I hired California CareGivers to assist with my elderly and disabled parents after my stepmom had emergency surgery in October 2020, in the middle of the pandemic. They were prompt, helpful, and clear throughout the process of setting up the service (during a very stressful situation). They were equally wonderful with schedule adjustments and changes as we figured out a care schedule that worked best for my parents needs, which often changed from week to week. I also cannot praise enough Susan, the wonderful, thoughtful, and reliable caregiver that they paired with my folks. She took the necessary precautions to prevent the risk of Covid infection and spread while working in my parents home. Overall, I think California CareGivers is very well run and organized and a good way for my elderly and disabled parents to get the assistance they need while keeping them out of a nursing home or assisted living facility during this pandemic.

I have worked side by side with California Caregivers for years, as my company Veterans Home Care funds the home care for Veterans and their widows-widowers. I work with between 50-100 agencies in northern California and California Caregivers is Tops!!! We communicate many times daily to make sure our Vets and their families are well cared for by CC. They are very proactive and tailored to working with veterans. They are the only homecare agency that has gone into the homes with me to assure the best care is provided. California CareGivers has been providing care to my grandma for almost a year and I cant say enough great things about this company and their caregivers! My grandma LOVES her caregiver. Her caregiver really takes the time to help her with housekeeping, meal prepping, errands, and taking her to and from appointments. The office staff and owners have also been a tremendous help for my family and I! The office staff and caregivers are friendly, prompt, patient, and professional.
