It’s well cared for, nurses are very helpful. I asked talk to the Dr. he arrived in the room within minutes. The patients seem to keep They do what they can to keep their hopes up for a good outcome. These are acutely sick folks, it’s a difficult job for sure.. .

I just spent 3 weeks here after a knee injury. The staff here is incredible. From administration, who welcome you and make sure your needs are met, to the nurses, the aids who care for us daily, the OT and PT staff and Housekeeping who go out of their way to help. Special thanks to Nilda and Av who supplied me with wakeup coffee and smiles in the mornings. To all my nurses who made sure I had everything I needed to get healthy. Special thanks to Joy, Faith, James in PT and Rachel in OT. My observation of how all pts were treated amazed me. No one was ignored. And for all who's names I didnt mention please know I greatly appreciated you too..

My father was at Fulton gardens for almost 4 months before he passed and they were absolutely wonderful with him. Very caring, very helpful and the facility was always clean and neat and smelling good. The rehabilitation program was great and the rehab staff were fantastic. The staff at Fulton gardens ( especially the RNs and CNAs kept me informed of everything going on with him in a timely manner since I was not able to be there every day. I was always kept informed of his physical and mental status which made me feel more comfortable knowing he was receiving phenomenal care. A special thank you to Kristen, Josephine and the CNAs who took amazing care of my father, thank you.

This place extremely clean. The staff/nurses were always very kind, compassionate and always went beyond the call of duty to make my dad comfortable during his final days. I can’t say enough good things about this facility.

My dad Tony who is a war veteran with the VA wanted to say thank you as he recovered at the facility. He is starting to get dementia. The staff left a positive impact on him. he is grateful and I would recommend this facility.

I was so scared to put my 75 yr old mom here because nursing homes have such bad reputations, but the nurses and their CNAs were so attentive to my mom for the past 4 months. She had an open wound and there was a treatment nurse who saw her regularly and it improved dramatically. Physical Therapy helped my mom with her gait and showed her how to improve her mobility for when she was ready to come back home. They were SO patient with her. She’s been sick so she was fragile. They showered her every other day and I even got to watch her participate in their group games. I’d 100% bring my mom back here, but hoping it doesn’t come to that any time soon. They took all my nursing home worries away.

I gave them a 2 because I had an infection in my wound and they should have sent me back to hospital especially since their wound specialist saw it..it was infected for a while and never caught... So my husband had to call the ambulance to pick me up.I was also out of it and sleeping a lot they should have known something was off with me.

Three patients 2 tv's. And it looks like they need more staff working here. Doesn't smell: which is good. But it just feels like it's missing something. Can't put my finger on it.

The Therapy staff was a very hard working ,Torry,Kesha’s,Kristen,BT and others,nursed me back to regain my strength,Nursing,CNA,plus their Dirctors,had a few problems but were solved,I was a resident from December 6th 2022 until December 23rd 2022,got me home before Christmas,once again THANK You

I've been a residence at this facility for the past 8 years. There have been some good times in there have been some bad times. But what do you expect from an acute care facility. Nothing is perfect but the staff is nice and they take care of my needs usually in a timely manner.

My father was here for couple weeks to get rehab after suffering a stroke best decision i made for him he got all the care he needed speech therapy and physical therapy was Amazing I’m so thankful for everything they did for my father Guadalupe A thanks to all the caring staff Att Lucia A !

They took very good care of my aunt. She was clean, comfortable, and safe. The staff were attentive and caring. My aunt was able to die in peace with those she loved. I also noticed the other patients there are kind and sociable with each other and staff. There are many bad nursing homes out there but this isn't one of them. Five stars.

Our sister was in need of skilled nursing care. 50 years old and stage 4 cancer. The facility is clean and neat. The staff kind and courteous. Compassionate. The other residents were friendly and kind. I thought it very "telling" that the other residents smiled, chatted with us. By that, I mean that they must feel safe and cared for if they are able and willing to reach out to be kind and welcoming to us. I noticed a lot of staff, everywhere: providing physical therapy, social events, direct care to patients. Although everyone was always busy, I observed they were each aware of where staff was and what they were doing. They know the residents by name. Staff was very kind to our family as we visited with our sister. And so sweet to our sister. No one wants to ever need to be in a skilled nursing facility. But, we are grateful our sister was so well cared for, and staff and residents so kind.

My Papa stayed here for almost a month in his short stay He didn't have much to complain about. It was the fact of being there when he felt it wasn't needed bothered him. The Nurses were kind and seemed concerned when a situation occurred. Maybe just a little attention to detail would Limit some of the problems that occur. As long as Papa's happy so am I.
