I recently had the opportunity to visit Brighton Place Spring Valley Healthcare Center, and I was impressed by the overall experience. The facility is well-maintained and clean, which immediately gave me a sense of comfort and confidence in the care provided. The staff at Brighton Place are attentive, professional, and compassionate. They seem genuinely invested in the well-being of the residents, which is reflected in the personalized care plans and the warmth with which they interact with each patient. Spring valley has a really good rehab and the Marketer Ruth is one of a kind with communicating with me since my aunt got admitted to the building on Thursday. The facility is really clean and the staff are very helpful. I highly recommend them.

My best friends dad needed rehab after a fall and she chose Brighton Place Spring Valley for her dad based both on recommendations and our own research, and in retrospect, could not possibly have done better for Dad. From his first day he was treated with respect, sensitivity and empathy by what was clearly a quality and well trained and directed staff. Any problem or concern we raised was handled promptly and effectively. Thank you to all the amazing staff, you all are angels!!!

The facilities were always super clean, all the staff were very friendly and they were always very patient with my mother, they always made her smile, very grateful to all the staff for everything they did for her.

I'm giving it 5 stars because of Cherry, Jesse and Jovie. My mom was at Brighton Place recovering and they treated her like family. They are the reason my mom got better and was discharged. But there are huge issues if you don't have family to advocate for you. My mom did not receive physical therapy after being there 6 days. I asked how to get on the schedule and Ryan, the head of PT, became defensive and combative. He promised that she would be seen and it didn't happen. When I finally did get her on the schedule, she improved quickly. He even came to my moms room to pick a fight with me when I was trying to get her on the schedule. I witnessed him fighting with one of the nurses also. He was yelling at her and she asked him to lower his voice and be professional and he said "No one is here, I can do whatever I want to!" It was a Sunday. Also, Lady in admissions was very unprofessional and I had difficulty getting paperwork filled out for my mom to return to her retirement home. The billing is lacking, no detailed invoices despite me asking for it several times. They just gave me a dollar amount to pay and they wanted me to pre pay for her staying there longer. Make sure there's an advocate if you have to stay here.

The facility is clean and smell free. I am so blessed to meet so many sweet and carrying people here at Brighten Place Spring Vally. The staffs are one of a kind , the most caring, loving and understanding. I have decided to send my grandma to Brighten and she loves it there as the staff treat her very well, with care and respect. She has gotten very comfortable here and I would very much recommend this center for your loved ones!!

My mom had a great experience here. The physical therapy is amazing, there's great service, the administrator Trevor is especially one of a kind. He always set aside time to discuss issues with family members. I'm very satisfied and I highly recommend this facility.
