We have helped several clients relocate to Brookdale Gardens of Tarzana. With aging, seniors need a place to be more safe facility and an environment they can be active. They offer engaging activities and socializing opportunities that our parents need. When the time is right for my parents, I will have them downsize into this community at Brookdale, staffs are friendly and the residents seemed happy.

Although the transition was a little hard at first for my father in law from moving from his home, they have welcomed him, and treated him like family, he is doing so much better then on his own. We are very thankful for the staff! Great place to live! They are all so nice and compassionate.

My grandma was having a hard time at home alone and we made the decision to move her into Gardens. She was hesitant at first but all of the staff made her feel right at home making it easier for her to make friends and adjust. We wish we wouldn't have waited this long!

We recently went through the process of moving my Grandma in to Gardens of Tarzana. The move-in process went so smoothly. Everyone at that location was super friendly and helpful. Grandma is very happy there and pleased with her care. She says their food options are the best!

Nicole at Brookdale Gardens of Tarzana was so welcoming to my 93 year old mother, that it made our review of the center so pleasant and positive. There was never a question that could not be quickly answered and she went out of her way to make my mother feel comfortable and part of the Brookdale "family," even as we toured the facility for the very first time. All of the amenities you could want are at Brookdale Gardens, including great food, activities every day, a salon, theater and most importantly a staff that truly cares about the well being of your loved one. I would highly recommend Brookdale Gardens as a safe, pleasant and welcoming community for any elderly family member that is looking for a home away from home . Moved my Dad in a couple of months ago and am beyond pleased with the experience thus far. The staff is compassionate and willing to go the extra mile to make sure their residents are living their best life. Ask for Nicole - she made the entire process seamless and is always making sure my Dad is taken care of. The community has been newly renovated and is somewhere your loved ones will get to enjoy a happy and healthy life.

Brookdale Gardens of Tarzana is a wonderful senior community. I am a professional senior move manager and it is always a pleasure to move residents into this Tarzana location. The location is fantastic. The rooms are lovely. And the community is terrific! Brookdale South Tarzana was a very nice and clean community. It is a smaller community and everything seemed to be well organized and run very smoothly. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We chose another community based on my parents being able to transition into memory care.

I have no complaints about the care my mother has been receiving at this community. The housekeeping does a great job at keeping her bedroom nicely maintained as well as the rest of the building. The staff have been very friendly and are always attentive to her needs. I overall have been very pleased with everything this place has offered her and would highly recommend it.
