We arranged respite care for my 90-year-old mother at Atria Park of Vintage Hills Temecula, CA. I am so thankful for the care the entire staff provided her. Every member of the staff who interacted with her were caring and treated her as thou she was their mother. My mother truly enjoyed her stay and felt comfortable there, she really enjoyed the activities provided. The entire facility is well maintained, and cleanliness is present throughout. I have no reason to search for alternative senior living facilities nearby because Atria Park Hills in Temecula meets all our requirements for my mother’s future accommodation. My mother was in one of these places - and here I am years later - but it hasn't changed from the rich getting richer and the impoverished getting poorer; everything in the brochure is nice but not really accurate. I have not seen those lovely people who welcomed me ever again. Realizing I have been here only 2 days and have spoken to only a handful of residents I have found them to be mainly dissatisfied in not only being in their last of golden years but dissatisfied in the way they are treated! the food mainly is anything but chicken... come on guys: where's the pasta or scampi or steak or pork chops or roast beef??? Or is it too much for your budget while my family (lest many others) may not be able to afford this lavish place whilst you are sitting back and ignoring the needs and counting the money...I for one iam disgusted in the way this place is run - by low salaried individuals who are grasping for straws while you smugly could give a rats! May I just mention that these lowly paid individuals are the icing on your rotten cakes who keep the patrons happy and you could care less. Come face to face so we can match wisdoms and not otherwise...if you wish for me to remain...this is going to change and bring life back for these lovely residents!!!!! THIS IS WHY THEY ARE HERE!!!!!

The facility is clean and beautiful. Staff is attentive, caring and friendly. We are very happy that we placed our family member at Atria. This was a difficult decision to make, but she is now in a safe, friendly environment.

Wow! I am SO impressed with the entire team at Atria Park of Vintage Hills. This is written during the COVID-19 crisis, and the level of care my Mom is receiving is above and beyond. The team is keeping my Mom so safe. She moved to Atria in November and was immediately made to feel welcome as she quickly became a part of the community. Its hard during this coronavirus, but I can feel completely comfortable that every safety precaution is in place. The team is delivering meals to her room, they are wearing masks and gloves and checking her temperature, and just this week they had a saxophone player outside near the grapevines serenading her from her balcony! I know we all hope life can get back to normal soon. THANK YOU Team Atria for being the best and for all you do!!!

I am simply overjoyed as a person that is so compassionate about elder care. Residing in the mtns above the assisted living we dont have assisted living facilities and 100% of the time the neighbouring towns are where we entrust our loved ones and this organization is by far the best!

Our Mom Roz Opat who resides in the Sheffield for the past 7 years and our family are all grateful for all the incredible staff here at Atria Park at Vintage Hills but we would like to acknowledge specifically the director Rance, Bill, the maintenance manager , Annisha the concierge and Mary who works in the dining room. Atria has been a good location for our active 90 year old father. The transition has had its ups and downs due to staff changes and the buy-out by Atria, but he has found a community of friend there and seems settled in the independent living section. The key staff member who has been most helpful is Colleen Marino, who has provided a listening ear and a pro-active spokesperson for the concerns of the residents in that section. She is available to families and residents alike, and presents the positive image needed to make the setting home for each resident.
