I give it Five stars because I love my Apt, and the Manager Jeanette and her Asst. Pamela are very nice and helpful, I got happy when they posted no smoking , but I see people ignoring the rules that depresses me, because second hand smoke is worse than smoking. I changed my review because I'm hoping for some positive changes.

My mother lives here..!!..She loves it..!! Especially the view from her balcony/patio..!!

I have a 1bedrm apartment with a balcony facing North and my view is pleasant looking North East some what. I can sit in my patio and observe the comings and goings on here in HLV. Im on the 3rd floor, I prefer to be on the 1st floor. We have an elevator for each sides of the building and stairs as well. Laundry room on the 1st floor on both sides of the buildings. Dogs and cats are welcomed, leashes required in the commons along with masks while on the commons.
