vineyard Ranch staff is kind, interactive and engaging with the residents and family. The facility is clean and well maintained. We have known Kelley from the first day my mom moved in. Kelley always treats everyone as family, taking the time to be present and really listens to residents and family members. I feel like she works 24/7 and is always available, as well as contacting/updating me of my mom’s needs or progress. She treats my mom like a caring family member as I have seen her do with other residents and staff. There is a special place in heaven for Kelley and her staff for what they do for our loved ones. Thank you all, Mitch

Wonderful caring staff and great facilities

My wife recently moved into Vineyard Ranch at Temecula Assisted Living. We have found all of the staff to be very cordial and extremely competent. I would like to give specific accolades to one care giver in particular, Maria Guzman. When Maria is assisting my wife, she gets the task done in a very quick and efficient manner, while not losing the kindness and caring for my wife. She had developed a friendly, trusting relationship with my wife. Maria is a true example of what a caregiver should be.

Great facilities, staff and amenities. Facilities are top notch, well maintained, bright and feel like a resort. Assisted living and memory care buildings have multiple indoor and outdoor spaces for residents to enjoy including a piano bar, activity and theater/ TV rooms. I compared 4 facilities and chose vineyard ranch and am glad I did. It just felt better than the others. I look forward to interacting with the activity directors and many of the caregivers when i visit. They know how difficult it is for family to place their loved ones. The management, maintenance, food service, caregiver, medical tech, occupational therapy and physical therapy staff are well trained, patient, friendly and loving. My mother started out in assisted living and eventually transitioned to memory care when space was available. The staff went out of their way to involve her in both assisted living and memory care activities. They have taken her on field trips to a bakery, creamery, museum and other places in the last month. They provide her with personalised care helping her maintain dignity focusing on her strengths. The activity director and caregivers maintain positive attitudes and provide encouragement and love to the residents which we all know is difficult to do while we care for those with dementia. On site occupational and physical therapists are a godsend for my mother. The additional one-on-one support they provide for her mental and physical health makes a huge impact on her fulfillment. Dementia is a such a terrible disease and we as family know that caring for them is a constant struggle. The staff are only human and can't do anything about the symptoms. I assume most negative reviews on the staff are due to unrealistic expectations from family members that are struggling with their own emotions. I remember how hard every day was during the several years my mother lived with me, repeatedly answering the same questions, trying to keep her entertained, the " shadowing", etc. Most of the employees are saints in my book!!

Warm and sincere staff. A blessing for our family. We couldn’t be more pleased.
July 2025
My husband was here for respite for 10 days and he was pleasantly surprised by how nice the apartment was and most of all the care he received and he raved about the meals. Thank you Tammy, Kelly and Twinkie for your kindness a professionalism. And thank you to staff as well. My visit with my son was stress free knowing my husband was in good hands.

We had our precious Mom here and quickly we fell in love with the team. Kelly, Tammy, Bj, Maria, Ivy, Rebecca, Lynette, Heidi, Chefs truly EVERY ONE of you, Thank you for loving mom and loving our entire family. We enjoyed growing with you, the activities, the food, the friendships. Mom was so happy here. You visited my dad and mom when they were in the hospital. You made the transition easy for us all when dad passed. When mom passed, once again you were there for us. We miss mom and we will miss all of you! The music, events, crafts, classes, hair salon visits, gatherings, holiday fun, and all the laughters will forever be remembered. Thank you for all that you did to make mom and her huge family so happy and comfortable. Always so accommodating and kind to everyone of us, especially mom. From the bottom of our hearts THANK YOU! We will absolutely miss you ALL© SO MANY HAPPY TIMES AT VINEYARD RANCH! Alberta and family©’–©’–©’–©’–©

My father has been at Vineyard Ranch for four months and he loves the food. He would rather eat at vineyard ranch than going out to a fancy restaurant.
March 2025
Kelly, Tammy and staff are awesome in all that they do for the residents and family members at Vineyard. My 93 yr old mom, Juanita, has lived at Vineyard memory care unit for almost a year. In this time, all staff, including the receptionists, servers and caregivers (e.g. Kay, Ariana, med-techs, Lynette and EVERY staff member) have exhibited professionalism, patience, understanding, empathy and insight for the residents and their families. Vineyard has become like a second family to our family. We feel blessed in every way that our mom is a resident at Vineyard where she is safe and well taken care of and thrives. Cheryl Sykes

Had a great series of visits including a tour, follow up questions, and even lunch. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and truly seemed to enjoy what they’re doing.

A lovely place, with good people, fun things to do, and kindness abounds!

After bringing my mother from the East coast, I put her in memory care at Vineyard Ranch (VR). A bed became available at a facility that is more convenient for me so I will be moving her to it. But, I am a bit leery because the staff at VR is outstanding. My mother has improved during her short stay at VR and the memory care staff truly are caretakers that have the temperament for the dementia residents and know how to deal with them. I would not hesitate to return my mother to VR if necessary. Thank you VR for taking such great care of my mother!

What an amazing hidden gem I discovered; Vineyard Ranch at Temecula is certainly one of the best know secrets I came upon. I was given a list of local Assisting Living & memory care facilities by Mary Hammersmith (Senior Living Counselor) with A place for Mom. Upon visiting several facilities in my search to leave my loving mother for respite stay, I finally came across Vineyard Ranch. My initial contact was Tammy Carvajal (Community Relations Director) who was instrumental in providing a full tour of the facility and meeting so many friendly staff members throughout. Tammy listened to all my concerns and addressed each one, giving me a sense of relief. First impressions gave me a sense of comfort knowing that my mother would be well taken care of by the entire staff as though she was a family member. The facility is well taken care of and extremely clean. I left my mother for a respite stay in the month of May 2023, upon returning I immediately observed how happy my mother was because of the care each staff member provided her, she also made new friendships among the residence. Tammy was so kind to txt me photos of my mothers’ participation during several community activities which was a blessing to me knowing she was enjoying herself during my absences, I am so grateful to discover this amazing facility. My mother now asks me, When are you going to take another trip? I reply, Not for a while, I need to save up for my next trip. Mom replies I’ll pay for your next trip only if you take me back to Vineyard Ranch of Temecula and see all my friends. -George

Best thing we could have done for mom. She is well taken care of and every staff person cares and checks on her constantly. Everyone is so friendly and with positive attitudes all the time. She is up and dressed everyday now, has gained weight and physical therapy has really helped in getting strength back. We attended the Easter Brunch and they did an amazing job. Great food and it was so great to see so many families getting together. Highly recommended if you want your loved ones to be safe and live the best life they can.’

Tammy is the nicest person in the world. She has helped us with everything and we have had a wonderful experience with everything at Vineyards Ranch. The place is like a resort and my mom loves it there.
November 2022
I had a couple days to fly in from out of state to find a place for my dad and move him in when he was released from rehab. I visited 5 locations and found Vineyard Ranch worked for us. The staff was friendly (Tammy and Kellie were my main contacts and they were fabulous), knowledgeable and went out of their way to meet my strict timeline. My dad moved in a couple days ago and said they are treating him great, the food is good and he is happy to be at the Vineyard Ranch.

It is very warm and inviting! The staff is friendly and I am very happy and comfortable with Mom living there!

Tammy Carvajal assisted us with THE BEST CARE! We needed a assisted living facility for my brother-in-law after over coming Covid last year. My wife and I interviewed many assisted living facilities. We found a small, well managed facility in Temecula called Vineyard Ranch at Temecula We explained to Tammy, the Community Relationship Manager, our situation and told us she would do everything she could to get him placed in her facility. Our difficulty was that my brother-in-law was only 50 years old at the time of acceptance. Tammy reassured us that if he needed assisted living, he would receive the BEST CARE at Vineyard Ranch at Temecula! - And, so far, we are overwhelmed with the care that we have all received. With the reassurance we received from the management team, we were pleased to put our trust in the entire process and the team at the Vineyard. Tammy lead the charge and gave us more care than expected from start to finish. We could not be happier with the white glove treatment that Tammy and Kurt provided. Thanks to you and your staff for my brother-in-laws comfort and welcoming him to your community. ” Steve

My family and I recently moved my mom to Vineyard Ranch at Temecula. From the moment we first walked in, we were impressed by the most gracious and accommodating staff, their beautiful property, and the level of care they provide to their residents. Vineyard Ranch at Temecula succeeds in providing all the comforts of home (including their menu). Bravo to Kurt and his entire team!

This is the first experience we’ve had with assisted living, but so far it has been a good one. I like that it is small enough my mom feels safe and can easily find her way around. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. My mom loves it there.
December 2021
My 91 year old mother has been a resident for almost 4 years. She has been so happy from day one. The activities, the staff, her onsite hairdresser, and manicurist are favorites among all the great friendships she has developed with the other residents. Any concerns we have had during COVID have been addressed immediately. The administrator, Kurt has gone above and beyond with his diligence in weekly Zoom meetings and his ability to keep the facility staffed, educated and healthy during this very challenging time, especially with such a vulnerable population. My mother is so happy that she made the decision to move into Vineyard Ranch. We/she visited many communities and believe we made the perfect decision to call Vineyard Ranch home.
September 2021
Thumbs up to Chef Carlos he’s always concerned about serving the best food for his residents.
August 2021
I would like to recognition the OUTSTANDING care that my mother has received at the Vineyard Ranch in Memory Care section. In April of 2019, our family had to make the tough decision to place our mother in a memory care facility, sue to dementia. My siblings and I debated on it for 2 weeks before we unanimously decided that placing our mother in a care facility where she would receive the care and supervision would be in her best interest. We visited over 50% of the various level of care facilities in the Temecula and Murrieta area. Most were lovely places but, we didn't feel at easy. When we arrived at Vineyard Ranch, we immediately felt invited. The Staff were professional and courteous. The first person we met was Bailey, she was pleasant and professional. She answered all our questions while giving us a tour of entire facility. Vineyard Ranch was very energetic and clean compared to most of the places we visited!! My mother instantly liked the facility and felt very comfortable from the initial meeting (which was a key point of worry for us). It has been 2 years now that our mother has resided at Vineyard Ranch. It’s a good feeling knowing that you made the right decision concerning your loved one. We know we made the right decision in choosing Vineyard Ranch for my mother’s new home, they are a great Staff from Top to Bottom. We feel blessed to our mother in such an Outstanding facility. I now strongly recommend Vineyard Ranch to my friends and military family who has aging parents that need a little extra care and attention. I know they will be as impressed as I was with the professionals at Vineyard Ranch at Temecula. /r P. P. Thrift RN
August 2021
My dear mother-in-law has resided here for over a year and a half. We couldn't be more pleased with the care she has received. When we say who we are visiting, the staff's faces light up. We always hear them say her name. They know what she likes to eat. They care about her. Through the Covid lockdowns amid extra precautions, they went and continue to go out of their way to help everyone stay connected with their loved ones and to keep them safe. And they went out of their way to communicate with us. We highly recommend Vineyard Ranch for Assisted Living.
August 2021
My Mom has been a resident of The Vineyard Ranch for 2 1/2 years. She and her cat happily call it home. One of the things she really likes is, The food! I have shared meals with her in the dinning room and I agree, they have a variety of rotating choices as well as the standard favorites. You can eat any time the dinning room is open, which is most of the day. Many order breakfast for dinner or take a meal back to eat in there room, which is mom’s favorite thing to do in the evenings as she loves the ever changing soups. It seems funny to dwell on the food, but that is such an important part of deciding where your loved one will be happy. Mom has a one bedroom with a small patio. She had to down size and wondered if she would be happy, she is. Everything she needs is right at her fingertips. Mom wanted a larger refrigerator. We found one that would fit in the space, bought it and moved it in. The facility is happy to grant wishes that will make the residents lifestyle more comfortable. Apartments are cleaned weekly, laundry is done weekly as well. The good communication with the staff is appreciated, if they have a concern about my mom, I am called immediately. During Covid the manager offered a weekly Zoom meeting to family members to update the status, this Zoom meeting is still going even though the facility is open. I feel mom is not a number, she is a resident of this small community and mom and I couldn’t be happier.

Best of the best! Friendly, knowledgeable staff, super clean, well taken care of facility. Top notch care!
July 2021
The Honeymoon period is over.... and we are just as pleased if not more now than before!!!! We moved my Grandma in to Vinyard Ranch in May 2021. Let,s meet the staff that makes this place great!!Kurt who is the executive director was an absolute joy to work with in getting the ball rolling as far as tour, expectations, and paperwork. Next up is Tammy. She is Amazing and must love hats because she wears them all here!Next when you arrive you are greeted by the nicest 2 ladies who I believe are the backbone to the whole lobby. Ellie and Jazmine. These two are always jamming on something, answering phone, helping residents, getting deliveries, temp checking ...non stop!!! You are able to purchase meal tickets to eat with your Grandma or loved ones. The food is really good here but the staff is better. You will definitely want to sit in Amara's or Yatziri's section. These two ladies are phenomenal and don't get jealous but we got both of them last meal!!!!!! After a meal you probably want to work off the food with an activity.Well you will want to meet Jennifer the activities director. She is super cool, easy going and has great activities for the residents! She just started Garden Club! Loved one need medication? Christine the best head nurse will help! She makes sure residents are living their best life by keeping them healthy! There is another lady who shines and is exceptional and helps my Grandma with her cat.She finds the cat, returns the cat and generally helps with the cat. This means a lot because at 97 she loves the cat and it is everything. One of my most favorite people is Elizabeth. This lady is really one of the best things about Vinyard. Always happy, always helpful, always checking- proactive- multiple jobs.BACKBONE OF OPERATION!!! Luz is key here and the most creative lady and the one responsible for ads and marketing.... Bailey!! Bailey always in office working, but stops to check in with families! Finally the home is still standing thanks to Moses!! He is the handyman of the facility and does amazing because nothing is falling apart.Anyway if you are thinking of moving a loved or non loved one. Definitely consider here. My grandma has not been this happy in years which makes us happy! That's what we all want right!
March 2021
We are very happy with Vineyard Ranch. The staff is thoughtful and friendly, and the new Director (Kurt) is an outstanding and proactive communicator and is very involved with the residents. The facility is beautiful and the residents are happy. My mother-in-law has been very well taken care of there, and we are very grateful to the staff. We highly recommend Vineyard Ranch at Temecula.
February 2021
Several years ago, a friend searched fifteen assisted living facilities in the Temecula/Murietta area before settling on Vineyards; my wife visited her there and was sufficiently impressed by the physical facility, the food, activities, and the staff so that when my ninety-eight year old mother suddenly needed to move from her home of seventy years amid the covid pandemic we investigated Vineyards Ranch. From our first phone call, through the move-in on July 5, 2020, through the covid pandemic the nurse, the medical and front desk staff, as well as the director(s) have been extremely helpful. If we email/call with a question or concern, we receive immediate feedback with answers, information, and options for solutions; the weekly Zoom meetings can be most informative and we are especially impressed with the how hard Vineyards has tried to keep covid out of the buildings. For all they do, special thanks go to Christina, Ray, Janice, Greg and Kurt. While we and mom would have preferred that she stay in her home, her doctors said, Nope! We know that mom is safe and well looked-after and, because we Skype her every day, we see that she looks and sounds much better than she did those first five weeks of her illness. Having good meals, snacks, friends and activities plus a nice apartment she does not have to maintain has made a world of difference, and things will be even better when covid is under control and residents can get out and about which we know Vineyards is preparing for at the safest possible moment.

Love Vineyard Ranch and especially the staff. I had to place my husband in Memory Care last November after caring for him for several years. I can't thank the staff enough for the dignity and support they display on a daily basis. The director Aziz, the med staff, the Activities and all the caregivers are so giving and professional. They really do Care. I want to say what a beautiful 75th birthday party and BBQ they helped me plan and implement. 30 guests were truly amazed at the beauty and cleanliness of the facility. So impressed. The food was wonderful. More importantly, I can sleep once again at night knowing my husband is truly loved and cared for. Thank you Vineyard Ranch and especially to the staff and caregivers who are truly Angels.

I can't say enough good things about Vineyard Ranch. My father has been treated so well by every staff member, they have al been very friendly, compassionate, attentive, and respectful. The atmosphere is modern and upbeat, and the food has been excellent. Thank you!
October 2017
I have to say that this is an absolutely beautiful building! The staff is professional, kind, considerate, and welcoming. I would place my mom here in a second when she is ready... I have visited three times and was wowed each time.
September 2017
I am extremely happy I chose Vineyard Ranch for my dad. My dad moved in to the memory care living, on opening day, April 7th, and everyone has been great in helping my dad adjust to his new home! I live close to Vineyard Ranch, so I visit my dad several times a week and at different times of the day, and I have NEVER questioned whether or not my dad was being well taken care of. Instead, I appreciate how everyone in the facility has really gotten to know my dad and how they make him feel special all the time. The care takers are sweet, attentive and very hard working! I have especially enjoyed my interactions with Rebecca, Kendra, Terry, Sarah and Canessa. JL, the activities director in memory care, is AMAZING! She works so hard to keep the residents engaged and creates new activities based on the residents interests. To give a specific example, my father is a huge Green Bay Packer fan and for his birthday, Chris, the chef, made football theme cupcakes and my family, the staff, and residents celebrated his birthday together. In addition to the caretakers, the receptionist and the directors have also been nothing but helpful and supportive at Vineyard Ranch. When I bring my three kids to visit their grandpa, they are always so nice and accommodating. They always include my kids on any activities even setting up a video game system (WI) for them to play with while the residents watch. My kids also enjoy Shasta, the friendly and playful dog, Vineyard Ranch has for the residents, who lives on both sides of the facility and brings enjoyment and smiles to everyone there. It is my strong belief that Vineyard Ranch is giving my father a great quality of life in the memory care unit and I am thankful that my dad feels at home there.
August 2017
My Mom picked Vineyard Ranch at Temecula after we looked at every assisted living in Murietta and Temecula from October 2016 to May of 2017 and announced "okay, I'm ready and this is where I want to be." She has never felt any differently since she moved in the first of June and I must say, being the only child living out of state, it puts my mind at ease 100%. I've flown in on different occasions and I'm greeted by name, introduced to new residents and staff and now "Shasta" the resident pooch! It's home to 30 residents already and today Mom had three friends in for lunch and each was greeted and when all had arrived we were taken into the dining room where our table was set up, our orders were taken. As always the food was great too. I pop in all times of the day so I have had breakfast, lunch and dinner and love the variety which is growing with resident suggestions. The Vineyard Ranch staff is courteous and giving while being able to laugh with residents too. The smiles are contagious and spirits are lifted by all who come and go. Respect is something that they have in overflowing quantities whether it's for a visitor or resident and I admire the care that's gone into hiring the staff. It is not easy in any industry being new but this company has chosen their people carefully and it shows. I tell everyone that Vineyard Ranch at Temecula is the place to look if you want the finest life for your parent's last years.

Moved my mom into Vineyard Ranch a couple months ago. ALL the staff has been great to me and my family and my mom. She has met new friends and really enjoys her new surroundings.
